Oketsu smirked as Kasumi sunk down and moved with surprising fluidity, blocking his sword in a quick movement before pulling out and attacking from both sides once more. Two swords are getting difficult to deal with, especially since she has so much skill in their use. Her eyes may be clouded, but her mind is clear, this attack would finish off a shinigami likely. This will be most interesting.[/i]Oketsu lowered his face so that he looked directly into Kasumi's eyes, and poked his tounge out as tilted his head dowards his head towards the incoming blade. The zanpakuto smashed into Oketsu's cheeck, cutting into his mask, and drawing blood from below, however even as the blade tore through the mask, it began to reform, and if Kasumi wasn't fast it would soon become stuck. Oketsu then moved his left arm back as the shorter blade sunk into his arm, not that the hollow cared.
Inside his head, Oketsu screamed out, he was fully aware of the pain. Ouch, damnit this is my body your messing up, try to take a little care of it! I stopped her taking off your head, with only one sword I can only do so much against two swords anyway, quit your whining and let me fight. Quit whining? I WON'T BE ABLE TO USE THAT ARM FOR WEEKS! YOU ARE RUINING MY BODY! You know, I have to live in the same body... YOU DO NOT FEEL PAIN, IT IS NOT THE SAME!!! Good point...I'll be careful if you wish oh benevolent master. You want me to take control again? You are so asking to be banished to the nether regions of the inner world... Fine, I'll keep your body in 'working' order, so you can 'function' and not 'collapse and die' if it so pleases you. You are such a...nevermind, fight your battle and keep me in decent shape.
The hollow in control moved on despite the injury to its shoulder. As the blade sunk into his shoulder he looped his arm over Kasumi's, pulling down and locking it into place lodged into his shoulder. Oketsu laughed and moved his left hand to be pointing at her chest. Oketsu smiled as he looked across into the eyes of his opponent, eyes that looked blank, marked with loss, but determined to go on nonetheless. Oketsu was impressed, enough so that he lowered his hand a few inches so as not to aim at her heart when he released his cero, which he did. As he released his cero towards Kasumi, he stepped forward, swiping his blade at Kasumi's legs under the light of the cero, planning on using the cero to disguise his slash in an attempt to debilitate her legs, making the fight much easier.

There was a blinding flash, an explosion of pure red energy. The tremendous force unleashed tore through the roof as if it was made of paper, crushing the interior of the building in a straight wide line. Kasumi felt the heat against her skin and the immense pressure which pressed past her. The heat from the concentrated reiatsu was intense, almost instantly scorching a line in her kosode even though it didn’t touch. His move had surprised her; she had expected the arm to come off… It seemed it wasn’t that easy. But he had moved his hand… a mistake.
She had used the second, raising Shisui and taking a diagonal step to the left. Just as he fired she had stepped away, rotating on Chouka and reversing her grip while completing a half pirouette. It had brought her up besides him, facing the same way he did. Splinters and broken tiles flew around them as the Cero pulverized them. Black hair billowed in the pressure emitted. She felt how he moved to strike with his Zanpakuto, strike at something in front of him. The flash had been blinding… but that didn’t bother Nagato Kasumi. For a second she held completely still, a tall pale shape standing besides him with her sword raised. The silver of her Zanpakuto reflected the sunlight and a red glow from the Cero flickered across the blade. Her face was cold all remorse lost to it. Then it fell.
Kasumi dragged Chouka forward with a quick pull, and then the blade was twisted sideways within its wound. Shisui was brought down over her head and swung in a circle against his shoulder aiming to take the limb clean off. With a vicious rip she dragged the wakizashi sideways and pivoted towards him, using her hips to gain power and tear through the shoulder. A wash of blood greeted her.
I am sorry…

Oh don't worry, I can get you out of here, it will be fine, I'll take care of your body, it'll all be good...YOU JUST LOST MY ARM! In my defence, you would have lost it earlier. Yes, but I didn't did I. You do realise I need that arm to, you know, do stuff like BE ALIVE. Honestly, just it up and get out of here. You want me to carry around your dismembered limb? What, incase you magically find a way to rebuild it? Shut up, we're going back to the brotherhood, we need somewhere with medical facilities, and my apartment is not going to help, and I can't just use a regular hospitol because I don't have a gigai, so we are going back to the brotherhood, end of story. Fine, I'll do it...
Oketsu followed through with his sweep that had been unsuccessful, piercing the blade through the now severed limb that was falling to the ground and slinging it over his shoulder and sheathing his sword. "Impressive moves, and honestly I would love to stay and chat, but unlike me this body feels pain, and give it all the reiatsu I want, it'll shut down if I keep fighting with a wound like that. Victory is yours this day shinigami. Ta ta!"[/b] Oketsu charged a cero in his hand and his mouth, them fired them both at the ground directly below him. The blast of the two connecting beams would send him hurtling back off the edge of the building, and likely the blast wave would prevent the vice-captain from following instantly. Oketsu was not going to make the same mistake this time, and, hand in hand, he made a run for the gate back to the human world, this time even the hollow was not looking forward to a fight, Oketsu was annoyed enough about losing that limb, it would be best not to anger his host any further with more trivial flesh woulds like dismemberment..

Another blinding flash. Kasumi had leapt backwards as soon as she felt the build-up of Reiatsu. It had seemed like a meaningless move, one that would do nothing but blast them both… A shower of splinters and broken tiles hit the area, a hailstorm of soft plings and plongs. For a second the massive discharge cloaked him completely… had… he moved?
She had been mistaken… His intention wasn’t to hit her at all. The pressure from the explosion had hurled him backwards at immense speed. The second he landed he had continued, sprinting off. She… should have anticipated that. It was no point following him now… she had no way of catching him. Her head turn to look up at the boy. It wasn’t that she could see him… But his reiatsu was clear and easily found. She stood completely still, black silken hair blowing softly in the wind. It had been stained by blood, glittering red droplets in the pure black. Blood was on her face as well, a stark contrast to the alabaster skin. A large rift scarred her uniform, a burned trail running across her side just below the chest. It hadn’t actually hit flesh but the uniform had been ruined. She looked at him with empty and cold face, deep green eyes seemingly lost in another world.
If he unleashed the fires of his Shikai she would use Shunpo and stop the sword before it fell, avoiding him coursing any further damage to the Rukongai. If he however wished to pursue… then that was for him to decide. A soft sigh escaped her lips.
Never hesitate….

The vice-captain and the hollow clashed, blades and reiatsu flashing across the first District. All through this, Shin stayed back, watching, and making sure that he didn't have to put up another barrier to stop any collateral damage. The fight was looking to be quite one-sided however.
One sided? That's not even a fight, it's a slaughter.
Shin couldn't really disagree with Kumori, the hollow was pretty much getting carved up, while the vice-captain was evading his counters easily. It looked like the hollow wasn't any better of a fighter than Oketsu; it just had a bit more reiatsu to burn. One thing was clear though; the vice-captain was very skilled with a blade.
A splash of crimson announced that the fight was practically over, along with the severed limb of the hollow. Well that was boring. The hollow's words suggested that it managed to figure out just how badly off it was, and was likely going to run, again, but not before trying to blast the vice-captain. Having had enough of this nonsense already, Shin moved himself behind the hollow, ready to cut it down when it tried to run away.
He didn't expect it to fire the blast right at the building though. The force from being so close to the blast zone sent the hollow flying away faster than expected, but Shin took off right behind it; the vice-captain could take care of herself, it wasn't as if the cero was aimed at her. The hollow had either completely forgotten that there was someone else present, or it wasn't paying attention when he ran circles around the vizard earlier. Shin didn't mind reminding it that he could catch up easily though; he chased after it, running up to its armless side, before making a horizontal slice at its midsection, releasing a wave of fire in the swing. If the cut itself missed, the hollow still had to deal with a close range wave of fire. Shin especially wanted to know what it was going to do about the arm; a disconnected limb like that would burn like paper under his shikai's flames, and there was little chance that he was avoiding the entire stream of flames. Or the second stream Shin was going to send as soon as the hollow moved.
"Is this all you're capable of? You can't even fight me, just how did you intend to get past the higher seats? Or did you just intend to try to fight the unseated members, you seem cowardly enough to rely on that for your so-called revenge. The only reason you were even willing to fight me was because you thought that it would be an easy victory. Yet you ended up hiding behind your hollow, who is barely a better fighter than you. They must have had lax standards for a vice-captain back then, or were they just desperate?"

Oketsu felt reiatsu trailing after him, the kid with the vice captain power was trailing after him again. Oketsu knew the kid was going to use flash step, the sudden flare of reiatsu made that much obvious. You know, Oketsu, you really need to teach me how to release that sword, Genesis is getting to sit around while we're out here getting kicked. Well, it's partly my fault, I underestimated that kid, and lost control, and no offence to you, but you're a hollow, you suck with a sword. Well if she didn't have two swords I could have taken her, even more so if you'd released Genesis. But now, look I have a plan, but it's going to hurt, again. It should, however, get us out of here more of less in one piece. Do it, we need to get to the brotherhood, and fast.[/i]
Oketsu charged a cero up at the tip of his sword as his opponent flash stepped towards him, turning head on and stabbing at where his opponent was. Oketsu knew full well his opponent's attack would hit him straight in the chest. In his inner world, Oketsu watched as Shin flashed to his injured side and winced as his hollow moved to meet the blast head on. YOU CALL THAT A PLAN! We took a hit from it before, it'll burn some of our reiatsu, but I'll temporarily give you control again the moment it hits, so that it takes more of your reitasu and leaves me in good enough shape to escape. Good enough shape? YOU LOST MY ARM AND NOW YOU'RE USING ME AS A HUMAN SHIELD? Of course not, you're a shinigami, not a human. You are in so much trouble...just make it quick.
The hollow fired the cero the moment before the flames impacted with it, pumping enough of it's reiatsu into the cero for it to last the switch. As the flames drew close it allowed Oketsu to take command once more, much to his dismay. All Oketsu could do was grit his teeth and push his sword forward towards his opponent's chest. Oketsu winced again as the fires burnt through his body, it felt as if they were tearing him apart, and then in an instant, the feeling was gone, and he had returned to his inner world. Oketsu had very little reiatsu remaining, and he could sense even his hollow was starting to feel the drain of fighting two vice captain level foes. Both Oketsu and his inner hollow were hoping this battle would not last much longer, though their attack was aimed at dealing with their foe quickly, they believed they were mostly safe from the other vice captain, and hoped she would remain at a distance and give them a break, they both figured they had earned it by now.

As Shin launched his attack, the hollow countered with yet another cero. The fact that it was using the very sword that the arm was pierced on to fire it didn't escape Shin's notice.
He doesn't want to get that arm reattached at all, does he? Or maybe he's too stupid to figure out that the limb's going to go up in flames if the fire touches it? Kumori purred out in his mind, watching the flames inch closer to Oketsu, and his arm.
I don't think he really cares at this point, he's probably more interested in not dying.
Shin saw the flames reach the hollow, burning it and corroding away some more reiatsu, and although he wasn't sure, just for a second there, he felt the hollow's reiatsu shift a bit, more like Oketsu's reiatsu. Maybe the hollow really was getting weaker? He didn't have much time to consider it though, as he was forced to jump back to evade the sword stab and the remnants of the cero. Not wanting to give the hollow any time to run away, he aimed at the hollow, preparing a kido.
"Bakudo #61, Rikujōkōrō."
Not stopping there, his zanpakuto started drawing in energy as he landed, and aimed at the hollow again before releasing a Kumori katsu after it. Hopefully, that would bring it down, while the cero didn't manage to hurt him, it did slow him down enough that he likely couldn't catch back up before the hollow got through the gate.

Oketsu moved the moment after his cero had been fired. His opponent had dodged his cero and stab, and Oketsu knew he would likely follow up rather quickly, and he most certinally did not want to hang around after that. Moving with his hollow enhance speed, Oketsu's hollow leapt from the spot it was in and continued running, though a sense of extreme irritation shot through his mind as he felt his opponent's reiatsu moving to charge another attack. I know that kido he's using, one reccomendation, jump. The hollow listened to the real Oketsu, and leapt as the six bars of light crashed into each other just below his legs. Fire a cero back, just to make sure. I thought you wanted to just get out of here? We need a moment to distract them, to prevent them from fully following us. Fine, fine, but this is the last one, even I'm starting to get tired. Oketsu charged a cero in his mouth, and he felt a now all too familiar reiatsu raging towards him.
Jumping and turning mid air, Oketsu fired the cero as a blast, aimed directly at the black flames which were hurtling towards him. Oketsu didn't stop to see the impact, nor did he really care, he continued his pivot mid-air, turning back in the direction of the gate, to which he would continue his run towards, unless he were waylaid once more.
{Exit maybe...depending on Shiz...}[/b]
