Name: Full Metal Alchemist - The Revelation of Truth Genre: Action/Adventure Length: Hard to say, depends on popularity. Rating: 6-7 (Up to the players, I'll try to be descriptive in some critical points for some things but I'm not too good at that so meh ) Synopsis: A large town a few miles from the city of Central has reported several disappearances in the last few days. Due to the nature of the disappearances, with the person seemingly vanishing, with there being no trace of them other than their scattered clothes the local police is suspecting the culprits to be some form of maniacs, but due to disappearances in entire police squads they have also concluded that they are either a lot of the culprits, which seem unlikely due to there being no traces of them, or that they are alchemists. And as such they have contacted the Military in Central, who has agreed in sending a few of their own State Alchemists and other support in order to deal with the rising problem. Cue the players! --- Alright, so this is obviously a FMA universe rp, however keep in mind, I'm basing this more on the manga universe than the anime one, though with some slight changes. For example, the source of Amestris(The state military's country) alchemy is not the same, so no references to that please. And since its not based on the first anime, no human transmutation error homunculi. You can make a homunculus if you make a REALLY good reason for why it excists at all, but for the moment I have no intention of involving them. now then, with that over with I'll add that there is practically no limit for what you can make other than that. You can make a state alchemist, a normal alchemist, a Xingese alchemist (or pharmacist... whatever they are called), a normal soldier (that could be prety interesting) or some kind of mercenary or even a sentient Chimera (think Greed's henchmen). I'd prefer if you followed this template: Name: Your name obviously Gender: Duh? Age: Try to be realistic. Type: What relation does your character have? State Military? Then what rank? (Anything below Colonel is allowed)
--- Description: Your characters physical description. A picture and light description is enough if you make a basic character. Personality: Your characters personality. A basic description is enough if you aren't making anything special. Short history: Your characters history, only needs to detail how they came into their current state, though a brief description of past events is recomended.
Abilities: What abilities or skills does your character possess? Be descriptive. Possesions: What weapons or personal belongings does your character own? If they are weapons or the like, be descriptive.
I will add my character later, but it is going to be the group leader and a Colonel (you don't HAVE to be a part of the group from the start, you can even oppose it if you really want to, but until I reveal the villains I'd prefer if you avoided any relations with them )

Doublepost, because I can. Heres my character, might do some changes but this is what I have in mind at the moment. Name: Colonel Diana Andrews Gender: Female Age: 27 Type: State Military Colonel --- Description: Diana stands at approximately 170 centimeters in height, making her fairly short but not ridiculously so, with a slim build and feminine curves she is fairly attractive, although her face is more 'cute' than beautifull. She has light brown to red-ish colored hair which is about chin length, with a bang that hangs down over part of her right eye, with most of the rest being let out on her neck. She has a fairly tan skintone, though not nearly on the same level as someone from Ishbal, but rather an Amestrian that has been out in the sun a lot. Whenever she is on duty she is seen in her blue military uniform, buttoned up and orderly. Personality: At first glance one would probably deduct that Diana is a kind hearted woman, but those who serve under her know this is not so as she is extremely strict when it comes to duty and the law, severely punishing her own soldiers if they 'break her trust' in one way or the other, but at the same time she is fair and would not punish someone for the sake of it, or if they did a mistake they did not mean which had little effect as a whole. She has even been known to punish herself when she failed at something important once. This display is Diana's work persona however, she is a stern believer in law and order and as such feels she cannot display weakness while on duty, with her kindness and trust of others being seen as a weakness she is quick to discard it for the sake of her duty. The reason for her acting like this is mostly due to her wanting to live up to her father, the late Fuhrer's, name. And while she loved him as he loved her in return, he was always able to separate his personal feelings from those of his duties, which is something the young woman is trying to replicate while she attempts to claim the rank herself. Diana has many things she likes, but due to her personality shift when working she tries to not display this, but she has a soft spot for her 'brother' and close friends. As well as liking good food, drinks, family reunions and similiar occasions where she can really express herself. Though what she likes the most is probably the feeling of the times when she is promoted. Her dislikes on the other hand are fewer, but still many. As the young woman is a firm believer in law and order, she hates lawbreakers and especially murderers with a passion. When it comes to small scale skirmishes, Diana is cool and collected, able to easily order her troops in correct strategic ways in order to achieve victory, however she has much easier to get flustered and panic when in a big war, which she has been once and though she will go if another happens, she'd prefer not to. In a large scale battle Diana knows that the difference between victory and defeat lies in how willing you are to kill your enemy, and as such always aims for the kill even though she hates doing it. In smaller scale battles however, she tries to only disable her enemies if possible, as long as it does not put her allies at risk. Short history: Diana was born into the Andrews family, her father at the time being a high seated General within the State Military. During this time the country of Amestris was at peace with its neighbouring nations for the most part, there was always the occasional border skirmish but none were willing to go into a full scale war. And as such Diana grew up in a rather peacefull period and joined the military academy at the age of thirteen, graduating at the young age of sixteen, just in time for the Ishbal Rebellion, or as it was known to some. The Ishbal Massacre. Being a mere Private First Class Diana was assigned to the vanguard of the State Military, which essentially put her in the dangerzone right from the start. And though she hates to admit it, it was this position which allowed her to quickly rise through the ranks as she managed to survive the near suicidal strikes they were ordered to do, with the fall of her squads sergeant Diana assumed command and was able to bring her squad to their target and perform their duty, before they bunkered up and took cover until backup arrived. At the end of the first year of the war she had been promoted to First Lieutenant and was leading her own squads in battle, and though she did it well she was still shaken by the events of the war, but was able to shut it out. It was at the latest stages of the war, when the State Military called for the elite of the State Alchemists that the true horrors of the war began, as mere days after they had arrived, the land of Ishbal was turned into a smoking ruin through the empowered Alchemists work. These events caused deem scars in the young woman, however during the years after the war she was able to put them mostly behind her. After the war ended her father had been given the rank of Fuhrer himself while she was promoted to Lance Corporal, and was transfered to the western headquarters where she worked her way up in the ranks after a few months of rest after the war, achieving the rank of Colonel at the age of twenty-four through her efforts of holding back Amestris western neighbours. Shortly after her latest promotion however her father became sick, and died a few weeks later causing the young woman great grief, but also made her even more dedicated to her cause. She continued serving in the western headquarters for a few years more, but has recently been called back to Central, where she has reciever her first orders since returning. Abilities: Diana has a decent grasp on alchemy knowledge, but in general she has no true talent in it and therefore does not focus on it at all unless necessary. But in general she rarely uses it in battle as she is far more adept with her other weapons. Possesions: 2 x Standard Issue Handgun: A small gun issued out to all military personel, firing 9mm rounds with a mag capacity of twelve bullets. Diana carries two incase she needs the extra firepower, rather than a rifle. Saber: A prety standard choice of close quarter weapon among the State Military, Diana's saber has a very average look to it, with no special engravings or such. The only special thing about it really is the gold colored guard and the Amestris symbol at the side of the blade, just above the hilt. The blade itself is about three feet long, making the entire thing shortly under four feet. Assorted number of objects: Diana owns a large amount of military equipment, and makes good use of it all by taking what she thinks can become necessary with her on each mission or even the field of battle.

Name: Lt. Henry Lanier Gender: Male Age: 24 Type: State Military 1st Lieutenant - Explosives --- Description: Henry is a man of descent build. He stands at 5'11" and has a lean muscle build. His hair is white, but in the glint of light it has a fuscia hint to it. He generally wears the standard State Military uniform, and keeps it the way it should be when he's around someone of rank that he should look formal with. Otherwise, he has the top unbuttoned, revealing that he wears several drapes of bandaging wrap around his chest - a precaution. He figures that if he gets hurt, he'll already be wrapped up. His lower part of his uniform is coated with small belts and holsters - all to hold the variety of grenades, pop caps, egg blasts, and door busters of the like. Though one of the holsters holds his pack of cigarettes - the only non-explosive in them. On his back, he carries two things when he needs to travel - his custom rifle, and his special bomb, who he calls Phil. He wears two solid black rings - one on his pointer finger on his right hand, and the middle finger on his left. He keeps his most prized possesion - a dud grenade from his father - in his coat pocket at all times. Personality: Boom? Henry is a very likable guy. He's the type to go around, saying hi to everyone he knows. He's a friendly fellow at work in the service, and he is very casual. Henry knows how to have a good time, and when to let loose his serious side and all that. However, most people tend to keep him at a distance. New people would wonder why, but it will always become clear in the end. Henry talks to bombs. And smokes cigarettes. But it's the bomb thing that gets people. Yeah, he's got a screw loose in his head somewhere - or got a screw shoved into his head - where he is a firm believer that bombs are his dearest friends. He names all of his explosives that he owns and works with, and even the ones he sees randomly. He holds conversations with all of them constantly, and can even determine how dangerous and explosive an explosive is. When Henry gets angry, he gets dangerous. His explosives become his allies in newfound combat and he grows to be very eager to use them. The good part in this is that it takes a while to get him to that point - Henry has a good tolerance for stuff like that. He stave's it off most of the time with a good cigarette. Henry gets saddened when people don't understand his relationship with his lovelies. The sheer thought of a small package that is his that will become a shower of chaos and beautiful destruction . . it is magnificent. Short history: Henry was born to the family of the Laniers - well known explosive makers. His father, in fact, was a former State Alchemist that used his alchemy to make the bombs. This being the way things were, Henry grew up a little closer to bombs than others. His father even gave him a dud grenade as a present - he slept with it for his small child life. The young Henry had an special closeness to his father, considering he didn't have a mother - she left and ditched them after he was born. He helped his dad at work - building explosives. Day after day they filled orders and built the death dealing creations - and one day, Henry thought he heard something. He looked about, trying to find the voice, when it hit him - it was the dud grenade. It talked. Or, to be more accurate, Henry heard the grenade's voice in his head. And so he talked back. This brought concern to his father - was his son okay? But being the responsible parent he was, he did what they all would. He ignored it. Or maybe that wasn't that responsible . . . Henry enlisted in the military academy when he turned 14. He graduated at age 17, and was sent to the east, to assist in border upkeeping. It turns out that being an explosives expert was quite helpful in combat - especially when they told him when they needed to be used. He made a climb in the ranks, not as fast as the aces but it was enough to consider him someone that would get somewhere in life, if it didn't end in a dramatic boom. He got sent back to Central just a few weeks ago, and has been doing small minor tasks, but Henry has the feeling something's up - why would they need him here? Sure, he could get away from the pain of fighting, but they needed him where his talent was off....use. Henry expected to get a use of all of this soon, though. Abilities: Talking to bombs. And he believes they talk back. Possessions: Modified State RifleA state 6-shot rifle, a little more than 3 feet long, that has been modified with enhanced grips and a smaller stock. This allows for more maneuverability, but increases the recoil that happens after each shot. Various ExplosivesHenry has far too many types of Explodies to list. They range from a small, handheld grenade with a pull pin to his "backpack bomb", which was made out of transmutated metal and special materials so that it can level an entire building, despite the time cost it takes to make it work. His most used weapons are his grenades, simply because they are easier to use. Seriously, pull a pin and throw . . . that, and he uses "door busters" - bombs that he sticks to doors and walls before they explode, so that a path can be made.

Name: Adrian Marks, the Sky Breaker Alchemist Gender: Male Age: 26 Type: Lieutenant Colonel --- Description: Aside from the above, Adrian wears his military uniform, and his left arm has been replaced with automail, due to an unfortunate accident involving a machete, and a tub of butter. He refuses to wear any sort of hat, not liking the feeling of something on covering his head like that, though he does like to wear hooded clothing when it is really cold out. In addition to his uniform, he wears a pair of white gloves to conceal his hands, though for whatever reason, one, or both of them are often shredded and he has to replace them quite regularly. One last thing to not: Adrian always carries a flask of some alcohol or another ranging in potency depending on the mission he is sent on. Personality: Contrary to his serious look, Adrian is a quite enjoyable guy to be around. He will smile, if the situation calls for it, but under normal circumstances he has that same expression of mild seriousness plastered onto his face. When sent on a mission, he is often looking for the most efficient way of doing things, and tends to forget his companions are around to help. Though when reminded he will normally be able to find them something to do. This is of course, only when he's really focused, and wants to get the work done. Not all the time. Finally...if he finds that his flask is missing he will immediately assume someone stole it, and go on a rampage to find whoever did it, often shooting weak bolts of lightning every which way without thinking about it causing mayhem and destruction in his search for the precious container. If he runs out of the liquid inside, he will become depressed, and not feel like doing anything. Over dramatic to the extreme, he will believe his life is over and sit in a fetal position for hours at a time. Short history: Adrian grew up in Central, in a nice cozy house that overlooks the river that flows through the city. His father was a State Alchemist, and was able to attain the rank of Brigadier General before being sent away to Ishbal because of some uprising during the last stages of the war. Known as the Stone Arm alchemist, Theodore Marks was one of there very best. However, a lucky bullet from an Ishbalan was able to get him in the very back of the head while his back was turned, meeting his unfortunate demise in the desert city. During this time, Adrian was already going on to take his State Alchemy exam. Turning a hunk of metal into a thirty foot spire that was laced with groves that had electricity running through them. It seemed to shatter the sky, each time one of the bolts was sent flying in a random direction, dissipating harmlessly in the air: truly a stunning performance by the up and coming alchemist. Soon after he passed, he was granted the immediate rank of Major, and the title of Sky Breaker. Several more years passed, during which Adrian went on many different missions, succeeding in most, failing in a few of the more difficult ones. After a truly difficult mission, where a renegade State Alchemist known as the Steeljaw Alchemist decided to go on a suicidal spree, taking the city with him. Almost a quarter of the population was killed in his attempt to destroy a small city to the west of central. Adrian was able to stop him before things got too out of hand, but couldn't prevent the casualties that had happened, or the loss of his left arm by the insane alchemist, due to a machete he somehow pulled out of his throat which caught the Sky Breaker Alchemist by surprise. After a grueling battle, he was able to take the dangerous man into custody. His success was not taken lightly by the higher ups, and was soon promoted to Lieutenant Colonel at the age of Twenty One, an impressive feat considering he's only been a Major for a few years. One of the best mechanics he knew, known as Natalia, crafted him a sturdy piece of automail which by Adrian's request had been engraved with numerous transmutation circles. Since than, he's taken on more difficult assignments, failing only one or two out of the few dozen he's completed since his promotion. And those were ones that were underestimated, and turned out to be more difficult than one would normally think, having to call in a pair of Colonels for one, and a Brigadier General for another as backup. Just a year before the present, his mother passed away from a fatal heart disease. The funeral was held in Central, Adrian being supported by the friends he had come to know while serving in the Military. Abilities: Adrian is very skilled in the art of manipulating static, and electricity through use of alchemy. His abilities have grown potent enough, to the point where he can do it without thinking. One may notice that he will use his left arm more than his right to actually perform the alchemy required, and will notice that when doing so he doesn't use a transmutation circle. This is of course, not true. There are quite a few different circles engraved onto the metal plating of his auto mail. Which is what has replaced his left arm. From firing bolts of the shocking energy, to channeling a large amount of electricity into a sphere that covers the sturdy metal hand, before punching his opponent delivering a very shocking blow (pun not intended). Possesions: The only combat suited possessions Adrian carries, are a pouch filled with D Batteries. These small cylinders may not seem like much. But when charged with electricity, they will explode in a violent shower of electrons in a two yard radius. The reason for this is, they become so unstable that one major impact will cause them to destabilize and explode. His the joints of his automail are laced with aluminum and nickel. So when he simply moves the arm, he is generating a near constant minor static charge. Using Alchemy, Adrian can easily expand this charge to create the deadly bolts of electricity he is so fond of using, conduct it through most of the length of the auto mail, gather it in his fist, or many other various uses for it.

Name:Major, Colin Jackson The Crystal Stone Alchemist Gender:Male Age:Seventeen Type:Major --- Description:Colin stands at a nice 5’9” and weighs about a hundred and forty pounds. His hair seems to be very confused. It contains black, white, and various shades of grey. However, they all merge wondrously together (as the white/purple tint in the image does). It is, for the most part, short and unkempt, yet, there are to larger bangs that reach down to his collar bone on each side of his face. Colin’s skin tone is darker than average Caucasians. In fact, it could even rival that of an Ishbalian. His two upper canine teeth are longer than the average human’s, as well, the one on the left side seems to hang above his lower lip almost constantly, becoming visible to the public even while his mouth is closed. Colin’s eyes have slight oddity to them. Though subtle, they do appear to have the glare most commonly found in canines, giving them an eerie feel to them. His sclera has a very minute light blue tint to it and up close can it be differentiated from white. As for his iris, it is oddly coloured yellow. Colin Jackson is very impartial to the standard military attire. Feeling the need to stand out, he prefers to wear his own set of clothes. He wears a white silk jacket with a black t-shirt under. He wears loosely fitted white jeans that have an intricate white design on his black back pockets. He wears a diamond chain around his neck (which is often used in his alchemy). Also, there are black goggles strapped to his forehead. These goggles have one-way transparent lenses that are coloured white. He also wears a black glove on his right hand. This glove is covered entirely in elaborately designed white lines that, if the glove was sectioned off, cut apart, and reattached in the correct way; it would create a transmutation circle of incredibly complexities. Personality:To sum a person’s entire persona in a single word would be a crime against humanity. That being said, Colin is arrogant. He would constantly try to separate himself from others who’d think that they, by some grace from the divine Lord, could be as great and magnificent as he. This is also the reason he hates the military uniform, and why he hates Diana even more for trying so hard to force him to wear it. Colin’s attitude towards work is very unreliable. He may take a mission seriously every now and again, but only under the condition that it strongly interests him. Otherwise, he’d simply go about doing what he wishes. He is almost never serious. His emotions range from extremely content to extremely outraged and absolutely nothing in between. Like all humans, he is plagued by feelings such as sadness and jealousy. However, Colin refuses to admit their existence and will shrug them off at the first sign of them. When speaking to others, especially women, he boasts and brags about his abilities. He cares little for what a man may think, and tries too hard to get women to like him. This of course, causes them to dislike him for he is either too immature, or too egotistical. This only causes him to brag even more to try and make them like him. Though he has no real siblings, Colin looks at Diana as an older sister. Over the years they have formed a close bond, yet, the teenaged boy refuses to admit it. He may be tagging behind her, but he isn’t her little brother now is he? He blesses the woman with smug comments and insults. But beyond all that, he holds the woman near and dear to him. However, he has never admitted this to anyone, including himself. In fact, he remains oblivious. He hates the woman with a strong passion, yet, can’t tear himself away. Their long heated debates, their constant bickering, he just loves it all. All in all, Colin is a very arrogant, very childish young man. Short history:Colin was born to a single mother. Since his birth, his mother had drilled it into his mind that his father was dead. In truth, even she didn’t know if the lie was really a fiction or a reality. In actuality, he up and left before the two even realize they were pregnant. He was a mysterious man, never telling anyone where he was or what he planned to do. He kept to himself, locked away from even those he cared for most. Yes this included Colin’s mother. What? You thought she was one night stand? Oh, and did I mention he was a Chimera? Yes, he was a sentient Chimera. Though he had traces of wolf genes in him, he appeared, spoke, and acted as a man would. His canine heredities were subtle, not as subtle as his son’s mind you, but subtle nonetheless. Well, maybe not subtle. But he wasn’t a ten foot tall werewolf either. Colin’s knowledge of his father is limited. He simply presumes he is dead. A child never questions what their mother’s told them. The boy and his mother lived in the western country sides. They lived with their aunt, a former State Alchemist. It was her that gave Colin his intense love over the art. When the young boy was only two years of age, his mother had fallen ill, and within a weeks time, succumb to her ailment and passed away. Undoubtedly this traumatized the boy. However, his aunt gave him the outlook that men do not show emotion. So Colin kept his pains to himself. Four years after his mother’s death, his aunt relocated. He was brought near Central as his aunt resumed her post in the State Military. She had returned just before the skirmish with Ishbal began. The young boy’s aunt was the leader of a small platoon on the front lines. In her platoon was a Private First Class by the name of Diana. Though Colin was only six and supposed to be far, far away from their dangerous location, he repeatedly snuck away from his caregivers to see his aunt. Of course, this allowed him to get to know her platoon as best he could while they shouted for him to return home (which was a long way off). Then, seven years had passed by and the boy’s dedication and incredible knack towards alchemy gave him recognition, along with being the nephew of a Brigadier General and incredibly skilled alchemist. However, regardless his aunt’s incredible skill and prowess, she was killed in what was called a “massacre” despite it being his loved one that had died. At this time he was thirteen years old and entered the military academy only to graduate nine months later at the age of fourteen. Immediately he was put under the command of the recently appointed Colonel. This Colonel also happened to be a former member of his aunt’s squadron. Having been a prior acquaintance to Diana Andrews, Colin quickly and easily developed a brother/sister relationship with the woman that would continue to grow timelessly. A mere three years after, he was ranked a Major and bore the name of “The Crystal Stone Alchemist”. Yet, he still served under his Colonel, despite many chances to be distanced from the woman he claims to ‘hate’. Abilities:The earth is filled with minerals just as the ocean is filled with water. Colin uses this to his advantage. And with his glove, he has long since bypassed the need for a transmutation circle. The glove itself is encoded with various circles that combine to one allowing him to use it in many combinations. This transmutation circle forever embedded into his glove coupled with his incredible knowledge over the elements allows him to manipulate minerals with the slightest of ease. Colin can bend and shape anything from stone to iron to crystals. Thus he has been named the Crystal Stone Alchemist. Possesions:M9 Beretta x2These are simple 9mm pistols. In a single clip it can hold about twelve shots. He keeps on sitting on the front of his belt, off to the right side, and the other sitting on the back of his belt, off to the left. This allows him to pull one or both out at the same time with maximum efficiency. VialThere is a small bottle appearing to be made from glass and is hidden away in the deep pockets of his jeans. The vial contains a powdered diamonds. At first glance it’d appear as either salt or sugar, however that it is pure diamonds. The “glass” itself is made from pure diamonds as well.

Name: Felix Anderson Gender: Male Age: 19 Type: State Military - Staff Sergeant --- Description: Whenever he's not in uniform, Felix usually wears what he has on in the picture. He has medium length blonde hair and green eyes. He stands at a height of 6'0 and weighs in at 165 pounds. The left front side of his body from the ribs on up is burned from when he was a kid. Personality: Felix is the type of guy that every and anyone can get along with... well maybe not overachievers. He has a very laid back personality and doesn't take things too seriously. He couldn't care less about economic hardships or things of that nature, just a long as he can rest and relax he's fine. Felix is also very apathetic towards things and rarely has an opinion about situations unless someone asks him a specific question. He can also be a bit of a smartass at times to which ticks people off. It's a wonder how this kid got to the rank he is at now. But by no means is he unskilled or dumb, the kid can fight his butt off. Short history: Your characters history, only needs to detail how they came into their current state, though a brief description of past events is recomended. Abilities: Felix is a great alchemist, though there is one skill that is his specialty and that he uses all the time. Felix loves to use fired in his attacks. He has the unique ability to ignite the blade of his combat knife in flames which gives him that extra boost in attacks with it. Possesions: Felix carries with him at all times a simple combat knife and two magnum revolvers that are painted golden.

Name: Ash El’Jonson the Ivory Blade Alchemist Gender: Male Age: 23 Type: State Military – Specialist Lieutenant Colonel, Central Investigator --- Description Ash looks like a girl, plain and simple. His facial features are very feminine with a kind of roundness to his face and a clear healthy luminescence that resembles a light blush, his cheeks are pinkish. His pink eyes are placed at a narrower position with a small round nose and a small mouth that’s a not very big and whenever he smiles gives him the appearance of embarrassment. His raven black hair doesn’t help but he does take pride in it spending a good part of the day ever three or four days perfecting it. The rest of his body is equally lanky and skinny; he has long slender fingers and long nails. Complementing his looks are his clothes. A bright pink scarf is wrapped around his neck and muffles up under his chin, the rest dangles behind him under his hair. He wears a white shirt that conforms to his body but does not hug it as it holds free a little, it has no sleeves but has a singular piece of cloth that runs along each arm and twist around it keeping it close to the skin, it ends in a small glove like piece of cloth that is put on the hand and is held quite tight, it exposes the thumbs and all fingers but the two pointers which are encased in pink material and hold the cloth tight. At times he wears a large pink robe with white floral patterns adorning it. A white belt holds up his skirt which is made of fine pink silk material that flows with the wind, this only drops to just above his knees and is split on one side to allow easier movement, he has a pair of white hot-pants beneath this just in case. Hanging off the belt are two pink and white balls of fluff on strings. On his feet are white sandals, which are adorned little pink bows. He rarely wears the outfit of the state military and if he does he usually throws his robe over the outfit. Personality On the surface Ash is a strange one as should already be obvious. He prefers dressing in girl’s clothes or if that isn’t possible (such as when he is on a mission, which will be most of the time) he at least picks androgynous clothes typically in colors associated with females. He acts very feminine when outgoing and almost seems like a flirt with guys though it isn’t true, it’s simply his more feminine nature (he is heterosexual despite all appearances). He also frets about girlish things, whether his hair looks ok, if all of his things are in order and yes, even if a girl likes him. He’s an obsessive compulsive; everything he owns is clean and has to be perfect. He tends to joke allot with people he doesn’t know or trust, this makes him easy to get along with even if you don’t know him, though it truth he’s doing it because he isn’t sure what to think of you yet, not because he does. But with time he will warm up to people, at least if they are intelligent enough to warrant it and he will share his more intelligent thoughts and musings with them. Like most this is hardly his true self though and if it wasn’t obvious from the occasional leak of helpful information he gives it should be from the rank he has attained. Ash works best alone and has an amazing mind; genius would be one word for it though he would never say it as such himself. He has decent skills in alchemy but his true strength is in observing the world around him. After seeing something he never ever forgets it whether it be good or bad and brings it up when it best suits him. He notices small inconsequential details and then forms those details into stories or in some cases uses them to formulate tactics to either fight or catch someone. This has made him a perfect detective and at Central he is something of a growing legend with talk that he might make it into the command structure some day. Ash is also quite the philosophizer and enjoys a good argument or a good book, whichever happens to come by first. Short HistoryBorn in the slums of central Ash grew up in a relatively average home. Many outsiders envision that Central is something like heaven and many of the ranking leaders within like to kid themselves into thinking that is the truth, but in reality few live such a privileged life. Regardless life in the slums is hard but not unbearable, law and order still reign and so violence is kept to a minimum but the work is hard and the money rare. One thing not to average about his home was that he shared it with twenty females and no other men having no brothers and his father having left his mother long ago. He shared this home with all his sisters, his mother, her sisters and all their daughters. It was no doubt this environment that nurtured Ash’s effeminate personality and eventual downright feminism. While this certainly made for a raucous household it also made early life enjoyable and helped everyone ignore hard times when they could share it together. Regardless by the time Ash had stopped seeing through the rose tinted glass of young innocence he came to realize none of them were in a good way. So like many of his sisters planned to he started making plans to join the State Military when he was of age to alleviate the burden on the family as a whole. They in fact had a great rarity, a book on alchemy that was usually only found in the homes of the rich, his long lost father having been an alchemist. Regardless this book alone wasn’t enough to teach them anything and no matter how much they might have pined over it trying to shrive something of significance from the pages to help them in life none of them ever succeeded in anything. It was however likely these basic concepts that he learned early on that would make him such a quick study later in life. He like many others joined the army at the age of 13 and was immediately placed under the direct command of a Colonel Alexander who was one of the greatest alchemists of the time, or at least publicly it seemed that way. Alexander took a great liking to Ash whom began serving as something of an errand boy for the Colonel instead of being forced into the dull cubicle work of most trainees. It was this that allowed him to meet other important individuals who he otherwise never would and through these meetings it would secure him more leverage for advancement in the future. He had chosen to join the military at perhaps the worst time he possibly could have and less than two months after he joined the Ishbal Rebellion began. Of course he should never have been a part of it, he was a trainee and like most should have been directed to Central command to be placed in some dead end job where he would have remained till the end of his career. But Ash was quite fond of Alexander and did not want to leave the man he thought might bring him great prosperity, and more over Ash had always been one to get into trouble. And so after acting like he was saying farewell to his superiors who were heading off to war he snuck into one of the many cargo crates they were hauling off and soon he found himself a soldier. Alexanders command had been put on the forefront of the attack though he himself had yet to join them. Ash had the misfortune of being disconnected from this group and before he knew what was happening he found that he was in the very center of the fighting. Luckily Ash had managed to get out of the crate while nobody was looking but soon after he was found by other State Military soldiers. However instead of pointing out that he was obviously nothing but a young boy the soldiers had simply picked up the rifle of a nearby dead soldier, placed it in his hands and told him to start shooting. Ash took part in the Ishbal Rebellion for nearly six months before running back into Alexander. In the intervening time he not only took part in many battles but had the fortune to fight next to several alchemist and ever so slowly his understanding of the basics saw him formulating basic theories on the usage of alchemy by watching what they did. By the time he met back up with his old master he was a hardened warrior and a blooming alchemist. Alexander could have sent the boy home then, but he saw something in Ash and not only let him stay, he took him under his wing. The rebellion lasted for another year and a half until Central finally ordered all alchemist to simply crush the Ishbal nation. So it was and as something of Alexanders prodigy Ash took part in it as well, now taking on a form quite similar to that he does now. The nation was razed in a but a few day and Ash did his share of the dirty work, though he does hold the secret that he allowed several children to escape at one point. He later found out that Alexander ended up getting killed during the conflict but though this saddened him the Colonel had left a new path open to the young-man. He would leave the war a different person and after returning to Central by the late-colonels orders he was tested and approved as a state alchemist. The tests and his personal skill set dictated that he would work directly under Central, in the investigation squad. Within months Ash gained the title of the “Detective Prince” after his skills…and his pretty looks. He was a monster and could proved a genius at finding the smallest little piece of evidence that would bring a prisoner into custody. His now amazing alchemical skills also made him something to be feared and before long he went from hunting down simply thieves to murderers and then to rogue alchemist themselves. At the peak of his prime, having put dozens of the most vile men away he was suddenly pulled out of his job and stuck under the command of Diana Andrews. It seems the government once more has plans for its dogs, for one does not remove such an efficient tool without reason. Now Ash spends his days waiting to see whatever fate he knows must await him. Abilities: The Ivory Blade Alchemist, so named for the white blades he always carries named in the possessions below is actually a misnomer. For while he does indeed carry those blades his true alchemical strength lies in the ability to create blades out of any element, though it usually requires mixing with at least a little metal element. Luckily almost everything in existence contains metallic elements so this is not difficult for him at all. Of course he can do others things with alchemy but this is what he is well known for and below I shall list the most common blades he forms. Ash no longer has to utilize an alchemist circle to create weapons and doesn’t risk the usual gloves by tattooing the basic hexagonal symbol on his right palm. Name of Weapon: Explosion Description: Created when metal or stone is mixed with a fire element. A short sword which look just like the Final the blade he normally carries but is thicker and when swung a red trail follows itr. Explosion is equipped with a special container that runs along the back edge and contains the alchemized fire super heating the sword…cannot be used to melt through metal or anything but is quite painful and in an emergency could be used to cauterize a wound. Name of Weapon: Tangle Description: Created when mixed with either earth or vegetation is present, obviously this is the easiest to come by. The malleable earth or vegetation forms a bendable whip like three-foot sword that wiggles back and forth at the slightest movement, this makes it hard to control but also makes it hard to predict. The edges are hardened and as sharp as any other blade and the ease with which it can be made makes it an oft-used weapon. It should be mentioned that due to its difficult to control tendencies this weapon is best used to get the drop on someone and not for an extended fight. Name of Weapon: Titan Description: Created when metal and stone elements are mixed. It creates a massive blade that a less trained individual would collapse under such is its weight. The largest and most powerful single hit weapon Ash has but also the slowest and incredibly cumbersome to use. Possesses an alchemical symbol when created that forces the wherever it hits on the ground to explode. Not something he would bring out in a normal fight but which might prove useful against a similarly “strong but slow” opponent. Name of Weapon: Blade Description: Air is very difficult to turn into anything constant but that isn’t required here. By condensing air it can be fired off and acts much like a throwing dagger, puncturing the foes body before dissipating, the damage can be moderate to severe. PossessionsName of Weapon: Final Description: A two-foot short sword weapon that he keeps on his left leg. The steel of this short sword is lighter than the other two and makes it much faster, it is normally wielded singly and not with any other weapons. The blade is bright white and the pommel striped with layers of pink with a large pink bow on the guard. Name of Weapon: Four Hells – Creation, Evolution, Time and Apocalypse Description: The four katana like blades that he wears on his hips, two on each side. Long slender curved weapons with a vicious cutting potential and very light. These are Ash's fastest weapons though not necessarily his strongest. He is one of the few people who has conquered the ancient and exotic art of using all the blades at once in consecutive strikes. Name of Weapon: Wild-Card Description: A miniature battle shotgun, shoots a single volley of pellets equivalent to buckshot and then has to be reloaded. Meant more to take an enemy by surprise than to be used in long term conflicts. Ash rarely makes use of this weapon but its there in case of emergency. Carried under his right arm. It has a steel barrel the outside of which is painted white just like the rest of the weapons with a small pink bow which falls over the edges of the barrel at the front of the chamber. Name of Weapon: Ceremonial Description: A small pure white dagger with curvy vine-line pink designs inlaid upon it. The weapon is six inches long and fits inside Ash’s coat or in his belt loop depending on which he happens to be wearing. It is another weapon that is rarely used but provides surprise factor and is of course very easy and quick to use. Name of Weapon: Beauty Description: A blade in the shape of a fan, not a large one but which can be carried in ones hand and folds easily into an interior pocket. It like all the others is painted white and has intricate pink swirls. Like Ceremonial this weapon is used to surprise the enemy but can usually be taken out with greater ease in the event Ash is being watched since nobody would expect the fan to be a deadly weapon. Good for a quick cut to the throat.

And incase you've lost interest since having normal social conversations is apparently too hard, you can just leave (but PLEASE say if you do) the rp.
I started this in the hope of doing a decently fast moving rp with its fair share of social interaction, but I guess I had my hopes too high, meh...

The rest of his body falls in suit, his legs and chest are both farley large when compared to most people. He is very muscular, thought not to the point of Major Armstrong, but close. He has medium length blonde hair that is never any longer then right past his eye brows, though he usually keeps it in a gray bandana or a hat. His eyes are, well not human like, they are slit like a cat’s eye because he is in fact part cat, lion to be exact. His fingertips aren’t like yours and mine, they are claw like, similar to Greed’s when he transforms into perfect armor mode. He usually wears either short sleeve shirts or a tank top. He finds pleasure in showing that he is the best, a trait that him and his twin brother share. He loves to compete with his twin brother more then anyone because they both share similar qualities. He is also a shoot first and ask questions later kind of guy, especially while on a mission. Despite these qualities he is a great military strategist. He also keeps a cool head during any kind of situation. Vick, is also the kind of guy who loves to go out to celebrate a job well done with alcohol. He is also a abide tobacco smoker. He also enjoys driving, if it has two or four wheels on it he is all over it. No matter what it looks like or how beat up it is, if it has a engine he can fix it and drive it. Vick also carries himself with honor and integrity, he is "a perfect solider" he will carry out any task if he find it necessary but he dose have one rule if you want him to work for you, let him speak his mind and never underestimate him or his judgment. He knows he is one of the best at what he dose. He also will quit any job he is working on if information is held form him, if you want his help he has to be in the loop at all times. Short history: Victor and his twin brother Jedediah where borne to a military family in the country of Amestris. From the time that they could walk the brothers where always together and most of the time fighting. Jedediah was always the quickest learner and smarter of the two but Victor was far more athletic and stronger. At the age of seven they where both enrolled into a martial arts class, and every weekend they would go to the country to hunt with there father, nothing big just birds and rabbits. By the time they where ten both of them where as good of a shot as any one in the military. When they turned eighteen they both enrolled into the military, victor made the rank of second Lieutenant in under two years and Jedediah made sergeant in the same amount of time. It was three days after Victor was promoted that they where both sent into Ishanbale in a small covert mission. After six months there they both ended up getting mortally wounded, and where sent back to central. There they where offered the option to be combined with a animal and become Chimeras. After being told about the superhuman strength that could be gained from it they both agreed to be combined with a animal. Victor with a lion, and Jedediah with a bear. While in rehab they met a small man who had been combined with a snake, after several months of talking they all agreed to leave the military and start a Mercenary company called Sphinx. The time period is a mix of world war 1 and 2 technology, I don't think they have that kind of advanced guns xD.
And though I can ignore it for the sake of ease, I doubt the military would let a pair of human chimeras just stroll out and create a mercenary company >>;

Name: Major Thomas Adler, “Clockwork Alchemist” Gender: Male Age: 22 Type: State Alchemist, Combat Engineer --- Description: Thomas is a light-built, frail looking fellow standing at an unimposing 5'5" and of pale complexion and light blond hair who would never be assumed to be in the State Military if he wasn't wearing his uniform. He often has a depressed, or inattentive expression on his face that makes it difficult to tell if you have his attention even if you were to be engaged in a conversation with him. Personality: Thomas is a person who tries to be as helpful to as many people as possible, without actually getting close to people because of his several notable fears. He has a deep-down fear of becoming attached to people because of the undeniable possibility of dying in the State Military, and the associated pain of losing a friend. He also is afraid of human contact, much preferring working in solitude or at least from a distance of other people, something from early on that has made him specialize in working with mechanics and technology in general, which allows him to be alone with his work. That being said, Thomas is a valuable mechanic able to repair vehicles, automail, radios, firearms, many things that could be of use for a soldier. The uneasiness that being near people gives him is by all means far worse when these people happen to be enemy soldiers who he knows would be out to hurt him, so Thomas has made it his responsibility to be a highly competent ranged combatant, developing his own uses of alchemy allowing him to fight at what most people would consider a safe distance, incorporating alchemy with his firearms for optimal effectiveness. There are few exceptions to his phobias associated with being near people. In the event of close combat, Thomas is known to panic. If he does not have somebody with him who can fight close or medium range, he becomes dangerously unpredictable like an injured fox backed into a corner. When he feels threatened, he has difficulty discerning friend from foe, and will do whatever he feels needs to be done to protect himself even if that means accidentally injuring his own teammates. (This is not the same as say, Daniel Conrad, who disregards the safety of his teammates as nuisances who deserve their fate if they should get killed by his actions.) Thomas has difficulty opening up to others, and only does so to his closest friends and allies, so in the event that he does accidentally injure an ally, he becomes horrendously depressed and requires strong emotional support to cheer up, while also demanding the harshest of punishments to make up for his mistakes. This isn't some sort of sick masochism though, in fact he is horribly afraid of pain, but he is overly critical of himself and expects the worst to come to him of he screws up. The fact that his usual commanding officer, Lt. Col. Marks, tends to prefer acting alone and not making use of his teammates makes Thomas feel left out and unimportant as an asset, but he tries to make up for it whenever he can by offering to maintain the commanding officer's automail whenever there is the slightest indication that there may be something out of tune. While this may seem to some as him trying to be a suck up, those who know him better realize he just wants to help out however possible. He truly does enjoy being useful, and appreciates the feeling of being a welcome benefit, but does the boundary between gratitude for his help can easily be crossed into being invasive of his privacy if not careful. Unlike his commanding officer, he much prefers large-scale conflicts over small skirmishes. In small skirmishes, the enemy is always right there and can kill you if you do not kill them first, where in large battles there is more room to keep a safe distance and dispatch enemies without putting yourself or your teammates in as much of a risk, but ultimately he feels he is less useful in small skirmishes due to the lack of need for long range combatants or vehicle maintenance or other things that he specializes in. Because of his uncomfortable regarding talking to people, he not only sees it completely normal that Lt. Lanier can talk to bombs, but actually can get depressed when his own mechanical projects don't talk back to him in the same manner. He does not enjoy the company of Major Jackson more so than other people, mainly because of his careless, irresponsible, attitude and lack of devotion to his duty as a soldier seem to be a mockery of the hard work and effort that people put into their work. Short history: There's not much to be said about Thomas' past in truth. He was originally raised near the Rush Valley settlement in the southern region of Amestris, exposing him to mechanical craftsmanship from early childhood until his parents moved to East City in order to work for the State Military as civilian-engineers. When his father subsequently died in a terrorist attack on the train station when Thomas was eight years old, the already shy and timid child became reclusive and devoted to mastering mechanical repairs in order to support his hospitalized mother. She died when he was 13, and Thomas spent the next 5 years in the State Military because he had no family or friends to support, and his natural affinity for using alchemy to assist his craftsmanship led to him being encouraged by a soldier he had befriended to attempt to become a state alchemist so he could better protect people from dangerous people like the terrorists that killed his father. Two years later, Thomas became a certified State Alchemist, and has since then been sent to three different armed conflicts to maintain the fighting vehicles and assist in battlefield engineering projects that would take dozens of non-alchemists in his absence. His reputation was never all that amazing, considering that he was far from a courageous hero, or feared human weapon like other State Alchemists, until that is, the time he was accredited to killing over a two dozen enemy soldiers within minutes of being ambushed by insurgents who killed the friend who convinced Thomas to become a State Alchemist in the first place. Abilities: Not quite the active soldier so to speak, Thomas' greatest abilities are his talent to work with mechanics and electronics in order to assist his allies. He is well versed in the assembly and maintenance of almost anything you could imagine, given the right resources he can make sure that nearly anything is working in top shape. He also knows how to wiretap rooms and bug electronic devices for espionage work, but he does not really enjoy doing so out of self-interest, or lack thereof, spying on people is essentially the same as getting to know a person, why would he need that? Of course, that all sounds splendid and dandy, but how does any of this make him a qualified State Alchemist instead of just a genius mechanic? It doesn't, actually. All that is useful for a military to have, but it still doesn't say what he can do to fight, does it? As a soldier, Thomas is horrifically talented at ranged combat. He is capable of shooting a human-sized target well beyond the average range of a regular marksman without even using a gun because of his alchemy. Of course, such a shot is incredibly challenging to pull off and would require just as much focus as any normal sniper attempting a difficult shot. But on a more typical scale, he is capable of dispatching multiple enemy soldier simultaneously using alchemy to shoot bullets from his hand without using a gun. Why do that when you could just use a gun, you ask? Simple. Did you not pay attention to the fact that he can shoot multiple targets simultaneously? By holding ten bullets at once in his hand, Thomas is able to shoot ten targets with amazing accuracy. He uses alchemy to ignite the powder within the bullet casing, and also by creating a vacuum of air from his hand to his target, he can create a curved path for the bullet to follow and hit with pinpoint accuracy. Possesions: Bandolier x2 - A pair of ammunition belts, allowing Thomas to carry 200 high-caliber rifle bullets for use in long-range combat. Using these bullets, he usually only shoots one at a time in each hand for long-range sniper shots. Ammunition Pouch x2 - A pair of pouches worn at Thomas' hip off of his belt, both containing 6 pockets carrying a 30-round ammunition clip each, allowing him to carry 360 small-caliber bullets on his person at any time. Thomas can manually eject the bullets from the clips into his hands, which he then can fire a whole handful of at his targets for medium-ranged combat. Tools - Using his empty bullet casings and ammunition magazines, he can alchemically create an entire arsenal of various wrenches, screwdrivers, or other tools that Thomas may need on the job instead of lugging around a toolbox.

Well there's been some talk of interest in re-opening this rp, however since at least two participants are gone, with potentially three, we would need some replacements in order to run it. Therefore we would need to alter the current RP in some form to implement these people should we get any takers.
The first option would be to restart from the mission briefing, which would still require a bit of editing. The second would be to start from the trainstation, before they leave. It would be fairly easy to make up a reason why the missing participants wouldn't come then and others could just have "been late" for whatever reason. Personally I see this as the best option, but I leave the choice up to you.

I concur, the train station would be the best place.
