Heisei stands at six foot three, and is devilishly handsome. He is one of the best looking bachelors in all of Soul Society. He has black hair that seems to shine in the sun light, the reason for this is that he keeps it excessively clean; it’s also extremely soft and practically feels like silk to the touch. Its usually kept down close to his eyes and sometimes just a bit past the tops of his ears.
He as very thin eyebrows that are slightly slanted downward instead of the usual curve that most eyebrows take, he has a small nose, and a pointed jaw. He has long slender fingers and slightly big feet compared to most, but for his size they seem quite fitting. He enjoys wearing his own home made straw sandles or just walks around on his own bare feet. He also has a very athletic build to him, but keeps enough body fat to stop him from looking anorexic. He keeps his muscles well toned and ready for a fight, or lifting a big bag of tee.
He wears a slightly modified shingami uniform. His robe is very loose fitting, and is more like an actual robe then the typical uniform. There is a white stripe near the edge of his robe and doses not end where his pants begin, as they pass the knees a bit his pants are cut making them even more comfortable.
His voice is a mix between a bit to young for his body and a bit sexy. It isn’t real deep, but the way he can form his words and put the right emphasis on words can make him either pervasive, intimidating, or down right irresistible.
Personality:
Heisei is a kind a gentle soul who would rather have a cup of tea or hot sake instead of a fight. He likes nothing more then to sit on the grass and watch the clouds role by. He is often described as a tree, slowly growing and moving ever so slowly, but is also extremely strong and stead fast, like the great oak tree.
Heisei is deeply rooted in his beliefs of honor, dignity, respect, and patience. He was raised this way, and is known to be one of the most respectable men in Soul Society. He is the kind that would stop what he is doing and help an old lady or man cross the street. He gladly helps anyone he comes across and wants nothing more then to bring peace to all of Soul Society including all of Rukongai. He believes deeply that everyone is equal, and in the after life especially should not have to suffer the kinds of things, and worse things then they did when they where living, that deaf should bring you to a peaceful place. That every family should be able to reunite with each other if it is so wished of them, so long as they actually remember there past seeing as that is a bit of a rare thing.
He dose not like to fight all that much, but one in a while there is that one opponent that just brings out the warriors flame inside him. Most of the time he ignores people who want to fight, unless he is ordered to fight or is forced to. But do not mistake for even a second that his almost loath of fighting is due to the fact that he is weak. For my good man you would be most and unmistakably INCORRECT! He is in fact an extremely strong warrior, because of this he was chosen for his district. But in all honesty the fourth district would have been better for him personally, but he doesn’t complain. Which brings me to another thing about Heisei, he dose what he is told with out giving any lip or wondering why, he just dose what is required of him.
Heisei is also loves to eat, he especially like American food, like fried chicken and red beans and rice. He also loves spicy food; anything that will send him crying for water is good in his book you ever ask him whats missing and he will tell ya “Needs a more of a kick.” He also loves sweet things, epically ice cream and cake. His favorite beverage is a tie between hot green tea, and an ice cold doctor pepper.
His major weakness is the fact that he loves to sit outside to much. He often falls asleep outside and misses major meetings and other important dates or events. And speaking of love, he is also a real charmer. He loves girls, and most the time he can get them to love him back. He always goes one at a time, but usually doesn’t keep them around longer then a few years.
The only time that he ever seems to actually get upset is when someone he cares about is being attacked or abused. When this happens he is pushed into almost a loss of control and concentrates on only killing the person doing it to them.
History:

He lived the modest life of a farmer, who also grew tea. He was never very wealthy, but never struggled through life the way that many others did during that time. Some time around the age of twenty he was killed while hunting for deer. He was accidentally hit by an arrow from another hunter at the time. Heisei did not have a wife or kids to morn him, only a few different girls, who when they found out about each other decided to light his body on fire instead of burring it.
Heisei was watching during this time and said. “Hey what gives? Come one girls isn’t that a bit cruel?” Then a young lady dressed in a black robe with a sword hanging on her hip walked over to him. Heisei smiled and tried to hit on her only to have her pull her sword on him. “Hey come on now, I already had to watch my body be burned my girlfriends eh…” The lady looked at him sinisterly and did some fancy moves with her swords chanting something that Heisei didn’t pick up to clearly. The last thing he remembered was her calling him a bastard and then nothing.

Your in district twelve of Rukongai, one of the nicest and safest districts in all of Soul Society.” The girl was small and petite and appeared to be around the age of sixteen. “Well I musta been pretty good to be able to have such a nice place to live, and such a friendly person to meet when I first arrived.” He said as he instantly tried to pull of some charm on the young girl. She blushed a bit that just turned him on even more. “Your to kind… um whats your name?” She asked as she looked at him like a curious cat. He looked at her slightly puzzled and said. “What is my name…” more to himself then her. “Well, ill just call you Nii-san until we think of a name fore you.” She said to him as she turned around and walked over to a small couch and sat down; all the while giving Heisei a nice view with here extremely short skirt.
He walked over to her and said. “What is your name?” She smiled at him and said. “I don’t have one, just like you Nii-san.” Heisei smiled and said. “Alright then I guess since where using family names ill call you Imouto.” She smiled warmly at him and said. “That’s good seeing as we are probably going to have to live together here. You see that’s the way it works in Soul Society, most people don’t remember there lives, and if they do they generally don’t live with there families, so we make, makeshift families so we can provide for our house and other things.” Just then there conversation ended by a long loud growl from Heisei’s stomach. “You wouldn’t happen to have any food would ya?” He said slightly embarrassed about the situation. “Food?” She said looking rather confused, “You mean your hungry?” He smiled and said, “Well yeah! I have been out for god knows how long; I don’t remember when my last meal was!” He said slightly joking about the loss of his memories. She got up and said, “Yeah let me look for something.” The couch was low to the ground so when she walked by he actually got a shot at her panties. God has blessed you my friend! he said laughing to himself on the inside.
When she got back she explained to him all about SS and the fact that only people with riatsu actually are hungry in Soul Society and about shingamis, souls, hollows, and just about anything else there is to know.
For the next twenty years Heisei earned his name, he was often seen just sitting under trees or flirting with women, and because of the flirting with women there was always fights with boyfriends. In ever situation he was in he kept himself cool and learned how to street fight so affectively he was known as the best fighter in all of district twelve. He got a job as a debt collector after twenty two years in district twelve and occasionally traveled to nearby districts to get cash. And always came home to his “Imouto” that is until thirty years into his time in soul society.
He had just recently learned how to create a solid sphere out of his riatsu that was as dense as a bowling ball, but about the size of a baseball. It was his own creation; he called it the “Iron Palm” as he could only make it in the palm of his hand. He had just delivered his debt when he heard a familiar scream. He ran towards the source of the scream to see the extremely rare site of district twelve. It was his little “Imouto.” And she was being attacked by several men with sticks and metal objects. “Imouto!” He cried out as he ran straight for her. A man went for a attack only to have his hand caught in his Heisei’s iron grip. “IRON PALM!” he screamed out as he formed the sphere of solid riatsu in the palm of his hand. He smashed it into the man’s skull killing him only to be smacked across the head with a metal pipe. He slowly got up only to be kneed in the face. When he hit the ground he went into a summersault and stopped half way then sending both his feet into the mans face sending him to the ground. He jumped up and was attacked by two other men as he fought for not only his life but the life of his little sister. He punched on in the face to turn around to see her thrown to the ground and kicked. He was thrown into a violent rage as he ran at the man tackling him to the ground as he proceeded to beat him despite the fact that several thick sticks where being broken on his back. He was knocked off by a metal pipe to the head. As he slowly feel unconscious he saw his sister run towards him only to have her hit by the same metal pipe, then the equivalent of police showed up stopping the mess and arresting the men involved.
For the next year Heisei was devastated, the girl he spent the last thirty years with, the person who had taken care of him and brought him in had just been murdered and he couldn’t stop it! He was right there and he did nothing! One day he packed up what food and water he hand and went on a walk. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and months into seven months three weeks and two days. He had a grown out beard as he walked close to the wall of Seiretei piss drunk. Several shingami’s looked at him as he walked closer the wall with a bottle of sake in his hand. The walls fell to the ground blocking his view of the perfect paradise that the shingami’s lived in. “Close on me! Ill show you!” He said as he formed his riatsu into his hand making it extremely dense. AS he threw his fist against the wall he realized that it was made of riatsu. As he smashed his hand against it in an attempt to break threw, His sphere cracked and ended up creating a violent explosion sending Heisei twenty feet back and unconscious. He woke up to a shingami academy student checking if he was still alive.
They had a long conversation about what happened, and ended with Heisei signing up for the shingami academy. The officer in charge of recruitment readily accepted him when he destroyed his desk with his own attack. It took him only four years to graduate from the academy and took the seat of 23 of the ninth division.
His first mission was the protection of a small village in Japan. And his first hollow encounter was something of an embarrassment, not because he preformed bad but because he was asleep when it attacked HIM.
Heisei was knocked into a building as a hollow neared him. “say what gives?!” he said as he opened his eyes only to see a hollow in front of him. “Wow.” He said as he pulled out his sword only to see a cero flying towards him. He flew into the air above him and said, “Come on man cant we talk this over?” The hollow roared and tried to attack him again. He fell under him and said. “Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!*” As he said this a red ball flew from his hand right into the hollows chest causing it to become paralyzed. He jumped onto its head and said. “See you in another life brother.” As he said this he stabbed it threw the mask, he then proceeded to recite the incarnation as he sent it on its way.It took him ten more years to achieve his shikai, and seat sixteen.
Heisei was deep in battle with a hollow that had killed one of his close friends. The hollow was strong, too strong for Heisei to fight by himself, but he refused to accept help. It swung its leg and threw him into a tree causing him to cough up blood. As he managed to get up he was hit by a cero sending him threw two trees. He hung on to consciousness only by the hate that now burned in his heart for this hollow. He fell to the ground barely able to move his hand when a figure flew above him and seemed to swirl around him. It grabbed him in its mouth and they flew off into a blinding light, where he was then put into a hot spring in a open field with many fruit trees and a where house filled with SAKE! “Where am i?” The giant golden dragon smiled at him and said. “This is your spirit room.” He blinked at him and then said. “Spirit room eh? Then this is the inside of my soul…. Which means you’re my Zanpakuto’s spirit?” The serpent smiled once again and said. “Indeed sir.” Heisei closed his eyes and then said. “Do I got anything to drink in this place?” The dragon flew into the where house and came back with a bottle of sake and gave it to Heisei. “This place is nice!” He said as he took off his top and the Spirit laughed. Heisei relaxed for a while before actually learning the name of his Zanpakuto and what it could do. Heisei got out of the hot spring after a while and said. “Send me back, time to kill that mother fucker.”

He grabbed his sword and said. “Shine, Itonami!” When he said this, his sword changed into something completely different it became just a handle, from which a blade of energy, or light was created. He quickly defeated the hollow and slowly moved threw the ranks as he trained with Itonami for the next two hundred years. The only highlights during this time where the fact that he had now moved up to seat four, and he had completely mastered several shingamai techniques and his shinkai. He started to be able to summon his Zanpakuto into the real world and he made it where he could now throw his technique.
It took him three hundred years to actually decide to take seat three, his skills where known to be better then the third seat, but because he had become such good friends with the person he refused to take it. When the Captain finally pushed him hard enough he challenged his friend to a duel and ended up winning it in a mater of minutes. It was a rainy day in a rather deserted part of Soul Society that this was to take place. Heisei has a rather determined look on his face as hundreds of swords that look like his sealed version are strewn in trees and the ground. He grabbed two of the swords as he looked at Itonami and got ready for the fight that was about to commence. “Lets get this over with Itonami.” As he said this he used shunpo in front to get right behind of the flying dragon, as he himself was now flying, he charged the dragon as it turned and charged him as well. It went to strike him with his claws as Heisei dodged them and ran across the dragons arm only to be shot off by an energy beam coming from the dragon’s mouth. He almost fell to the ground before coming to and catching himself in mid air, only to have the dragon send another beam at him. He dodged it using shunpo and threw one of the swords at the dragon and began to recite an incantation, “Carriage of thunder. Bridge of spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!” As he said this light pillars came right above the dragon an knocked it to the ground. “Do you really think this will hold me Heisei?!” The dragon was quickly breaking the beams of light when he started to recite another incantation. “Walls of iornsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end!” The massive pillars fell upon the dragon as he then began to recite yet another incantation. “Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bares the name Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribed two lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens!” The two blue flames shot down hitting the dragon right in the head burning it badly. “Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle!” Again he targeted the head as he shot the bright yellow beam down. Much more of this and I am going to lose.” The dragon cried out in pain as Heisei flew down to it and attacked it with his sword breaking them as he did. Eventually the dragon gave up and surrendered to him as he smiled at himself and let the dragon go. “Not a bad day’s work.” As he said this the dragon told him how to pull out bankai.
He often came out to the place where he obtained bankai in order to practice it without fear of hurting anyone, except himself. Since that time nothing very eventful has happened, other then the fact that a few years ago they obtained a new Vice-captain, who as of now will become the captain he is guessing seeing as his beloved friend is dead or left somewhere in hueco mundo.
Additional Info:
Heisei likes tea more then any other drink except maybe sake. His riatsu is also colored yellow; because of this his attacks are usually mistaken to be light based when in fact only a select few really are.

Name:Itonami
Spirit Description:
Itonami is a giant golden dragon that hovers above the ground at all times, except when it sleeps. It is thirty feet long, and its underside is made of actual gold, but harder then any substance found on earth. It has green eyes that shine like emeralds in the sun. He has long white whiskers which are five feet in length both ways. He has long white teeth that look as if they are actually ivory. He also has razor sharp claws that extend from his legs, that are jet black.
Despite the fact that Itonami is very imposing he is kind and gentle. Because of this him and heisei get along quite well. Like Heisei he would prefer it if they did not have to fight and loves to just relax and be lazy all day. In fact he is probably the laziest and least wanting to fight spirit in all of soul society.
Sealed: Itonami was your typical zanpakuto, only five feet in length, and eight inches of that being shear handle.
Shikai
Activation Phrase: Permanent release shikai.
Appearance: Most of the time Itonami is just a handle, it is ten inches in length and has a solid black hand guard. It has white cloth that circle around the metal handle with a golden dragon stuck in the middle. At the base of the handle is a golden cap on it that has a dragon engraved into it.
When in battle it changes though, a golden blade shoots out of the handle; the blade is five feet three inches in length and is five inches wide. Being that is made of energy it can cut from all sides of the weapon. The biggest down fall to the blade is that it takes constant riatsu to use.
Abilities:
Buraindo (Blind) : Buraindo is more or less a defensive/binding attack. Rays of light equal to the intensity of the sun will be shot out from the energy blade that makes Itonami. It blinds everyone other then Heisei for three posts. (the reason why it dose not blind him will be explained in the next power.) Heisei can only use this ten times per thread.
Dragon Eyes: Dragon Eyes is a passive ability that gives Heisei the ability to constantly regenerate his eyes. It also allows him to withstand any amount of light without becoming blinded or anything of that nature.
Kousen (beam): Heisei will point Itonami at a target; he will then form his energy at the tip of the blade, it will then shoot out of the blade, when it hits it will cause a explosion, or stab them like his sword in a attempt to go through them. If he is constantly pouring energy into it, he can make it where he can move the beam around. The blast itself is 3/4ths the power of a typical espada cero and can be shot fifty times per thread and he can maintain the beam for a maximum of thirty posts if the limit is reached then his shikai will become completely useless as he can no longer make a blade and will most likely pass out.
Toku (Shield): Heisei will stab the ground and form his riatsu into the ground and cause it to create a circle around it. Energy will then shoot out of the ground and form a dome ten feet in every direction, even under the ground. The dome is dense enough with his riatsu and energy to be able to take roughly ten espada gray rain ceros without breaking. Much more and it will shatter causing Heisei to be thrown back ten feet. Heisei cannot move at while creating this dome. It is also a one time per thread deal.
Bankai
Activation Phrase: Rain down upon with the energy of all things living and dead, Itonami! Bankai!
Appearance: From the hand guard of the shikai handle will come forth a massive golden dragon made of pure energy. The dragon is normally thirty feet long and seven feet around. Despite the fact that it is in fact made of pure energy it dose not take all that much riatsu to create. It is controlled through Heisei’s mind. (it is similar to renji’s in this function)
Abilities:
Toku: Like the previous version in shikai, a dome of energy will form around Heisei. Heisei will then enter a mediation/semi-unconscious state. From the dome will extend the dragon now, and now Heisei’s mind is pretty much inside the dragon. For he now controls it like it was his own body and sees from its eyes. The dome can take twice the pounding of the last one and takes hardly any effort to maintain.

When she got back she explained to him all about SS and the fact that only people with riatsu actually are hungry in Soul Society and about shingamis, souls, hollows, and just about anything else there is to know.
For the next twenty years Heisei earned his name, he was often seen just sitting under trees or flirting with women, and because of the flirting with women there was always fights with boyfriends. In ever situation he was in he kept himself cool and learned how to street fight so affectively he was known as the best fighter in all of district twelve. He got a job as a debt collector after twenty two years in district twelve and occasionally traveled to nearby districts to get cash. And always came home to his “Imouto” that is until thirty years into his time in soul society.
He had just recently learned how to create a solid sphere out of his riatsu that was as dense as a bowling ball, but about the size of a baseball. It was his own creation; he called it the “Iron Palm” as he could only make it in the palm of his hand. He had just delivered his debt when he heard a familiar scream. He ran towards the source of the scream to see the extremely rare site of district twelve. It was his little “Imouto.” And she was being attacked by several men with sticks and metal objects. “Imouto!” He cried out as he ran straight for her. A man went for a attack only to have his hand caught in his Heisei’s iron grip. “IRON PALM!” he screamed out as he formed the sphere of solid riatsu in the palm of his hand. He smashed it into the man’s skull killing him only to be smacked across the head with a metal pipe. He slowly got up only to be kneed in the face. When he hit the ground he went into a summersault and stopped half way then sending both his feet into the mans face sending him to the ground. He jumped up and was attacked by two other men as he fought for not only his life but the life of his little sister. He punched on in the face to turn around to see her thrown to the ground and kicked. He was thrown into a violent rage as he ran at the man tackling him to the ground as he proceeded to beat him despite the fact that several thick sticks where being broken on his back. He was knocked off by a metal pipe to the head. As he slowly feel unconscious he saw his sister run towards him only to have her hit by the same metal pipe, then the equivalent of police showed up stopping the mess and arresting the men involved.
For the next year Heisei was devastated, the girl he spent the last thirty years with, the person who had taken care of him and brought him in had just been murdered and he couldn’t stop it! He was right there and he did nothing! One day he packed up what food and water he hand and went on a walk. Days turned into weeks, weeks into months, and months into seven months three weeks and two days. He had a grown out beard as he walked close to the wall of Seiretei piss drunk. Several shingami’s looked at him as he walked closer the wall with a bottle of sake in his hand. The walls fell to the ground blocking his view of the perfect paradise that the shingami’s lived in. “Close on me! Ill show you!” He said as he formed his riatsu into his hand making it extremely dense. AS he threw his fist against the wall he realized that it was made of riatsu. As he smashed his hand against it in an attempt to break threw, His sphere cracked and ended up creating a violent explosion sending Heisei twenty feet back and unconscious. He woke up to a shingami academy student checking if he was still alive.
They had a long conversation about what happened, and ended with Heisei signing up for the shingami academy. The officer in charge of recruitment readily accepted him when he destroyed his desk with his own attack. It took him only four years to graduate from the academy and took the seat of 23 of the ninth division.
His first mission was the protection of a small village in Japan. And his first hollow encounter was something of an embarrassment, not because he preformed bad but because he was asleep when it attacked HIM.
Heisei was knocked into a building as a hollow neared him. “say what gives?!” he said as he opened his eyes only to see a hollow in front of him. “Wow.” He said as he pulled out his sword only to see a cero flying towards him. He flew into the air above him and said, “Come on man cant we talk this over?” The hollow roared and tried to attack him again. He fell under him and said. “Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat!*” As he said this a red ball flew from his hand right into the hollows chest causing it to become paralyzed. He jumped onto its head and said. “See you in another life brother.” As he said this he stabbed it threw the mask, he then proceeded to recite the incarnation as he sent it on its way.It took him ten more years to achieve his shikai, and seat sixteen.
Heisei was deep in battle with a hollow that had killed one of his close friends. The hollow was strong, too strong for Heisei to fight by himself, but he refused to accept help. It swung its leg and threw him into a tree causing him to cough up blood. As he managed to get up he was hit by a cero sending him threw two trees. He hung on to consciousness only by the hate that now burned in his heart for this hollow. He fell to the ground barely able to move his hand when a figure flew above him and seemed to swirl around him. It grabbed him in its mouth and they flew off into a blinding light, where he was then put into a hot spring in a open field with many fruit trees and a where house filled with SAKE! “Where am i?” The giant golden dragon smiled at him and said. “This is your spirit room.” He blinked at him and then said. “Spirit room eh? Then this is the inside of my soul…. Which means you’re my Zanpakuto’s spirit?” The serpent smiled once again and said. “Indeed sir.” Heisei closed his eyes and then said. “Do I got anything to drink in this place?” The dragon flew into the where house and came back with a bottle of sake and gave it to Heisei. “This place is nice!” He said as he took off his top and the Spirit laughed. Heisei relaxed for a while before actually learning the name of his Zanpakuto and what it could do. Heisei got out of the hot spring after a while and said. “Send me back, time to kill that mother fucker.”
When heisei fell back into the real world he smiled as he slowly got up, his wounds where still as bad as he remembered. He grabbed his sword and said. “Shine, Itonami!” When he said this, his sword changed into something completely different it became just a handle, from which a blade of energy, or light was created. He quickly defeated the hollow and slowly moved threw the ranks as he trained with Itonami for the next two hundred years. The only highlights during this time where the fact that he had now moved up to seat four, and he had completely mastered several shingamai techniques and his shinkai. He started to be able to summon his Zanpakuto into the real world and he made it where he could now throw his technique.
It took him three hundred years to actually decide to take seat three, his skills where known to be better then the third seat, but because he had become such good friends with the person he refused to take it. When the Captain finally pushed him hard enough he challenged his friend to a duel and ended up winning it in a mater of minutes. It had been known that the third seat would challenge the vice captain often and would put up an even better fight then he did against Heisei. Because of this several people started to wonder just how strong Heisei was.
It took another sixty years for him to start to work towards bankai, and with him not wanting to fight his Zanpakuto it took him twelve years to be able to use it. It was a rainy day in a rather deserted part of Soul Society that this was to take place. Heisei has a rather determined look on his face as hundreds of swords that look like his sealed version are strewn in trees and the ground. He grabbed two of the swords as he looked at Itonami and got ready for the fight that was about to commence. “Lets get this over with Itonami.” As he said this he used shunpo in front to get right behind of the flying dragon, as he himself was now flying, he charged the dragon as it turned and charged him as well. It went to strike him with his claws as Heisei dodged them and ran across the dragons arm only to be shot off by an energy beam coming from the dragon’s mouth. He almost fell to the ground before coming to and catching himself in mid air, only to have the dragon send another beam at him. He dodged it using shunpo and threw one of the swords at the dragon and began to recite an incantation, “Carriage of thunder. Bridge of spinning wheel. With light, divide this into six!” As he said this light pillars came right above the dragon an knocked it to the ground. “Do you really think this will hold me Heisei?!” The dragon was quickly breaking the beams of light when he started to recite another incantation. “Walls of iornsand, a priestly pagoda, glowing ironclad fireflies. Standing upright, silent to the end!” The massive pillars fell upon the dragon as he then began to recite yet another incantation. “Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bares the name Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribed two lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens!” The two blue flames shot down hitting the dragon right in the head burning it badly. “Sprinkled on the bones of the beast! Sharp tower, red crystal, steel ring. Move and become the wind, stop and become the calm. The sound of warring spears fills the empty castle!” Again he targeted the head as he shot the bright yellow beam down. Much more of this and I am going to lose.” The dragon cried out in pain as Heisei flew down to it and attacked it with his sword breaking them as he did. Eventually the dragon gave up and surrendered to him as he smiled at himself and let the dragon go. “Not a bad day’s work.” As he said this the dragon told him how to pull out bankai.
He often came out to the place where he obtained bankai in order to practice it without fear of hurting anyone, except himself. Since that time nothing very eventful has happened, other then the fact that a few years ago they obtained a new Vice-captain, who as of now will become the captain he is guessing seeing as his beloved friend is dead or left somewhere in hueco mundo.
Additional Info:
Heisei likes tea more then any other drink except maybe sake. His riatsu is also colored yellow; because of this his attacks are usually mistaken to be light based when in fact only a select few really are.
Zanpakuto
General
Name:Itonami
Spirit Description:
Itonami is a giant golden dragon that hovers above the ground at all times, except when it sleeps. It is thirty feet long, and its underside is made of actual gold, but harder then any substance found on earth. It has green eyes that shine like emeralds in the sun. He has long white whiskers which are five feet in length both ways. He has long white teeth that look as if they are actually ivory. He also has razor sharp claws that extend from his legs, that are jet black.
Despite the fact that Itonami is very imposing he is kind and gentle. Because of this him and heisei get along quite well. Like Heisei he would prefer it if they did not have to fight and loves to just relax and be lazy all day. In fact he is probably the laziest and least wanting to fight spirit in all of soul society.
Sealed: Itonami was your typical zanpakuto, only five feet in length, and eight inches of that being shear handle.
Shikai
Activation Phrase: Permanent release shikai.
Appearance: Most of the time Itonami is just a handle, it is ten inches in length and has a solid black hand guard. It has white cloth that circle around the metal handle with a golden dragon stuck in the middle. At the base of the handle is a golden cap on it that has a dragon engraved into it.
When in battle it changes though, a golden blade shoots out of the handle; the blade is five feet three inches in length and is five inches wide. Being that is made of energy it can cut from all sides of the weapon. The biggest down fall to the blade is that it takes constant riatsu to use.
Abilities:
Buraindo (Blind) : Buraindo is more or less a defensive/binding attack. Rays of light equal to the intensity of the sun will be shot out from the energy blade that makes Itonami. It blinds everyone other then Heisei for three posts. (the reason why it dose not blind him will be explained in the next power.) Heisei can only use this ten times per thread.
Dragon Eyes: Dragon Eyes is a passive ability that gives Heisei the ability to constantly regenerate his eyes. It also allows him to withstand any amount of light without becoming blinded or anything of that nature.
Kousen (beam): Heisei will point Itonami at a target; he will then form his energy at the tip of the blade, it will then shoot out of the blade, when it hits it will cause a explosion, or stab them like his sword in a attempt to go through them. If he is constantly pouring energy into it, he can make it where he can move the beam around. The blast itself is 3/4ths the power of a typical espada cero and can be shot fifty times per thread and he can maintain the beam for a maximum of thirty posts if the limit is reached then his shikai will become completely useless as he can no longer make a blade and will most likely pass out.
Toku (Shield): Heisei will stab the ground and form his riatsu into the ground and cause it to create a circle around it. Energy will then shoot out of the ground and form a dome ten feet in every direction, even under the ground. The dome is dense enough with his riatsu and energy to be able to take roughly ten espada gray rain ceros without breaking. Much more and it will shatter causing Heisei to be thrown back ten feet. Heisei cannot move at while creating this dome. It is also a one time per thread deal.
Bankai
Activation Phrase: Rain down upon with the energy of all things living and dead, Itonami! Bankai!
Appearance: From the hand guard of the shikai handle will come forth a massive golden dragon made of pure energy. The dragon is normally thirty feet long and seven feet around. Despite the fact that it is in fact made of pure energy it dose not take all that much riatsu to create. It is controlled through Heisei’s mind. (it is similar to renji’s in this function)
Abilities:
Toku: Like the previous version in shikai, a dome of energy will form around Heisei. Heisei will then enter a mediation/semi-unconscious state. From the dome will extend the dragon now, and now Heisei’s mind is pretty much inside the dragon. For he now controls it like it was his own body and sees from its eyes. The dome can take twice the pounding of the last one and takes hardly any effort to maintain.
