Ok so its a passion of mine. I wrote this after my ex broke up with me. We had been dating for a year and we werent sure how it would end up. So here it is. The illusion of love-

The illusion of love
Like glass in a flood
Something you could reach in and grab
but if you break it stabs
And you try to hold on but you van see right through
If you loosen your grip, It will slide away from you
And its hard to find once you let go, Cuz it travels so far but maybe so close,It could have been there all along and you kust couldnt see through the tide, Or its something you throw back in cuz you wanted to hide. Its fragile and strong, This glass...In this pond.

Thats good, you had a few typos that kind of messed up the flow for me, but after realizing what the words were supposed to be.. I had no problem
