Her mask looks like a cat face and it has two rounded cat ears at the top and two slits for eyes. There are three red marks on each cheek that glow when she uses cero. The masks mouth looks like the letter w. She has long straight blond hair. Her hair goes down to the middle of her back and slightly to the left side of her forehead. Her hair has a very mustard yellow color to it. It is bright and silky.
She has thin blond eyebrows that reach up to the middle of her forehead. The eyebrow on the left is difficult to see past her hair that covers her face. Her right one, on the other hand is very visible and clearly too far up on her head. She has a very big forehead. She has huge round bright blue eyes.
Her eyes pupils are always a medium size and never grow or shrink. She has very big eyelashes. Her eyelashes are jet black and round up on her face. Her eye lids are a deep shade of purple, because of her insomnia. Her ears are slightly small for her age but are usually hidden by her hair. Her nose is evenly spaced between her eyes and mouth and is very small.
Her nose is pale as well. Her mouth is small in length and width. It is very pale as if someone put white lipstick on her. Her face structure in general is somewhere between a rectangle and circle. She is very short around 4’6. Her arms are normal length for her size but her legs are short. Her normal wardrobe is a very thin white robe, under a scarlet red robe, under another white robe with a red sash at the waist, under a long white coat. The outer layer has a black 8 on the back shoulder.
All of these layers are very big for her so they drag on the ground but none of them, except for the top layer coat, are just the right length on her arms. The coats sleeves are too big for her. She has two sheaths, the one with her katana in it is at her waist and the one that is empty is on her back. She is very skinny but you couldn’t tell anyway because of all her layers of clothing. Her skin is a milky white and never becomes red from embarrassment. Her hollow hole is located at her belly button should be.
Personality
Lyn is very much insane in some ways. She enjoys reading and studying because then she has an excuse to conduct a violent experiment on weak hollow. Her favorite thing to do is practice her interrogation and torture skills. She enjoys this because she can push people to the point of complete madness and she likes that. She sees rules as suggestions and is in some ways an anarchist.
She finds the company of people who are intelligent comforting but if no one is around she can often be found having a debate with herself. Her anger is always very much in check. Insults don’t affect her much and she just lets them go. Bulling is a big problem with her and parental units. She much prefers a big brother figure.
She hates walking and often is trying to hitch a ride on someone’s back. She has a big problem with sugar and if she even get a little in her system she loses control of herself and will go on a killing spree.
If she does get sugar the effect tends to wear off in a little bit and she will have no recollection of the events that took place while in sugar craze. She tends to cling to one person for a long time and will usually pick someone who generally accepts her.
History:
Lynketsu’s life as a human was short and painful. She was born in China and her family only saw problems with her. She was a girl and was the second child of the family so she was not supposed to exist. Her father was a poor farmer and couldn’t afford to kill her so he did the most reasonable thing he could, put her to work. Lyn began work when she was only 2 years old. She would do all the chores around the house with her mother.
Her mother was very critical and favored to beating Lyn if she even made the slightest mistake while cleaning their tiny three room house. She was scarred up from her mother hitting her small body across the room into walls. Lyn felt unwanted and unloved. She wanted to bye because she wasn’t good enough for her mother.
By the time she was three her duties expanded to the cleaning of the whole house and cooking. She truly despised cooking because she would get hit the most for burning the food or not prepared well enough. When she messed up with cooking she had two punishments one was that she would be hit with one of the tools used to prepare that meal and she would get none of the scrapes that remained.
Lyns only sanctuary was her big brother. He would tend her wounds get her food and teach her. He truly loved her and she truly loved him. It was the only good relationship Lyn knew. Still it was not enough to keep Lyn in good health because by the time she was 4 she weighted only 44 lbs. and had more than 50 scars. There was one thing that Lyn liked and she didn’t even notice it for many years, sun light and fresh air.
Her parents had never let her out side and she often wondered about it. She always saw her father and brother outside and she wanted to go there. So she asked her father if she could go out into the sun. He didn’t change his expression; he just punched her and said “Never even bother asking that again.”
When Lyn turned 5 her father made her in charge of everything in the house, that included laundry cleaning sewing cooking and tending to any needs that anyone in the house needed. By this age Lyn had began to develop more profound opinion and she grew a hate for parental units, rules, and bosses. Her brother was still the only thing that kept her sane and alive.
Lyns life never improved and when she turned six got worse. Her mother had a terminal illness and Lyn was in charge of her medicine and taking care of her. If she missed anything that she would get thrown across the room by her father. Lyn did her best but it still wasn’t good enough.
Lyns mother died and the blame was put on Lyn so she received daily beatings. Her father also took up drinking. Her would get drunk every night and would become very much more violent. He would also make a lot of notice which stopped Lyn from getting much sleep. Lyns brother feared for her but saw no way to help without getting killed.
One night when Lyn was 7 her father was drunk he was going to hit Lyns brother but Lyn jumped in the way. He grabbed her by the head of the hair and lifted up. Her father looked at her and said “Don’t you ever get in my way again or I will kill you in your sleep. Don’t ever ask me why because I will always give you the same answer. I’m big your small I’m smart your dumb and there’s nothing you can do.”
Lyn tried to never sleep again in fear that her father would kill her. Its not that she didn’t want to die but she always had the hope of seeing the outside. So she never slept again. This is the cause for her insomnia.
When Lyn turned 8 her father did something she could never forgive, he killed her brother. Her last job was to bury her brother. She went outside and felt the heat on her face. It was a bitter sweet moment because the only person to ever love her was dead but now she was outside. The air felt as great as she thought it would.
She finally got to work and buried her brother and made a decision. She ran from home but her father had interpreted this and met her on the edge of their farm and killed her. He then killed himself.
When Lyn awoke she was a soul but she had the felt the best she ever had. She was free. Her scars were gone to and she didn’t feel hungry. She went dancing in the fields and then started route to Chinas capital but was stopped on her way there. She saw hollows. They were being bullied by shinigami. She knew this wasn’t right but she couldn’t help because she had no powers. So she waited.
When all the shinigami were dead only one hollow remained and it was dying. She approached it and started with an onslaught of questions about what he was and what the shinigami were. He, for some reason, answered her until he couldn’t talk anymore. She started making a proposition with the hollow. She said “I’m kind of like you; I am rejected and beat up for that reason. I would like to be one of you if I can so I can kill those shinigami guys.”
The hollow motioned for her to enter the inside of his mouth and he devoured her and she saw nothing but darkness. When she awoke she was in a place that looked like a white desert with no sky, just what she was use to. The occasional tree was nice to see and she didn’t have any problem with this place. It looked real fun to her.
When she came too completely she saw that she was flying and she was wearing a mask she couldn’t take off. Her skin was blood red, she liked it. She didn’t realize though she was moving against her will towards the scent of other weak hollows. She was so caught up with the scenery that she never even noticed that she was killing other beings like herself. Time seemed to tick slower now and she didn’t start to notice that she had no control over herself for almost 79 years. When she did notice it was almost too late for her to care because she was in the middle of devouring her last hollow and when she did she felt a burning and felt a ripping from inside of her.
She noticed she was growing very large and her wings fell off, she had a long black robe now. Her mask was bigger and she had lots of different features. Like spikes coming out of her neck. She felt a pain when this happened but she also felt a power that she wanted more of. So she tried to attack hollows again but she had no control over herself.
She knew if she tried that there was an opportunity for her to seize control of this new power than she could harness it. SO for months she tried then she did when she was running in the Menos forest with a group of other Gillian and she instantly turned and fired a cero out of her mouth and destroyed the row of Gillian, seizing their souls and power. She began to use the cero as her main way of destruction now.
She worked for 80 more long years to she felt that burning feeling again and she felt herself shrinking and her body growing differently. The power she felt last time was there again and it was more powerful this time. When the smoke and pain dissipated she noticed that she was wearing a think heavy robe and her mask was different now it was cat like. She also knew that her insides were glass.
She knew she had power now because she had control of herself and this was the feeling of control over something she had never known before. So she spent the next 100 years training and devouring other Adjuchas and she noticed a new power. Her presence itself caused mental unrest and then when someone saw her glass inside she could see their fears and how to destroy them.
She kept training till one day she met a Vasto Lorde who took her under his wing. He kept training with her and helped her meet perfection till in a sense she had met perfection. She had been able to fire a cero that was green now and it was devastating and she had mastered the power to drive people to insanity. This was a pinnacle of power she had not known before. She couldn’t get anymore powerful.
Then she found a way, she was out scouting and met some arrancar. She saw how much powerful they were than the Vasto Lorde so she did the one thing she knew how to do very well, backstab. She went to the menos forest with him and got together every hollow she could and left him alone to fight them. He had no problem killing him but when he was finished he was exhausted and then she backstabbed him.
She took advantage of his weakness and went into his memories and projected his fears than finished him off with cero. That was what she needed because she felt herself transform again into a more human form but not that of the arrancar, she wasn’t a Vastro Lorde but she was close enough to it to be ready for the switch to arrancar. She didn’t waste time where she was. She went hunting.
She tracked down an arrancar and made him tell her how to achieve his strength and sure enough he did. So she ran away to a secluded part of the great white desert and began trying to rip off her mask. It didn’t work. So she thought for 4 years and realized she had been going about this all wrong.
Every other hollow would rip it off but I will keep mine but just revel my face. SO she took her hands and moved the mask up and sure enough it began to move. With each little inch she felt the power surge through her and she knew she had gone to a new level of power. She stopped moving the mask when it was on the top of her head. She had done it she had skin again and her old hair. Her eyes were visible to. She took her new mirror blade and began her move to Las Noches. When she reached there she received the numero 14.
She spent time in Las Noches honing her skills with her blade and learning the secrets of the arrancar. She is still at the number 14 and she was happy for awhile. She quickly got greedy though. She began to want power not just over hollows but over other arrancar to.
She began planning her step up to espada. She trained constantly and a majority of her life was this time period. She wanted more strength so she began sucking up to the espada more as well. She reached enough power to learn her Resurrecctión.
This was enough to make her confident enough to request a position in the top ten arrancar. She was turned down because no one took her serious because of her appearance. Her request did make the espada realize something though, they did need to pick a new 8th espada. So there was to be a match held. Last alive gets the position.
Lyn entered this fight. She knew she had a shot. There were 35 other arrancar who entered this game for the 8th position. SO when it started Lyn started by picking off the weak ones, she wasn’t the only one who did that. Lyn had never realized how much she liked fighting till just now.
The ground was turned red with blood and corpses. Once the weak ones were gone there were about 6 left. They all made a silent agreement to do one on one fights and Lyn did just that. To Lyns surprise it was the arrancar who had told her the process of removing your mask.
Lyn giggled when she saw him and obliterated him with a cero. She thought to herself ‘Ha what a weakling I beat him with one cero, this fight is mine.’ While she was thinking she didn’t realize that the last one standing had come up behind her. When she realized it was too late.
He made a long cut on her back. He walked up to Lyn, who now lay on the ground, and got prepared to kill her. Lyn panicked and played to her strengths. She made a pouty face and said “Please sir don’t hurt me.” The man was no match for such craft and laid down his sword. Lyn then decapitated him.
She received the position as 8th espada and still seeks more power.
Abilities (pre resurrecction ): Lyn has an ability that she can’t control that causes a slight mental instability. It has no effect on espada and some strong numerous.
She is also very cute which makes killing her very hard for some.

Resurrecctión
Armor/ Appearance: When Lyn mutters the words “Cause insanity, Bruja de la illusion” She goes into a large change. She becomes her old self. Her many layers of robes open up and her body grows to that of an adult. You see that her skin becomes mirror glass and is very delicate. If any glass breaks off she loses that limb for real. Her robes grow as well and cover her whole body. They close in the middle so there is no opening. Her arms and hands are also covered.
The robe is pure white and almost indestructible. The robe can’t be opened because of a lack of a place to open it at. She also has shoulder pads that jut out from the robe. These pads can move to different parts of the robe if extra protection is needed. There is a large hood on the back of the neck but it starts out up and covers Lyns whole face in a shadow. The only thing visible are two blood red eyes.
Lyns face is the same except the mask on the side of her face drops down in front of her face. The cat eyes open slightly and are blood red. If you make direct eye contact with Lyn these eyes could very well make you stop in fear. The mouth on the mask also opens to revel a long row of sharp fangs.
There are also 4 huge circular mirrors the float above Lyns head. They all produce very clear images. There is a hum you can also hear from the spinning of the mirrors. They are very thin and can cut skin easily because of the spinning.
Abilities: The first thing that needs to be know about Lyns ability is that an damage taken from anything but the glass swords cut and her mirrors cut. Anything else is an attack on the persons mind.
Lyn has four large circular mirrors that float above her head. They start out suspended in a line. Each mirror has a special function that helps Lyns attack. All of the mirrors have a few things in common though. One of those things is that they spin at a very high velocity and are very thin so they can cut though most armor and shields. A cut to someone at her level may be minor to just a sword wound. Someone under her may be cut in half. Lyn can move them all except for one of them that sits directly above her.
Starting at the first and second mirror, which are on Lyns right. These mirrors are used primarily for attack. These mirrors will just block any attack but not reflect them. They also have a special ability. If they reflect an image of a person they will start to take random information. The one furthest on the right will relay likes dislikes and fear directly to Lyns mind. The other will relay memories good or bad. The trick is Lyn has no control over what they take. So she could end up with a bunch of useless information.
The mirror on the far left functions as a shield for Lyn because it can reflect attacks. Lyn won’t have it stray far from her. This mirror is bigger than the others and spins a bit slower.
The last mirror is Lyns primary source of mental attack. Once Lyn finds a memory or fear she can exploit then this mirror will begin to spin very quickly it will then fire a red beam at the ground. When it hits the ground the fear/key person or object from the memory will be there. In example if the person is afraid of cats then a large cat would be there. The thing or person begins fighting the person whose mind it is from.
No matter what or who it is they are strong. Any wound they inflict isn’t real but feels real. Any wound taken though will actually attack the person’s sanity. One hit could easily cause a depression to someone at her level. If the person is hit to many times they lose complete function of their bodies and go insane.
If Lyn is attacked directly she will draw her mirror blade off her back. She will try to fight them off but the heavy armor makes her very slow. She has the option of opening her robe and showing her body. This is very risky because of how fragile it is. Whoever is reflected by her body, their memories enter Lyn’s mind more rapidly than by the other mirrors.
Her most desperate attack is used under extreme cases. She will drop her mirror blade into the ground and it will disappear. The four mirrors crack into 1000 pieces each. The shards make a dome. If someone is in this dome Lyn has full sight of the person’s thoughts, fears, and memories. The power of her illusions is increased here and if you remain here to long then Lyns enemy will lose consciousness and just become a shell of a person. Not being able to move or think but not being dead. It is true hell.
The main weakness of this ability is that it can be turned on her, literaly. If she stays in this form to long the enemy will slowly get some of Lyn's memories. If the oppenent realizes this they can creat some illusions of their own. Lyn will usually revert back to her sealed form.
The illusions will also become easier to break out of if she stays in this form long past when her oppenent can read her mind.
Trueno Poderoso (Mighty Thunder):: This ability is limited to Arrancar. The Arrancar will charge their arm with Reiatsu, and attract electrons to it. The Arrancar will then fire the stored Reiatsu and swarming electrons at an opponent, in the form of a bolt of thunder. This can be done with punches, snaps of the fingers, and other means. Espada will be able to use this easily and more quickly.
Cero:: High-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Lyn’s cero is a dark green.
Hierro:: Hardened skin caused by the compression of spirit power. This allows Arrancar to block released Zanpakuto bare-handed, but is not impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar possess stronger skin.
Sonido:: Allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances, similar to flash step.
Repercursión:: The Arrancar focuses a load of reiatsu into their Hierro, making it densely supercharged. This reiatsu can then reflect an incoming blow. For example, if a Zanpakutou tried to slice the designated Hierro, the reiatsu would force the Zanpakutou's force back on to the bearer, causing a severe amount of numbness and/or pain. The supercharged Hierro takes on a bright red color, making it fairly noticable. Note: This power uses up a lot of reiatsu. Depending on what type of Arrancar you are, you will be limited to the number of times you can use this technique.

Roleplay Sample: Lynketsu sat bored in her room. Nothing interesting had happened in the longest time. She looked out her window at the vast expanse of white sand. She thought there had to be fun out there somewhere and she would find it. So she called her on her friend Tredugon, numero 33. He appeared in her room and said “Yes madam espada?”
Lyn giggled and said “Please Treddy call me Lyn madam espada is so boring.” Tredugon smiled and said “Okay then Lyn what did you need me for.?” She grinned an evil grin and said “Find me some fun.”
Tredugon knew what that order means. So he picked her up and flash stepped into the dessert. She was clapping her hands and saying “Yay ride! Woohoo go horsey go! Find the fun!” Trudgon made a grimace but Lyn failed to see it because she was caught up in the thrill of maybe finding a fight.
Tredugon took her to a stop in the sand that was carved out in a dome like structure. “Ohhhh go in there! Treddy the fun is in there I can tell!” There was a whimsical evil sound to her voice that would cause any normal mans hair to stand up straight. Tredugon smiled and said “As you wish Lyn.” Lyn noticed a tone to his voice that said that he had a hidden agenda.
He grabbed Lyn and threw her into the ditch. Lyn reacted quickly and landed on her feet. She heard him yell “You little bitch! This is my revenge for making me carry you around and you calling me Treddy! Come out my pets.” Lyn looked around and saw 4 Adjuchas, 1 Vasto Lorde, and 1 arrancar not counting Tredugon.
Lyn smiled and said “Did you this all for me Treddy? Thank you but I wouldn’t want to be you right now… you may get in the way of my fun.” Tredugon muttered something vulgar and then pointed towards Lyn. The small army of hollow started charging cero. They fired in unison right at Lyn. Lyn just raised her hand and said “Repercursión” Her skin turned red and reflected the cero killing 2 of the Adjuchas. The rest missed.
The rest of the army moved in to kill her. Lyn pulled her hand back and said “Trueno Poderoso” By the time the group of hollow got to her she clapped her hands and a great thunder rained down around her. She struck the Vasto Lorde but didn’t kill him. She finished off the rest of the Adjuchas. The arrancar cut her arm and she flash stepped away. The cut ripped her sleeve and the 8 on her arm became visible.
When the arrancar saw this she stopped and yelled “You’re an espada?!?” Lyn just nodded and charged a cero on her finger. It fired and obliterated the Vasto Lorde. Lyn smiled and said “Treddy this is so much fun thank you but I can’t keep playing I have stuff to do.”
Lyn took out her blade and said “Cause insanity Bruja de la illusion.” Lyns body changed and she felt more powerful. The one arrancar had become frozen with fear. Lyn angled her mirrors at her and saw all her fears. Lyn created a hoard of bugs and they surrounded the arrancar and she began screaming. Her sanity was lost, she began convulsing and talking to herself.
There was only one left, Tredugon. He had called on his Resurrecctión. He looked like a fish type thing. Lyn didn’t want to wait to find out what he could do so she sent her mirrors flying at him. She cut him in half. Lyn giggled and said “Hehehe this was fun Tredugon. Making you insane enough to mutiny that’s a new one.” She smiled at the thought as she went back to Las Noches hoping to find a new source for fun, or someone to drive insane.

When Lyn turned 5 her father made her in charge of everything in the house, that included laundry cleaning sewing cooking and tending to any needs that anyone in the house needed. By this age Lyn had began to develop more profound opinion and she grew a hate for parental units, rules, and bosses. Her brother was still the only thing that kept her sane and alive.
Lyns life never improved and when she turned six got worse. Her mother had a terminal illness and Lyn was in charge of her medicine and taking care of her. If she missed anything that she would get thrown across the room by her father. Lyn did her best but it still wasn’t good enough.
Lyns mother died and the blame was put on Lyn so she received daily beatings. Her father also took up drinking. Her would get drunk every night and would become very much more violent. He would also make a lot of notice which stopped Lyn from getting much sleep. Lyns brother feared for her but saw no way to help without getting killed.
One night when Lyn was 7 her father was drunk he was going to hit Lyns brother but Lyn jumped in the way. He grabbed her by the head of the hair and lifted up. Her father looked at her and said “Don’t you ever get in my way again or I will kill you in your sleep. Don’t ever ask me why because I will always give you the same answer. I’m big your small I’m smart your dumb and there’s nothing you can do.”
Lyn tried to never sleep again in fear that her father would kill her. Its not that she didn’t want to die but she always had the hope of seeing the outside. So she never slept again. This is the cause for her insomnia.
When Lyn turned 8 her father did something she could never forgive, he killed her brother. Her last job was to bury her brother. She went outside and felt the heat on her face. It was a bitter sweet moment because the only person to ever love her was dead but now she was outside. The air felt as great as she thought it would.
She finally got to work and buried her brother and made a decision. She ran from home but her father had interpreted this and met her on the edge of their farm and killed her. He then killed himself.
When Lyn awoke she was a soul but she had the felt the best she ever had. She was free. Her scars were gone to and she didn’t feel hungry. She went dancing in the fields and then started route to Chinas capital but was stopped on her way there. She saw hollows. They were being bullied by shinigami. She knew this wasn’t right but she couldn’t help because she had no powers. So she waited.
When all the shinigami were dead only one hollow remained and it was dying. She approached it and started with an onslaught of questions about what he was and what the shinigami were. He, for some reason, answered her until he couldn’t talk anymore. She started making a proposition with the hollow. She said “I’m kind of like you; I am rejected and beat up for that reason. I would like to be one of you if I can so I can kill those shinigami guys.”
The hollow motioned for her to enter the inside of his mouth and he devoured her and she saw nothing but darkness. When she awoke she was in a place that looked like a white desert with no sky, just what she was use to. The occasional tree was nice to see and she didn’t have any problem with this place. It looked real fun to her.
When she came too completely she saw that she was flying and she was wearing a mask she couldn’t take off. Her skin was blood red, she liked it. She didn’t realize though she was moving against her will towards the scent of other weak hollows. She was so caught up with the scenery that she never even noticed that she was killing other beings like herself. Time seemed to tick slower now and she didn’t start to notice that she had no control over herself for almost 79 years. When she did notice it was almost too late for her to care because she was in the middle of devouring her last hollow and when she did she felt a burning and felt a ripping from inside of her.
She noticed she was growing very large and her wings fell off, she had a long black robe now. Her mask was bigger and she had lots of different features. Like spikes coming out of her neck. She felt a pain when this happened but she also felt a power that she wanted more of. So she tried to attack hollows again but she had no control over herself.
She knew if she tried that there was an opportunity for her to seize control of this new power than she could harness it. SO for months she tried then she did when she was running in the Menos forest with a group of other Gillian and she instantly turned and fired a cero out of her mouth and destroyed the row of Gillian, seizing their souls and power. She began to use the cero as her main way of destruction now.
She worked for 80 more long years to she felt that burning feeling again and she felt herself shrinking and her body growing differently. The power she felt last time was there again and it was more powerful this time. When the smoke and pain dissipated she noticed that she was wearing a think heavy robe and her mask was different now it was cat like. She also knew that her insides were glass.
She knew she had power now because she had control of herself and this was the feeling of control over something she had never known before. So she spent the next 100 years training and devouring other Adjuchas and she noticed a new power. Her presence itself caused mental unrest and then when someone saw her glass inside she could see their fears and how to destroy them.
She kept training till one day she met a Vasto Lorde who took her under his wing. He kept training with her and helped her meet perfection till in a sense she had met perfection. She had been able to fire a cero that was green now and it was devastating and she had mastered the power to drive people to insanity. This was a pinnacle of power she had not known before. She couldn’t get anymore powerful.
Then she found a way, she was out scouting and met some arrancar. She saw how much powerful they were than the Vasto Lorde so she did the one thing she knew how to do very well, backstab. She went to the menos forest with him and got together every hollow she could and left him alone to fight them. He had no problem killing him but when he was finished he was exhausted and then she backstabbed him.
She took advantage of his weakness and went into his memories and projected his fears than finished him off with cero. That was what she needed because she felt herself transform again into a more human form but not that of the arrancar, she wasn’t a Vastro Lorde but she was close enough to it to be ready for the switch to arrancar. She didn’t waste time where she was. She went hunting.
She tracked down an arrancar and made him tell her how to achieve his strength and sure enough he did. So she ran away to a secluded part of the great white desert and began trying to rip off her mask. It didn’t work. So she thought for 4 years and realized she had been going about this all wrong.
Every other hollow would rip it off but I will keep mine but just revel my face. SO she took her hands and moved the mask up and sure enough it began to move. With each little inch she felt the power surge through her and she knew she had gone to a new level of power. She stopped moving the mask when it was on the top of her head. She had done it she had skin again and her old hair. Her eyes were visible to. She took her new mirror blade and began her move to Las Noches. When she reached there she received the numero 14.
She spent time in Las Noches honing her skills with her blade and learning the secrets of the arrancar. She is still at the number 14 and she was happy for awhile. She quickly got greedy though. She began to want power not just over hollows but over other arrancar to.
She began planning her step up to espada. She trained constantly and a majority of her life was this time period. She wanted more strength so she began sucking up to the espada more as well. She reached enough power to learn her Resurrecctión.
This was enough to make her confident enough to request a position in the top ten arrancar. She was turned down because no one took her serious because of her appearance. Her request did make the espada realize something though, they did need to pick a new 8th espada. So there was to be a match held. Last alive gets the position.
Lyn entered this fight. She knew she had a shot. There were 35 other arrancar who entered this game for the 8th position. SO when it started Lyn started by picking off the weak ones, she wasn’t the only one who did that. Lyn had never realized how much she liked fighting till just now.
The ground was turned red with blood and corpses. Once the weak ones were gone there were about 6 left. They all made a silent agreement to do one on one fights and Lyn did just that. To Lyns surprise it was the arrancar who had told her the process of removing your mask.
Lyn giggled when she saw him and obliterated him with a cero. She thought to herself ‘Ha what a weakling I beat him with one cero, this fight is mine.’ While she was thinking she didn’t realize that the last one standing had come up behind her. When she realized it was too late.
He made a long cut on her back. He walked up to Lyn, who now lay on the ground, and got prepared to kill her. Lyn panicked and played to her strengths. She made a pouty face and said “Please sir don’t hurt me.” The man was no match for such craft and laid down his sword. Lyn then decapitated him.
She received the position as 8th espada and still seeks more power.
Abilities (pre resurrecction ): Lyn has an ability that she can’t control that causes a slight mental instability. It has no effect on espada and some strong numerous.
She is also very cute which makes killing her very hard for some.

Zanpakuto
General: Her blade just looks like a katana in its sealed form. It is more light weight that a normal katana and is longer. It is very thin. Perhaps the most noticeable quality of the blade is that it seems to be made of mirror glass but is strong like steel.

Resurrecctión
Armor/ Appearance: When Lyn mutters the words “Cause insanity, Bruja de la illusion” She goes into a large change. She becomes her old self. Her many layers of robes open up and her body grows to that of an adult. You see that her skin becomes mirror glass and is very delicate. If any glass breaks off she loses that limb for real. Her robes grow as well and cover her whole body. They close in the middle so there is no opening. Her arms and hands are also covered.
The robe is pure white and almost indestructible. The robe can’t be opened because of a lack of a place to open it at. She also has shoulder pads that jut out from the robe. These pads can move to different parts of the robe if extra protection is needed. There is a large hood on the back of the neck but it starts out up and covers Lyns whole face in a shadow. The only thing visible are two blood red eyes.
Lyns face is the same except the mask on the side of her face drops down in front of her face. The cat eyes open slightly and are blood red. If you make direct eye contact with Lyn these eyes could very well make you stop in fear. The mouth on the mask also opens to revel a long row of sharp fangs.
There are also 4 huge circular mirrors the float above Lyns head. They all produce very clear images. There is a hum you can also hear from the spinning of the mirrors. They are very thin and can cut skin easily because of the spinning.
Abilities: The first thing that needs to be know about Lyns ability is that an damage taken from anything but the glass swords cut and her mirrors cut. Anything else is an attack on the persons mind.
Lyn has four large circular mirrors that float above her head. They start out suspended in a line. Each mirror has a special function that helps Lyns attack. All of the mirrors have a few things in common though. One of those things is that they spin at a very high velocity and are very thin so they can cut though most armor and shields. A cut to someone at her level may be minor to just a sword wound. Someone under her may be cut in half. Lyn can move them all except for one of them that sits directly above her.
Starting at the first and second mirror, which are on Lyns right. These mirrors are used primarily for attack. These mirrors will just block any attack but not reflect them. They also have a special ability. If they reflect an image of a person they will start to take random information. The one furthest on the right will relay likes dislikes and fear directly to Lyns mind. The other will relay memories good or bad. The trick is Lyn has no control over what they take. So she could end up with a bunch of useless information.
The mirror on the far left functions as a shield for Lyn because it can reflect attacks. Lyn won’t have it stray far from her. This mirror is bigger than the others and spins a bit slower.
The last mirror is Lyns primary source of mental attack. Once Lyn finds a memory or fear she can exploit then this mirror will begin to spin very quickly it will then fire a red beam at the ground. When it hits the ground the fear/key person or object from the memory will be there. In example if the person is afraid of cats then a large cat would be there. The thing or person begins fighting the person whose mind it is from.
No matter what or who it is they are strong. Any wound they inflict isn’t real but feels real. Any wound taken though will actually attack the person’s sanity. One hit could easily cause a depression to someone at her level. If the person is hit to many times they lose complete function of their bodies and go insane.
If Lyn is attacked directly she will draw her mirror blade off her back. She will try to fight them off but the heavy armor makes her very slow. She has the option of opening her robe and showing her body. This is very risky because of how fragile it is. Whoever is reflected by her body, their memories enter Lyn’s mind more rapidly than by the other mirrors.
Her most desperate attack is used under extreme cases. She will drop her mirror blade into the ground and it will disappear. The four mirrors crack into 1000 pieces each. The shards make a dome. If someone is in this dome Lyn has full sight of the person’s thoughts, fears, and memories. The power of her illusions is increased here and if you remain here to long then Lyns enemy will lose consciousness and just become a shell of a person. Not being able to move or think but not being dead. It is true hell.
The main weakness of this ability is that it can be turned on her, literaly. If she stays in this form to long the enemy will slowly get some of Lyn's memories. If the oppenent realizes this they can creat some illusions of their own. Lyn will usually revert back to her sealed form.
The illusions will also become easier to break out of if she stays in this form long past when her oppenent can read her mind.
Hollow Techniques
Trueno Poderoso (Mighty Thunder):: This ability is limited to Arrancar. The Arrancar will charge their arm with Reiatsu, and attract electrons to it. The Arrancar will then fire the stored Reiatsu and swarming electrons at an opponent, in the form of a bolt of thunder. This can be done with punches, snaps of the fingers, and other means. Espada will be able to use this easily and more quickly.
Cero:: High-powered energy blasts that can be fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers. Lyn’s cero is a dark green.
Hierro:: Hardened skin caused by the compression of spirit power. This allows Arrancar to block released Zanpakuto bare-handed, but is not impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar possess stronger skin.
Sonido:: Allows the user to travel at incredibly high speeds for short distances, similar to flash step.
Repercursión:: The Arrancar focuses a load of reiatsu into their Hierro, making it densely supercharged. This reiatsu can then reflect an incoming blow. For example, if a Zanpakutou tried to slice the designated Hierro, the reiatsu would force the Zanpakutou's force back on to the bearer, causing a severe amount of numbness and/or pain. The supercharged Hierro takes on a bright red color, making it fairly noticable. Note: This power uses up a lot of reiatsu. Depending on what type of Arrancar you are, you will be limited to the number of times you can use this technique.

Roleplay Sample: Lynketsu sat bored in her room. Nothing interesting had happened in the longest time. She looked out her window at the vast expanse of white sand. She thought there had to be fun out there somewhere and she would find it. So she called her on her friend Tredugon, numero 33. He appeared in her room and said “Yes madam espada?”
Lyn giggled and said “Please Treddy call me Lyn madam espada is so boring.” Tredugon smiled and said “Okay then Lyn what did you need me for.?” She grinned an evil grin and said “Find me some fun.”
Tredugon knew what that order means. So he picked her up and flash stepped into the dessert. She was clapping her hands and saying “Yay ride! Woohoo go horsey go! Find the fun!” Trudgon made a grimace but Lyn failed to see it because she was caught up in the thrill of maybe finding a fight.
Tredugon took her to a stop in the sand that was carved out in a dome like structure. “Ohhhh go in there! Treddy the fun is in there I can tell!” There was a whimsical evil sound to her voice that would cause any normal mans hair to stand up straight. Tredugon smiled and said “As you wish Lyn.” Lyn noticed a tone to his voice that said that he had a hidden agenda.
He grabbed Lyn and threw her into the ditch. Lyn reacted quickly and landed on her feet. She heard him yell “You little bitch! This is my revenge for making me carry you around and you calling me Treddy! Come out my pets.” Lyn looked around and saw 4 Adjuchas, 1 Vasto Lorde, and 1 arrancar not counting Tredugon.
Lyn smiled and said “Did you this all for me Treddy? Thank you but I wouldn’t want to be you right now… you may get in the way of my fun.” Tredugon muttered something vulgar and then pointed towards Lyn. The small army of hollow started charging cero. They fired in unison right at Lyn. Lyn just raised her hand and said “Repercursión” Her skin turned red and reflected the cero killing 2 of the Adjuchas. The rest missed.
The rest of the army moved in to kill her. Lyn pulled her hand back and said “Trueno Poderoso” By the time the group of hollow got to her she clapped her hands and a great thunder rained down around her. She struck the Vasto Lorde but didn’t kill him. She finished off the rest of the Adjuchas. The arrancar cut her arm and she flash stepped away. The cut ripped her sleeve and the 8 on her arm became visible.
When the arrancar saw this she stopped and yelled “You’re an espada?!?” Lyn just nodded and charged a cero on her finger. It fired and obliterated the Vasto Lorde. Lyn smiled and said “Treddy this is so much fun thank you but I can’t keep playing I have stuff to do.”
Lyn took out her blade and said “Cause insanity Bruja de la illusion.” Lyns body changed and she felt more powerful. The one arrancar had become frozen with fear. Lyn angled her mirrors at her and saw all her fears. Lyn created a hoard of bugs and they surrounded the arrancar and she began screaming. Her sanity was lost, she began convulsing and talking to herself.
There was only one left, Tredugon. He had called on his Resurrecctión. He looked like a fish type thing. Lyn didn’t want to wait to find out what he could do so she sent her mirrors flying at him. She cut him in half. Lyn giggled and said “Hehehe this was fun Tredugon. Making you insane enough to mutiny that’s a new one.” She smiled at the thought as she went back to Las Noches hoping to find a new source for fun, or someone to drive insane.
. Still I don’t mind if she has the red sash but try to include some black somewhere since it’s basically the arrancar from Las Noches call sign.
