For now I'm adding the two most important members that is connected to Richard and those I plan on using the most.

---

General Info

Name: Takamori Kaeshi
Gender: Male
Age: 27
Ranking: Secretary for Richard Mallory and special operative of the NWO.
Physical Description: Kaeshi is a native japanese man in his late twenties, he is rather short, standing at a merely 160 centimeters and with a weight of 49 kilograms one could think he'd be a bit fat, though the weight comes in the form of muscles. He is a slim person however and as such doesent look like much, though he is a very capable martial artist. He has ear length black hair that is always well kept, though he has a prety common hairstyle so he doesent stand out much at all, his facial expression is usualy a neutral one, either that or he has a slight smirk on his face, always trying to keep up a good mood. His eyes is the regular dark brown color of most japanese. He usualy wears a finely tailored black suit of a similiar kind to Richards whenever he does normal work as a secretary and helper to Richard.

Personality: When speaking openly with no fear of the wrong ears listening Kaeshi is very outspoken, though in most situations he is the curious sort, yet always polite and keeps a calm exterior, is extremely loyal to Richard. Basically all the top quality traits you'd want in a secretary.

Special Ability/Equipment

Power Level: 1, above average.
Armor Appearance: Kaeshi usualy doesent wear much for armor, simply the standard issue dark grey full body suit that was the predecessor of the mark 1 Spirit combat suit, which now is a part of the mark 2 one. On special occassions he can use a slimmed down version of the mark 2 suit, basically no exo-skeleton and lighter plating that allows for better movement and isnt very heavy. As with Richards own suit this one protects against higher spirit pressure, though not as well due to being smaller and not containing as much spiritually enhanced steel.


Weapons and Gears:
Standard issue firearm with capability to fire spiritually charged bullets, looks similiar to a five-seven but is slightly improved, mainly used when he cant use his powers or he needs to be more "subtle".

Spirit Scanner that is a part of his suits visor, although not as powerfull as the full suit ones.

Spirit Levitation System that lets him increase his jump distance and slow falling or dampening landings due to an output of spirit energy. Due to the suit being weaker than the standard issue one it cannot actualy "levitate" like Richards.


Abilities: Kaeshi's fighting style is that of a martial artist who uses both his arms and legs combined with incredible flexibility, although his actual abilities is manipulating fire which he uses to empower his attacks, causing his arms and legs to burn violently when he strikes and usualy he also uses the fire to increase his speed like a minimal jet engine, increasing the power of his blows even further.

General Info

Name: Marc McNeil
Gender: Male
Age: 48
Ranking: Chief of the Mallory Arms main office security and special operative of the NWO.
Physical Description: If Kaeshi is small and slim Marc is the complete opposite, being large, nearly two meters tall, and extremely bulky and muscular, being completely bald one can see several minor scars across his head, pointing out he's been in quite a few fights. His face is nearly always stern and he always looks like he's in a foul mood, though that might be partially due to a large scar that goes from the the side of his left eye, down over his lips and ending shortly after reaching the chin. His eyes are a dark blue color and just as his face looks stern and angry nearly all the time. Whenever he is actualy doing work Marc is dressed in a large black suit that really doesent seem to fit him, although the work as the security chief is merely a coverup as he is one of the stronger special operatives of the New World Order, although he does his job as a security chief well.

Personality: Rough, foul mouthed and jerk-ish, although extremely loyal. While Marc would never betray Richard intentionaly he sometimes loses himself in a battle frenzy whenever he is in a battle, especialy against many weaker opponents as they fall before him. In essence what you'd expect from a hardened war veteran

Special Ability/Equipment

Power Level: 1, strong. (In terms of reiatsu level)
Armor Appearance: Marc wears the Mark 2 Spirit Combat Armor, however it has been modified to accomodate for his fighting style, which is to go straight into the heat of battle and disregard any injuries, as such his suit has been given extra plating to such an extent its nearly twice as heavy as the original, although in terms of weight only 60% of the original is the actual plating, with the rest being the mechanisms in it, putting Marc's armor far above the rest in terms of defensive power, although as can be expected due to its weight and bulkyness its nearly impossible to do anything but walk, sprint or jump normally in it.

Weapons and Gears:
Arm-mounted Spirit force launcher that he uses in conjunction with his spirit power, basically allows the user to push spirit power into it, it transforming it into condensed masses of spiritual bullets that can then be fired at a rapid pace, each shot being nearly as powerfull as a bala depending on the user.

Spirit Scanner that is a part of his suits visor, has all functions of the normal ones.

Spirit Levitation System that lets him increase his jump distance and slow falling or dampening landings due to an output of spirit energy. Due to the suit being nearly twice as heavy as Richards it cannot keep him up as well.

Abilities:
Marc has an excessive amount of spirit power for a human, and his ability manifests itself in him being able to output that spirit power from his body in its raw form. He himself has barely no controll of it, other than knowing how to output it, which the only thing he can do with it himself is to increase his attack strength and creating a temporary shield with it due to outputting it at the right time, although when he outputs it in his right arm, which has a spirit force launcher mounted on it, he can use it to fire bala-class bullets of spirit force at a rapid rate, nearly ten shots per second

General Info

Name: “Derrick” – Dekkinga Ekwueme Okeba
Gender: Male
Age: 37
Ranking: Customer Care Representative of Mallory Arms, Spec-ops Commander of the NWO – Colonel of Halo Storm Elites

Physical Description: Derrick is a giant of a man coming in at over seven feet with an abdomen of pure muscle as round as a full grown oak tree and limbs to match. Even outside of his armor he is still well and truly superhuman and his mere presence is often enough to deter conflict. Though Nigerian Derrick has a rather light black skin color, at least in comparison to his countrymen. He has large stretched features that could almost pass as Nordic values, particularly his arched nose. He sports a full head of black hair and pulls it back so that it is stylish but sticks up slightly to give it a wild look. He also has oddly drawing hazel eyes which conflict greatly with the shade of his skin.

Personality: Rather intelligent, quick witted, studious and more loyal than not. Though Derrick is far from book smart having grown up in an environment where any sort of learning was near impossible his life experience has more than made up for it. He also has a powerful will which has lead him to learn as much as he can despite his unknowing childhood. Derrick usually seems happy and cheerful and for the most part its true, however Derrick is a true soldier and doesn't shy from any act of war that might be required to win, nor does he differentiate between guilty and innocent when the bullets start flying. All that said he is no fool and knows when he needs to play the careful card. Derrick is also rather loyal to Richard though in reality it is the cause and not the man himself whom he follows.

Additional Info: It shouldn't need to be said since you can see above but Derrick is not his true name. He was born in Africa, Nigeria to be precise and would be forced into the outside world through events that may be visited via RP. Either way he chose Derrick, a name that echoed his own name Dekkinga but was easier to pronounce allowing him to fit into Western culture better.

Special Ability/Equipment

Power Level: 1, extremely high strength, low level of efficiency outside of suit

Armor Appearance: In the earliest RP Derrick is wearing a very basic Mark 1, he upgrades there-after to a Mark 2 and after the time-skip to a Mark 3. Derricks armor is bulky but not so much so that he cannot move, it is heavily armored but not so much as say Marcs. Instead Derricks armor has decent armor but trades total defense for being the most melee oriented of the Marks. His suit is heavily reinforced along the arms and legs and in the Mark 2 and particularly Mark 3 has piston and pressure gears in the joints. Derrick can easily crush a man in any of these Marks and with decreasing effort depending on the Mark in question can come crashing straight through walls or any other barriers.

Weapons and Gear
PB020-Custom “Thrower” Pistol
A basic PB020, a common pistol amongst the Mallory Arms security force and their secret brethren. However as the name suggest this is a highly customized model particularly for Derrick, its grip has been enlarged for his hands, equally the guns output has been increased given that he can handle much more than a normal humans. The thrower is a spiritual weapon that doesn't use normal ballistic conventions, instead it literally as the name suggest throws large .75 caliber explosive shells using spirit energy. A direct hit would rip a normal mans head or limbs clean off. Though the gun is effective against spiritual opponents the slow rate of fire and low damage it would cause even if hit thanks to most of its force coming from real world explosives means it would only be used when all other options were exhausted.

X-19 Darkfire
A customized X-12 model rifle used by all members of the Halo Storm. The name comes from the puffs of black smoke the barrel releases every time it fires. The guns are extremely expensive, the reason they have not been put into high production, however in the right hands they are also extremely deadly. Each bullet is coated in anti-spirit energy, much like a miniature cero and the bullets can easily penetrate through hundreds of feet of any real world material. They are moderately effective on up to mid-level spiritual foes.

Multi-Cask .620 Heavy-Bore - Unlocked at Mark 2
A massive gun more likely to be found on a defensive position than being carried around, none the less Derricks large size aided by the impressive strength of his Mark 2 make it possible. The easiest way to explain it would be to say the gun is the largest shotgun you will ever find. Two large cylindrical barrels lay beneath it and contain the bore-shot, a large five foot barrel extends outward. The gauge is shot magnetically and of all the guns so far it is the most dangerous to spiritual opponents, more than capable of injuring up to mid-level opponents with a single shot. As you can guess then against any living opponent this weapon would tear them apart earing it the nickname “The Shredder” amongst the Spec-ops groups. Though Derrick is the only one capable of carrying it with him it is also employed in the tight confines of NWO bases for defense and trench fortifications. [Note can only carry Shredder, Poppy Purger or Mag-Rail and not more than one at once.]

SUU-104 Mini “Poppy Purger” – Unlocked at Mark 2
Where the Shredder is about power per shot the Poppy Purger is about putting out so many shots the enemy can't put their head up. Little more than an advanced mini-gun the Purger is still an insanely dangerous weapon capable of expending twenty-thousand rounds per minute and chewing up anything in its path. Unfortunately the weapon is all but useless against spiritual opponents since there was no way to coat such fast moving bullets in an effective spiritual shell. Regardless if going into a situation where no such opponents will be present it is by far the superior choice of Derricks heavy weaponry. Like the Shredder it is also employed in defensive positions by being set-up on tripods with clear lines of fire. However the bulk of the weapon means that exchanging it for a lesser weapon is near impossible without dropping it completely, of course why you would want a lesser weapon is an important question as well. [Note can only carry Shredder, Poppy Purger or Mag-Rail and not more than one at once.]

4x6 Mag-Rail – Unlocked at Mark 3
Remember the phasers from Star Trek? Ya, well we skipped right over them and created a laser gun that would make anybody on its aiming end cry for their mother. A large cannon with a smaller barrel than seems appropriate and a series of lights make the appearance rather unassuming, the results however are not. The Mag-Rail can be used at any range and it can achieve a 1 shot per second fire speed, while that may not sound like allot the fact that it can shoot through 2000 feet of diamonds and keep on going might make you think differently. Anyone “normal” on the receiving end no matter their defenses is dead, plain and simple. It is also effective against spiritual opponents, even high ranked ones though hitting them is another story, should one be hit though it would certainly knock them for a spin and multiple hits would kill them as easy as any other. Unfortunately the Mag-rail only has enough energy for 200 shots at which point it becomes useless, worse yet because of the rare materials used to create it Derrick is forced to carry the now useless giant weapon along with him no matter what. As well because of the rarity of the minerals there are only a few in existence, one with Derrick and most of the others used to guard only the most important NWO secrets. [Note can only carry Shredder, Poppy Purger or Mag-Rail and not more than one at once.]

Crystal Edge – Unlocked at Mark 2
The answer to zanpaktous, though this is of course Derricks personalized variant. Though you might expect something fancy it is little more than a blade infused with spiritual energy, it is named such because there is a stripe of synthesized crystal down its middle through which the energy emanates. It is five feet long and in the shape of a normal katana. The blade is capable of dueling with sealed blades but not shikai or greater, obviously it can be used to easily cut through real world materials.

Vision Scanner
All suits have a variety of scanners including the usual spirit scanner, Derrick simply has an even larger number of options due to his job. Heat, ultraviolet, red, electrical, spiritual, dark-energy, night vision, x-ray, you name it and Derricks Mark is probably capable of seeing it.

Environment Inlay 2X
A thin gel layer inserted within all the Marks of the Halo Storm allow them all to endure temperatures far higher and lower than other exposed members might be capable of. They can live in environments at up to 450 degrees and down to -170 for extended periods. The addition also allows them to breathe in poisonous environments with no issues and can block any radiation levels that can be found on Earth short of being in the middle of a Nuclear explosion.

Spirit-levitation System
Like most Marks the system can be used to increase Derricks jump distance and height. At Mark 3 it can be used to hover for short periods of time or allow him to fall ridiculous heights with no damage.

Abilities: Derrick is spirit sensitive and has a sizable chunk of reiatsu in his body. Regardless this has not manifested itself into any particular power per-se. Instead he simply has heightened reaction times and strength, however given that he was already impossibly strong this turns him into nothing short of a juggernaut. Even more so when he puts his suit on.

NWO - Unique

General Info

Name: Tank
Gender: Non-gender, voice and actions feminine.
Age: Chassis: 2 Years, A.I: 7 months, Synthetic Personality: 3 months
Ranking: Super-computer of Mallory Arms/NWO, Heavy Armor of Halo Storm

Physical Description: In her most basic form Tank is, well...a Tank. Streamlined, large and extremely advanced the chassis like all NWO equipment is spiritually charged and near unbeatable by most real world weaponry. Tank is both a machine and a soul, she is the very first successful attempt at synthesizing a false soul by humans. Her true form is that of a blue energy that runs almost like an electrical current, via attuned cables that transfer her energy like normal cables would electricity she can manipulate certain machines. In most cases she is kept within a massive supercomputer in the main NWO compound where she can easily figure out any question one asks. However she can easily be transferred to the tank body previously mentioned for battle.

Later on as Tank grows she becomes restless in these static and unwieldy forms. She first settles for a holographic body that she can project from her machinery but in time a body is crafted for her. She takes the form of a young girl in her late teens with light brown skin, yellow eyes and blond hair with a petite form. However except for her face the rest of her body is covered in machinery though it looks like a skin-tight suit from the outside so without knowing her you would just assume she was wearing armor. One tell-tell sign is a series of four large rods that stick out of her back and can move in different directions look a bit like wings, these are used to interface with several different vehicles she will eventually drive directly.

Personality: Tank is really intelligent though you might never guess thanks to her immature personality. More than anything she is sarcastic and perhaps looks down on inferior spiritless humans just a little. At times she likes to play the evil human killing machine but this is just an act she has fun with. She has no real interest in other people though she gets along with the Halo Storm and is incredibly obedient when Derrick orders her around, she however doesn't seem to like the new member Nikki...at all. At times Tank can be a little girly and even naive, one has to remember that this is because she is still a “human” spirit, she has just grown intelligent at an incredible rate thanks to being hooked up to a supercomputer for a brain constantly.

Additional Info: In the main NWO arcs we will never see her second form due to a time gap. However it likely will be seen in RP's not connected with it.

Weapons and Gear
255mm Deathbore Cannon
Its a cannon, a really big one that will make your ancestors 5000 years ago shake in their boots. At over 100mm larger than most current tanks not employing spirit technology but capable of firing at the same speed and rate its a beyond fierce weapon that can tear down any barrier. Worse yet its fires physically and spiritually explosive shells that can damage any kind of opponent. The cannon can fire at 30 rounds per minute and auto-reload via machines within the tank. The one downside is the cannon simply isn't meant for tracking fast moving targets making it essentially useless against spirits taking human form (shinigami, arrancar, small hollows).

SUU-104 Mini “Poppy Purger”
The same weapon as Derrick wields but Tanks chassis holds five of them, each with 90 degrees of firing range. Being on the sides of Tank is the same as being on a warring carnal ground, if a normal person comes in sight their as good as dead, there is also one gun protecting the backside. To make matters worse because of Tanks size she can essentially fire indefinitely, taking over an hour of constant fire before running out of ammunition.

Flame Pack
Known as the Burned Earth pack its exactly what it sounds like. Four nozels at the front of the chassis fire a liquid gel much like napalm which immediately lights upon firing and sticks to any opponents within its thirty foot firing range and is near impossible to remove unless one is only splattered lightly. Because of this property and because even spirits are not immune to the elements this can actually be quite effective against their kind. However they are always forward facing and have no ability to aim aside from turning toward the target.

190mm Slide-M “Baby Singers” – Unlocked after second addition.
A rack of twelve 190mm mortars placed behind the main cannon with a maximum range of 3 miles. Due to the impeccable calculations of Tanks supercomputer mind she can easily hit any target effortlessly. Of course the typical shortcomings that plague mortars from being obvious to a long time between firing and impact take hold of these as well, they are also not very effective against spiritual targets. Regardless their fast rate of fire, intense and scary looking barrages make them a very good scare tactic...if a giant tank armed to the teeth rolling down your street didn't already have you shaking a bit. They also prove to be excellent against opponents attacking from directly above, if nothing else than to force them to dodge.

AA 10x12 Mag-Rail – Unlocked after third addition.
The biggest and most expensive laser weapon the NWO has put into production since there discovery. The large weapon protrudes from the central cannon and is actually an additional cannon on top rigged to a separate system of turnstiles. It fires large piercing halberds of energy and as the name suggest is ideal for eliminating air targets. This is also the improvement Tank eventually gets allowing her to fight humanoid spirit targets due to its much faster turn speed than the main cannon.

P6100 NWO HT-Series Supercomputer
The whole shebang, the thing that links all these weapons together in the large metal shell and turns what would be a fearsome tank if armed by man and turns it into a war on wheels. Handling everything from calculations to proper management the entire construct functions as one and doesn't lose a moment of efficiency. Of course it also functions as a completely self contained study system and can answer just about any question you have. Though Tank is also a spirit it could be said half of who she is, is this computer, her true body if you will.

Heavy Armor Float System – Unlocked after third addition.
After her third chassis iteration Tank is no longer really a tank. Shes more like a floating weapons platform with high mobility that can scoot around through the air at top speeds of 120MPH or hover for an extended period as she wishes. The one downside is that the construct drains her energy at a much faster rate than a normal chassis but since she normally wipes the opponent out to quickly for it to matter this isn't really an issue.

Remainder of the Halo Storm Humans
To save both time and my own sanity I will not give these members complete profiles. Rather accept that at any given time they have the best armor and weapons that can be given to an NWO operative. They have standard weaponry with the one exception that they all carry the Halo Storm exclusive weapon the Darkfire, which was explained above. Each may serve a special purpose such as explosives or hacking specialist and will have the equipment necessary to fulfill that role. All members are spiritually sensitive and have heightened senses and reactions much like Derrick but none have specific abilities.

Name: “Zaks” - Zakamori Tsukeigei
Gender: Male
Age: 21
Ranking: Senior Financial Planner of Mallory Arms and CEO of Tokyo Institute of Higher Scientific Learning a side-project of Mallory Arms, Spec-ops Mission Overseer of NWO – Major of Halo Storm Elites

Physical Description: Zaks is every bit the traditional Japanese young man you could expect. While theres nothing particularly noteworthy in his facial features or his normal black hair which is usually parted stylishly when its showing or covered with a bandanna on missions he does have a good build for such an unassuming man. It is by no means as large as his leaders or even noticeable in most clothing but its there and he is incredibly strong for a relatively little frame. When out of combat he is perhaps the most important member of the Halo Storm to the outside company Mallory Arms and is always in a suit, participating in certain events.

Personality: Smart, calculating and generally a nice guy. If it wasn't for Derricks overwhelming combat experience and uncanny sixth sense Zaks would no doubt be the Commander of the Spec-ops branch. Zaks one downfall is that he is young and underestimated though it seems Richard has looked past this fact in giving him important duties outside of the Halo Storm. Still at heart Zaks is still quite young and having not seen the things his elders have perhaps sees events as a bit sugar coated. Hes also bad with girls, never having had the chance to have personal relations with one.

Name: “King” - Jason Kingsley
Gender: Male
Age: 48
Ranking: Bodyguard of Richard Mallory, Spec-ops Team Leader of NWO – Captain of Halo Storm Elites

Physical Description: King is a man whose size is only encompassed by Derrick his leaders. At nearly 6'8 and with a strong build he is still a dominating force. He is getting older now and gaining some weight but he is still cut enough to give any whipper-snapper a run for their money. He is a typical Caucasian with a decent tan and a grizzled, war-wizened look to him. He usually sports a 5-o'clock shadow and a shaved head, he has sharp features and a scar above his right eye. King typically wears casual t-shirts and the like when out of his Mark with the rare occasion of wearing a suit when he has to play an official part in the Mallory Arms goings-on.

Personality: King is a soldier, always has been and will be until the day he dies. While less committed to Richard than Derrick is he is still no traitor and obeys the rules of the mercenary, so long as he has a contract with the NWO he will fulfill his duties. Though he can be humorous and excited in the field he is still incredibly effective and has by far seen the most action in the field after Derrick of the Halo Storm members. Despite this he is not second in command but accepts this because Zaks is far more capable of multi-tasking the requirements such a position holds. When not killing people King is either wasting time in the mess hall, his own room or on rare occasions playing the bit role of Richards bodyguard during certain processions.

Name: “Bear” - Travis Johnson
Gender: Male
Age: 26
Ranking: Ballistics Development Scientist of Mallory Arms, Spec-ops Team Leader of NWO – 1st Lieutenant of Halo Storm Elites

Physical Description: Compared to the other extremes of the Halo Storm Bear is normal in size. He is a decently built young African American with typical features with the exception of medium-length black hair which he plasters backward on his scalp. Bear is rarely outside of the lab when not on missions so he can typically be found wearing the mandatory scientist outfit.

Personality: Bear is by far the least loyal of the Halo Storm and is probably just around since he gets the money to make new explosives and then the chance to go use them to blow people up. To his credit its doubtful he will give up anytime soon for the foreseeable future as long as the situation is beneficial. He is undoubtedly the least serious of the members and never seems to take the situations the Halo find themselves in seriously. He becomes extremely giddy when he gets to blow things up and has gotten in trouble over his cavalier attitude more than a few times. Derrick and him argue often, Derrick thinks hes disgraceful as he still acts allot like the gang-banger he used to be on the streets of New York. Regardless, there are few people better to have on your side if you want to bring a house...or a small building....or a large building...or...well anything down quickly.

Name: “Nikki” - Sarah Cartingon
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Ranking: Accountant of Mallory Arms, Spec-ops Member – 2nd Lieutenant of Halo Storm Elites

Physical Description: The only female of the Halo Storm is a little British girl named Sarah. She is everything the other members are not, lithe, non-muscular and acrobatic. Coming it at 5'7 with a thin figure she is a typical girl and has a rather light, near alabaster complexion. She has long brown hair and a cute round face, she tends to wear casual outfits. Later on her hair is changed to a shocking white.

Personality: Nikki is sweet and friendly but she can also be tough. She seems to have some unresolved issues and thats lead her to a life where she can take it out by being violent. Regardless you would never notice this in casual conversation as she seems perfectly normal. Only after seeing that the change she goes through when she goes to fight might you pick up on it, at which time she becomes sarcastic and easily angered. Nikki seems to like kittens as she has several.
