I don’t have much time but I figured in the event what I posted in the C-box got covered up I should make an official thread.
I woke up this morning and couldn’t move, my disease has anti-immune aspects and can make my entire body ache and lock-up on occasion. However I quickly realized it wasn’t normal as I was having near flu like symptoms, chills, nausea, faintness, etc. Anyway around the time I got up and the world was spinning like a top I called 911 and was taken to the hospital. My disease had flared-up overnight and left me morbidly dehydrated and running a 106 temperature. I’ve since had some infusions and am ok (and using a laptop from my hospital bed right now…yay for internet addictions) but the doctors say I can’t go home till the morning and that they don’t want me to be over stimulated with the PC (“BOOOOOOOO”) so I wont be around.
Sorry about this folks, I will try to work tomorrow but no promises, if experience has taught me anything I can look forward to a world of puking my guts out the day after my flare-up is pushed back.
Anyway I just thought you should know, I will talk to you all later.

Hope you feel better, GK. You need to take it easy, for one thing, just in case it flares back up. Hope you feel better.

I am pissed, if you’d rather not hear me rant on hospitals and the joys of puking skip the first paragraph . I return, I ended up staying in the hospital for an extra two days thanks to “unforeseen complications” (I.E: My doctor apparently forgot to mention to the hospital in my transcript that I have type 2 diabetes…a fact they noted when my count passed 500 and then after administering the wrong basal rate after giving me the wrong kind of insulin (because apparently the big “NO HUMALOG” on my by then faxed transcript did not tip them off) plummeted below 70 and the resulting stress on the body reactivated the Chrons flare-up that had just been put down -_-) and just got home after exploring the contents of my stomach for a day. AND YES it is indeed possible to throw up things you never even ate. *cough* But the wondrous ineptitude of our glorious medical facilities is beside the point. Rather I thought I would tell you that I would be looking at profiles tonight, perhaps a few training if I get a chance. The arc will have to come in pieces over the next day or two as I also have to catch up with the RL I have been missing. Sorry for the hold-up everyone.
