Hello I'm wondering if this site is still active. If so I'd like to join immediately with the goal of becoming a captain so expect me to be active for a while.

Well yes its still running, although some members take their sweet time to post sometimes, which usually leads to rp's sometimes slowing down a lot (I know I'm a hypocrite).
If your interested in a captain position you should go check the character list to see if any spots are open (bear in mind it may not be completely up to date) and then look at already accepted applications (reviewed by GK) for a grasp on what is necessary. Have a good day.

Sorry life has been keeping me busy lately so instead of immediately it'll be a while before I have my character up and become active.
