First off, I assumed this type of thing goes here.

So, I was looking at this Chain of Equivalency thread. Personally, I think it should be restructured as follows.

So, allow me to explain Vizard. Vizard---as it stands---has no disadvantage. In fact, as it is now, it is the strongest class. It gets Bankai, plus the mask power upgrade, plus Kido, plus Hollow techniques. Because of this, I had to balance it out.

[Considering that no Vizard besides Ichigo has even acknowledged their Bankai, Bankai could be gotten rid of to balance it out, but I think my system works just fine.]

As for Class 7, I figured that the leader of every group should be the strongest and of equal power...instead of just the first 3 Espada and the Commander General. Power is balanced this way between the groups. And, for obvious reasons for this power balance, I had to get rid of the 'Royal 3' being the strongest Espada thing.

Humanoids. I know you all are probably going to beat me for this, but humans get so much stronger later in the series, so should be where they are. Not to mention that this is FAIR. Having everyone laugh at humans for being 'weak' is lame.

I know that seeming fairness is an issue, and we had discussed this however vaizard have simply demonstrated to us (and this is our view) that they are definetely very strong and powerful. Our vaizards however, do go low on the class scale depending on what techniques they have. I don’t think the focus of our rp here is to see who definitively “wins” nor even to attain the highest level of strength but just to participate in this world, from humans to the commander general himself. In terms of role-playing they are all equal.

Adressing your concerns about the leaders, there are none for either the vaizard or the humans. They are both led by a council, and thus there is no ultra powerful head.

As far as humanoids we feel that though it is slightly unfair that they are the weakest it is the most true to our perception of how they are portrayed in the show. Now I know they are getting stronger, and that’s why we had actually planned a plot surprise for sometime in the future to give them a better chance that may or may not involve increased power levels. (sorry that had to come out)

Its touching to see that you care enough about our site to devise such a lengthy and well thought out revision. Me and harmony have however looked over this together and discussed it, and we are currently content with the system we have in place. I will concede its imperfection, but then… what isn’t.

Well, see, what I'm trying to prevent is a n00bism hitting a forum.

I don't want to see "ZOMG, I'm a Vizard, I am the best!" nor "ZOMG, you're just a human, I could flick you to death". That is my biggest problem with Bleach RP forums. Races shouldn't define your overall strength. Much like a RPG game, every class/race should have its strengths and weaknesses, but overall should be equal to every other class/race.

Nor do I want to see everyone becoming Vizard or Arrancar. Nor do I want to see us having to put a limit on how many Vizards/Arrancar/whatever due to that influx and imbalance of races.

In the end, just be weary of your decisions, I guess. I'd rather not have our little group have to restart to another forum.

We really appreciate your concern for the well-being of our community, and yes I agree with you, it would be a shame to watch this place go down the tubes.

Gahrok and I are well aware of the issues pertaining to the power- levels of certain individuals, but our hope is that we can create a roleplaying environment that is not power-obsessed, but instead a community that is welcoming and challenging for all. We have higher standards set for those wishing to play higher level characters, and you must understand that because we share your concern, never would we allow foolish flaunting of power here. It wont impress anyone, especially not us.
