Name: Koneko Tetsudai
Gender: Female
Age: 21
Ranking: Council Member
Physical Description:
Koneko appears to be younger than she actually is and many guess her age to be about eighteen. She is a tall, white haired woman; standing at about 6’1 with long white-grey hair which she lets flow down to the small of her back. Her hair is well-kempt and has a luster to it; she usually keeps a little of it in the front to frame her heart shaped face. She is free of all blemishes on her full lips, high cheeks, tiny nose and rounded chin. Her eyes are two different colors the right eye is a deep crimson, while the other is a teal color; doctors stated that this is from her being a twin. In her red eye, if one looks close enough they can see the iris is in the shape of a Quincy pentigram. She uses turquoise lipstick as her only make-up and that’s just to mark her pride as a Quincy, though most other humans don’t realize this.
Her body is tight and in an hourglass shape drawing young men to her like flies. Her breasts are almost D-cups and the tops are usually revealed through a tight corset she wears under her jacket. Her stomach is flat and sculpted a little as there is little fat on it; she is leggy though they are built from being on her college track team. Her body has more curves than a racetrack and wears about size 6 shoes. Her skin is also very fair, meaning she is a little pale though is working on a tan.
When not in her Quincy attire, Koneko is usually dressed in a tight, black corset with a white jacket over it, though the breasts are usually exposed when she isn’t in class. She wears blue jeans that are snug at the waist and have holes cut at the knees where the pants are baggy. Her Quincy pendant is kept around her neck on a black thread which she can easily tear down to form her bow. She almost always has a keychain with varying items on it attached to her blue jeans or pants; she also keeps her cell phone/spirit phone on her left hip, its turquoise like the rest of the Quincy stuff.
Personality
Koneko is rather cold and blunt to most people, handling herself with indirect mannerisms and sarcastic tones that most don’t pick up on. She has a common tendency to cut down any of the would be ‘suitors’ that come onto her on the battlefield or at college; as well she has been known to put spirit arrows through several arrancar and shimigami heads for hitting on her. Normally following this by destroying their soul sleeps and soul chains; she keeps herself naturally eschewed from other students while constantly keeping herself in the top 3 of the school’s students. However, her cold demeanor hides a little girl inside, that’s scared of her place in the world and not understanding how she came to the place she is in life. She is like this because of losing her real father when she was only five and was permanently scarred mentally by his funeral. All in all she puts up a façade of coldness while in actuality she is
just a scared little girl screaming for Daddy.
She holds herself on a pedestal above most normal humans and while she normally claims to be better than most of the Arrancar and Shimigami; in her heart of hearts she knows she is but a speck of dust in their eyes. Heralding herself far better than them to most of their faces, she respects their power and when engaging them will use hit and run tactics. She fears their captains and the Espada taking measures to avoid them till an undisclosed date. She even respects their fraccion to a degree though far less than the Espada.
When confronted by bounts, Koneko does little to hide her disgust for the sterile race and wishes them all eradicated; even going so far as to aid in this cause. She distrusts the bounts and even goes far as to hate them because of the mysterious circumstances involving her Father’s death and the bite marks on his neck. She later found out these were signs of bount attacks and took that as her father’s death though any number of events could have transpired to have made those marks. This is her only reason for hating the bounts and while it is unfounded hate with little evidence against them, it helps her to release her pent up anger and allows her to spread her ‘wings’ and grow as a Quincy; she also has a personal vendetta against a particular bount only known as: Puppetmaster, this one bount has continually dodged death in fights with her and keeps her on edge. Usually through leaving her notes in her home and goading her into fights.
Koneko is terrified by the concept of a Horror Vacui though she has only heard of them through tales; beings of that level of power in her mind shouldn’t exist and are true monsters. Having never fought or been near one, she keeps herself braced for meeting one and imagines them almost as gigantic deadly hollow towering above the rest and lording over the rest like flies. She has sworn to herself she won’t show fear in the face of these colossuses though will make some excuse to immediately retreat should she be in their presence. The mere prospect of having to fight one of them gives her nightmares and causes her to wake up in a cold sweat.
Vizard’s are who Koneko most sees as being the closest to understanding her as they too have experienced a harsh lost and copped with that lose in their own ways while building their own power. She seems them as the true strength behind all the actions in the spiritual world next to the Horror’s of course. She also thinks their masks make them hot, though she wouldn’t tell anyone this and has on several occasions stared longingly at Vizards with their masks on during battle; particularly the members of the Syndicate’s council.
She treats other members of the brotherhood with a decent amount of respect, though can be very cold to anyone that she sees under her, usually giving them a withering glare until they leave her alone. Though occasionally she will allow one of them to get close to her and date, though they don’t get any further than sleeping in the same bed with nothing going on otherwise, especially sexually as she prides herself on being pure at the moment.
On the rare occasions where the real Koneko gets out, she is soft-spoken and kind, usually crying over how cruel she has been to people and spilling her guts over every little mistake she has made. She refuses to fight during this time and will retreat behind her mask or just run away from the battle. Koneko is rather sweet and caring though she just refuses to show it until she avenges her father and makes the world safe for everyone.
She tends to collect stuffed penguins and has a large collection in her room as well as one or two on her keychain. Her favorite of all of them is a life-sized plushie she named ‘Bedo’ On colder nights she uses it to warm herself up; generally it does a good job because of how thick it is. Her day-time job even has her working all day in a giant penguin suit and standing in front of an ice rank trying to attract customers. During the summer however, they have her stand around in a bikini to advertise an indoor pool; it’s the most popular place in Tokyo during that time frame.
Her favorite foods include; chocolate and vanilla ice cream, any fresh baked pasty with some sort of glaze or cream filling, calamari and sushi of any variety. She also has a large favor toward southern style tea as the sweetness draws her in much more than the bitter tasting Japanese tea. She loves all of these foods because she enjoys very sweet or salty things and sushi because it is exotic and reminds her of her hometown.
History:
A small head emerged from the body of Moyori Tetsudai, as she gave birth to her daughter and would be her last child as the strain on her body from pushing the child out made her sterile. Moyori would always hold this slightly against her daughter, but it was never a major argument in her life and for the most part the two were separated as her daughter, Koneko was a daddy’s girl. Even as a baby Koneko always wanted to be held by her father was always waiting patiently for him to come home and to hold her. Koneko was born on January 2, 1988 in the bustling city of Tokyo. Her baby years were like all others, learning to walk, the carefully chosen first words and the ever pleasant learning to use a toilet instead of a diaper. The years passed by slowly marking her rise into a child of four years old. This is when things started to change for Koneko.
“Mommy who are those men in white?” Koneko asked her mother one day as her father conversed with several men outside. All were dressed in awkward white uniforms with their arms folded, they spoke in hushed tones as Koneko’s mother pushed her back inside and mumbled something about wishing that he wouldn’t bring them here. Koneko squeeked a little as her mother pushed her back into the house and she looked at her a little afraid. “Who are they mommy?”
“Nobody dear, you should go upstairs and play now ok? Just don’t pay attention to them.” Her mother told her with a backward glance out the door, the men were coming inside. Koneko was walking upstairs when the men stopped her. She glanced down and her heart fluttered heavily against her breast; she gave them a lopsided smile and stopped as he father called her as well and she knew everything was going to be alright. She stepped down and the men began questioning her about things she really didn’t understand, but she answered the questions as best she could.
“You seem to understand our ways well little girl…hmm give her a year and she’ll be ready. We’ll leave you now, we’ll be back in a years time. Good luck and have a pleasant day.” The men shuffled out as if in a funeral precession and were gone in the blink of an eye. Koneko tried to follow them, but she couldn’t and she looked back up at her daddy not understanding what was going on Her dad just smiled and pat her head and said he was going out for a little while and would be back soon.
“Okies daddy have fun!” Koneko waved to her father and followed him out the door not realizing that his return would mark his doom. She waited hours for her daddies return and when he finally was seeable out the window she rushed out to meet him. Only something was wrong, his blue bow was out and it was firing…Daddy never fired it unless hollows were around. “DADDY!!!” Koneko ran out and screamed when she saw her pursuer and felt his insane reitsu, she couldn’t breathe it was so dense. She looked back and remembered what her dad had told her about the warring peoples. It wasn’t a shinigami and it wasn’t a hollow or vizard….a bount? Yes…that’s what they were called…it was a bount. The vampires….she watched in her petrified horror as her father fought desperately against it, no…the two of them….what was going on? It looked like it was using a corpse as a weapon. Everytime the bount moved its hands the corpse moved in accordance and maintained a constant flow of the bount’s reitsu. She tried to scream, but her lungs where filled with cement and weighed down. She managed to stretch out her arm toward her father as tears streamed down her face, each washing over her a new wave of cold disbelief. The bount was eating her father now and she cried as he turned and rushed away. Koneko would never forget the indifferent look on his face as he left.
Years after Innocence Robbed
Koneko sat alone in the small class of quincies, she wasn’t answering any questions that came verbally to her. She just sat there did her work in silence and occasionally broke into tears. She worked herself hard and at the age of five could manifest a bow rivaling most ten year olds. Her fire and determination to avenge her father was that great. The price she paid for this was high though, long nights alone and way from the contact of others…her teachers began to worry but left her alone. Soon she was estranged from the rest of her class and other students were even afraid to go near her. The thoughts of their opinion of her never crossed her mind, she was more concerned with becoming more powerful; her mind had been set since the moment of her father’s death and the weeping of her mother. Her mother….she shivered at the thought. Since her father had died…been murdered…her mother hadn’t been the same she just sat around in the dark. Koneko looked upon her with some distain now, but she still loved her…and she wanted to make things better. Her training never got easier, but she always pushed through driven onward by these events.
“Koneko!” A young boy in their class was calling out to her, by this time they were both seven. “Koneko, you need to rest headmaster said so!” She looked at him with a blank stare and continued shooting, she wouldn’t be derailed for anything and shook her head at him as he ran off. The headmaster didn’t come back, he just watched her continue to shoot and grow better, faster, stronger every day. She slumped down after another hour and passed out, she had spent up most of her spiritual powers and needed a rest. So she rested and the headmaster picked her up and took her to her room to sleep. This repeated itself day after day, night after night and soon she began to view the headmaster almost as her father. He was always there watching over her with knowing eyes, however he too would pass away, though this time to natural causes. She didn’t weep this time; no weeping was for the weak, she sucked in her sorrow and returned back to her diligent training seeking to right the wrongs which that bount had caused.
Every day her body would collapse and every day she would be able to fire just a bit more. It was a constant struggle for her, to get up and to continually train, her body was maturing more and more and she had to dictate more time to sleep and eating.
“Koneko-chan…you really should eat something…and get some sleep you look awful…” It was that same boy the headmaster used to send to speak with her. She gave him a little smile, then shook her head. She was warming up to him a little, but he wasn’t anything more than a young man that cared about her well being. She walked away leaving him standing there. She sighed again. It had been ten years since her father’s death and she was no closer to beating the bount than the day she started. Sighing she went up to speak with the new headmaster. As she walked up the steps she noticed something about the pictures, they were with mod souls and normal humans as well as quincies and…bounts….Koneko sighed a little and walked in to the office.
“Headmaster?” Koneko called out as she entered and noted that a bount and mod soul were speaking with the Headmaster about something. Koneko felt her face turn red as she looked at the bount, who was curiously staring at her blinking a little before turning back to the headmaster. The headmaster finished his discussion with the two then turned back to Koneko.
“What can I help you with my child?”
“Why do you associate with bounts?”
“That bount is our ally my dear and the one that killed your father is simply a rogue do not worry about them, they will not cause you harm, though your hate may be great.” The headmaster’s words stung her and she bit her lip, before looking back at him.
“Headmaster I want to join the brotherhood…I’m ready for it.” The headmaster coughed and looked at her cleaning his bifocals after he dropped them in shock. He stared at her and coughed again.
“I don’t think your ready my child you still have much to learn.” Koneko’s fist clamped together and she stomped out of the room. That night she decided she would wait no longer and fled the school heading for the brotherhood by herself in the cloak of the night. She sighed blissfully feeling the cold air rush past her in waves and coating her body in the everclear waters of the sky, healing the wounds of her spirit. She smiled as her Hirenkyaku allowed to soar through the air with great ease and made her way to Tokyo. She entered the brotherhood without ever second guessing herself and soon found herself as a member. Though the headmaster was immediately called as soon as she arrived. He could little to change her mind though, so she stayed and began learning with the best, her time with the brotherhood was hard and trying as they began introducing her to all of her current equipment and how to use it, training her in techniques she had never heard of and informing her of the situation in the other worlds. Koneko learned quickly though and kept working at it, though there problem areas were working with pieces of equipment….especially Hawk-eye and Wing Span Armor. Though in time she leanred to use them well.
The brotherhood to her seemed empty lacking and needing people to fill it, Koneko joined a local college at the age of twenty to began looking for new members as well to expand her general knowledge. After another year we come to the present and her challenging for the position of Council Member. Her body is sculpted, she is developed and her confidence is higher than ever. Her bow stands ready on her wrist in speed form as the previous quincy council member readies his bow as well. They stand around each other watching as the other members and Council members watch around them sealing them into an area so they may not destroy the building. The fight begins and so does Koneko’s chance to prove herself. They came out strong both of them, bows firing rapidly though Koneko’s faster because of its form. Arrows flew around in torrents of energy as the two paced around each other waiting for an opening open mistake to turn the tables in their favor. Koneko waited and activated her Liche Dance ability. She fired and for that one arrow five formed firing away from her in a straight line which only managed to cut the quincies baggy shirt. The two were deadlocked this way for hours till finally it seemed that Koneko had lost as the other quincy had used Liche Rain on her, firing a thousand arrows rapidly at her. Koneko laid on the ground and he came to finish her off. Too bad for him it was a rouse and as he came to administer the blow she turned over, her power form activated and launched five arrows directly around his heart sending him sailing away. She was panting as she just barely managed to use her wing span armor in time. She gripped her chest as it was bleeding then walked slowly forward and hoped that she hadn’t killed the quincy. He was in fact just out cold and they told her they would inform him of what had happened when he awoke but for now she was the newest council member. Koneko smiled for the first time in a long time, then allowed herself to pass out.
Additional Info:
Special Ability
Power Level: Level 2
Outfit: When Koneko is in her quincy gear, she gains a small amount of armor over the clothing that she is already wearing. Her lower body gets covered with a long skirt that hangs stiffly out over the sides and appears to be made out of an odd white metal that is extremely malleable and light. The skirt opens in a V in the front giving her legs room to move and reveals her jeans underneath. On the sides of the skirt are two turquoise lines which run up to her belt, then wrap around it.
Her upper body gains a vest and two shoulder pads. The vest is of the same material and covers her chest complete along with her right arm forming an open glove. The vest cuts itself off just above her stomach with a small wedge hanging over the center to cover her belly button. The shoulder pad is made of a slightly heavier metal and covers the entire shoulder, then extends onto her back from the space between the neck and the blade. At the shoulder a small spike about four inches long and six centimeters wide, there is another spike of the same dimensions near the bottom of the pad.
Quincy Techniques
Hirenkyaku:: A technique that allows the user to move quickly, similar to Flash step. To perform this technique, the user gathers spirit particles under their feet and can ride on them for long distances.
Ransōtengai:: A high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement
Copy Arrow: A spirit arrow technique that Koneko developed, by creating a signal low powered arrow, Koneko can shot it with or into another technique that’s been launched. The arrow will travel into said attack and absorb the attributes and give it a minor boost. Depending on the strength of the attack this boost grows higher. (Is 2% higher than normal strength so a blast from Death mixed with this would be unbelievably powerful.) However, firing this arrow will not stop the attack that has been launched and also only travels in a straight line. Can only be used once every five posts, requires ten percent of the user’s reitsu.
Liche Dance: Another technique developed by Koneko at the price of five percent of her reitsu; Koneko can make it so that for every arrow she fires five more will form in a line around it. This effect lasts for two posts with a limit of firing a hundred every post.
Equipment
Type: Bow
Description: Emporsteigende Falke, Jager vom Himmel is a small bow only about foot long on either side of Koneko’s wrist and appears in a teal color. The bow itself appears to be recurved; making bend marks twice at the hand and near the ends making it harder to pull back on thus creating more power behind the shots. Emporsteigende Falke in this form creates the arrows just on top of the bow and fires them from there with mere thoughts instead of having to physically pull back on the string. This is its first form, its second form is a more traditional long bow, about two feet in either direction and appears slightly metallic. During this state Koneko must pull back on the string, this creates more power though draws back on speed.
Effect: Allows Koneko to fire her energy arrows.
Rarity: One of a Kind
Type: Accessory
Description: Fliegen is a small a small pin that can be attached to anyones clothing and is shaped like two outstretched wings. The wings are white and turquoise just like most quincy items and stretch out to about a span of an inch. This pin is attached to Koneko’s jacket pocket.
Effect: Creates the armor sections around Koneko’s body the increased spiritual pressure here is compressed and creates a ‘hierro’ comparable to a low ranking Arrancar’s hierro.
Rarity: Easy to find
Type: Gauntlet
Description: Eagles Talon is a white opened fingered glove
that stretches back to the forearm. Its made of normal fabrics and has been endowed with special quincy powers by means of pouring spiritual pressure into it night and day for a week without rest by two or more quincies. It appears like the Senkei Glove though only with opened fingers and no steel sections for the bow to come from.
Effect: Works in a reverse manner than the Senkei glove, The Eagles Talon draws more spirit particles toward the user only allowing them to pour more energy into their shots instead of making them more effective. This generally results in slightly larger arrows, but can only be used when using a two handed bow. As the concentration required to fire with one hand is far greater than when using two. The added power is about equivalent to firing two arrows instead of one, but the required amount of concentration to fire ensures that the user can only use it once every 3 battle posts.
Rarity: Middle of the road, not vastly difficult to construct or find, but just hard enough that they aren’t going to be laying around all over the place.
Type: Accessories
Description: Thin blade handles that can produce chain saw like blades of reitsu. They can be fired like arrows and are vastly more powerful than regular arrows though they can’t be fired out enmasse.
Effect: Creates a thin blade of chainsaw like reitsu.
Rarity: Very Rare
Type Accessory
Description: A white and blue gem that can be attached to any
gauntlet type accessory. Its about the size of a thumb nail and pulsates with a faint red hue. The gem is shaped like a tear drop.
Effect: When a spirit pressure is detected by the user, the general information is transmitted into the gem where it can process it and designate the origin of the power. Also when said source has vanished it keeps constant track of the source and alerts the owner when said source is drawing near. Works between dimensions.
Rarity: Super Rare, a Council Member only item.
Other Characters:
Jirku, Comic Mod Soul
Sojukin Asamoto, Tres Espada, Arrancar
Roleplay Sample:
Sojukin laid quietly in his secluded room, lost in thought as he soaked in his tub with a rag covering his nether region as every now and then someone would barg in and tell him he had to go do something or another around Hueco Mundo. This greatly annoyed him on such occassions and had destoried his entire room twice in a fury after these interruptions, but today was no such day. His eyes opened with a start as his trance ended aburptly and sweeping out of the tub dried himself off rapidly by releasing some of his reitsu that evaporated the water on his body. Stepping to look into the mirror he admired himself, allowing himself to indulge in the image for a while, before fixing his appearance and moving on to retrieve his clothing. Leaving the bathroom, he stepped calmly into his own bedroom as his eyes wondered over it for a moment.
The entire room was empty and made of the same white material as the rest of Hueco Mundo. It was small and almost completely barren aside from the double bed stashed into a corner so not to disrupt the flow of the room. Sojukin issued a low growl from his throat as he sensed someone under his bed and thought to himself that this had better not be some damn fraccion that got lost looking for their own room. Shaking his head, he waited for whatever it was to come out from under his bed thinking that soon his room would be much larger and he would be able to do more with it. He was tired of being so cramped in this tiny place and was ready for something bigger and better. Just as his thoughts ended a tiny little head popped out from his bed and it was mouse like Arrancar.
"Squeek....Yo mac, your needed outside..we need more workers...Squeek."
The mouse Arrancar's face was still almost entirely wrapped in it's arrancar mask though its nose stuck through it constantly twitching and was almost the same color as blood. The thing finally came out all the way from under the bed and Sojukin noted it wasn't much larger than two feet long and only a couple inches off the ground. He looked at it disgustedly, it was hideous! An abomination to the world, its entire body was covered in a mingy white fur and in some areas its skin was showing. Its tail was bony and was cut in half from a normal rats. Sojukin gulped and looked at the thing with disgust as it talked to him like it was stronger than him again.
"Squeek...MAC...GO OUTSIDE!"
Sojukin's eyebrow twitched as he looked down at the thing offended and disgusted, before it could speak again, Sojukin stepped on the Arrancar and crushed his spine leaving it paralzyed, before throwing him out the window outside of his room. After washing his hands again, he walked outside and noticed that the Horror Vacui were standing on higher grounds most of them not working, though Fury was doing the work of a damn army. He respected the Horrors, though only because of the shear amount of power each of them held, aside from that he didn't respect anything about anybody nor did he hold anyone with an iota of trust. His paranoia from the betrayal near his death had made sure of that, though he began to think this was a good opportunity considering the Tres Espada position was avalible at the moment. Grinning to himself that blonde arrancar sat down to watch some of the workers, before jumping up near the Horrors and bowing to Death.
"Lord Death...I am Sojukin Asamoto...I wish to be made the Third Espada. I'm sure you can sense that my power is large enough to make the position sir and that I am more than ready to kill anyone that stands in my way. Death, I know I am the best canidate for this position and if you think there is one more worthy allow me to tear him or her to shreds so that I may show you my power."
In truth, Sojukin was only feigning his undying allegance to Death, but he still saw him as the most powerful being around him and that deserved respect...at least till Sojukin devised away to kill him and rob him of his power taking it for his own. Though that was years of planning and there was much power to gain first, Primera would come after Sojukin took care of Taza, but that would come after he became the Tres. Taza had been under his skin for a long time, he was far too nonchalant to be the dos...the bastard was too busy drinking to even bother to fight in any battles. Hell, he had retreated in one just because the freaking shinigami gave him a fifty for some booze. This was inexcusable in his mind as an espada was always to be ready to fight and ready to eliminate the threats to Hueco Mundo.
Sojukin's mind grinned as he thought this while he kept a straight face for Death. Considering he, himself could possibly become a threat to Hueco Mundo's kings and queens in due time the Espada should have killed him, but no matter they did not know the inner machinations of his mind and only by some form of Dues Ex Machina would they ever. He rose his eyes to look up at Death as he awaited his answer, though respectfully kept his head bowed slightly as to show that he was submitting himself to Death's will, no matter what that may be. He thought for a moment as he kept bowing to the Horror Vacui and his mind seethed with rage from the thought of being controlled.
"Enjoy this while it lasts Death...I won't always be so willing to bow to you."
That was Sojukin's final thought as he waited for Death's answer. The only other thing that even came into view or into his mental process was the thudding of Fury's massive frame moving about with huge stones to repair the damage to Hueco Mundo and hundreds of scampering Arrancar trying to do the same amount of work that Fury was putting in. If Sojukin wasn't so busy groveling to Death, he might have been awestruck.

Equipment
Name: Emporsteigende Falke, Jager vom Himmel (Soaring Falcon, hunter of the skies.)
Name: Fliegen Sie Spannenrüstung (Wing Span Armor)
Type: Accessory
Description: Fliegen is a small a small pin that can be attached to anyones clothing and is shaped like two outstretched wings. The wings are white and turquoise just like most quincy items and stretch out to about a span of an inch. This pin is attached to Koneko’s jacket pocket.
Effect: Creates the armor sections around Koneko’s body the increased spiritual pressure here is compressed and creates a ‘hierro’ comparable to a low ranking Arrancar’s hierro.
Rarity: Easy to find
Name: Eagles Talon (Die Kralle des Adlers)
Name: Seele Schienders
Type: Accessories
Description: Thin blade handles that can produce chain saw like blades of reitsu. They can be fired like arrows and are vastly more powerful than regular arrows though they can’t be fired out enmasse.
Effect: Creates a thin blade of chainsaw like reitsu.
Rarity: Very Rare
Name: Hawk-Eye (Falke-Auge)
