A ghostly wind blew through the fourty first district of the Rukongai as Oketsu crept through the dim, moonlit alleyways. It had taken him months of searching and all the money he had earned to secure this meeting, but Oketsu was finally getting one step closer to taking his revenge. Or, one step closer to a trap. "It's taken a long time, but if that Shinigami wasn't laying I should meet someone around here, I just have to find the lamppost." Oketsu continued down the alleys until he finally came across an intersection, marked with a single lamppost, decorated with ornate golden designs. "This would be the lamppost then, it would seem. I don't see anyone though, am I late, or early? I really should have gotten them to give me a specific time." Flipping a lone strand of hair from his face, Oketsu began to scout around at the buildings surrounding the intersection. They looked just like he remembered them, dull, white, and bland. "Shinigami have no taste for colour, it is just black and white all over the place. No wonder mission to the human world are so popular, at least there you have some colour." Oketsu laughed quietly to himself, then sighed as he resigned himself to wait by a wall, keeping a watchful eye on the lamppost, lest he miss his contact, his chance, his revenge.

Wind battered her hair as she walked through the 41st District in Rukongai, her long fiery red hair cascading around her in a fiery halo. The wind carried a quiet laugh to her ears causing the childish captain to smile to herself. Maybe this would be funner than she had originally thought. Concealing her reiatsu, Shizuka Shirayuki, silently crept up on the person she was supposed to be "giving information to" and took in his appearance. Tall with silver hair and a slender build he sure was one to catch attention. Not to mention the fact that he still wore his old Shinigami uniform even though he was a Vaizard and he help himself with, what looked to Shizuka like, arrogance causing the small girl to snort quietly. Oh yes this was going to be fun. Maybe she would mess around with him a little before actually showing that she was a Shinigami. Smirking to herself, she took off her captains haori and the outer part of her uniform leaving her in just the white part. She took off her shoes and socks and then laid her zanpakuto gently under her haori and hid them in a small crevice. As silently as she crept up on the man she walked back and then checking herself over to turned around and quickly ran over to the man who she was messing with.
"Mister! Mister!" she exclaimed tugging on the man's robes which was quite easy considering her height. "Why are you out so late? Are you waiting for someone. Is it your girlfriend or maybe a friend! Huh? Huh? Tell Shizu!!!! Shizu promises that she wont tell anyone if you tell her!!!!! Please! Please! Please!"
Oh yes this was defiantly going to be fun.

A soft voice rung out through the cold emptiness of the night, and Oketsu noticed a slight tugging on the tattered remnants of his robes, but as he turned to see what was pulling on him nothing was there. Then the voice rang out again, in a less soft and more irritating tone of a child who wanted something. Oketsu looked down to see a young girl with amazing red hair. Oketus sighed and knealt down to the girls level, raising a hand and ruffling her hair. "Well, if you must know, I am on a secret mission, I'm looking for someone very important. They have some special things to tell me, so it is very important that I find them." Oketsu drew out the longer words, and spoke slowly, as if he were a secret agent in some of the movies he had seen back in the human world. "But, now that I've told you, I can't just let you be. Maybe, maybe you would like to help me? I'm sure I have some special treats from the human world here with me somewhere." Oketsu stood up and started digging through the pockets of his vest, pulling out a thin white stick with a plastic wrapped orb set at the top. "See this kid, this is a lollipop, kids in the human world love them. If you promise to help me keep an eye out for anyone who comes past, then I shall give it to you." Children weren't Oketsu's specialty, but he had seen enough movies to know that kids like candy, and are easily suggestable. I suppose what with all the money I have already put into this, giving up one lollipop isn't going to cripple me, and an extra set of eyes could always be helpful. Oketsu sighed and held the lollipop out to the girl, "So, do we have a deal?"
