In short, if you return from a long time hiatus you might find that your characters have been moved to Denied/Inactive applications. This obviously means that you can't use it anymore, and so you have two available options. Either you do a new character, possibly with your old one as a basis, or you ask to have your application returned to accepted.

This thread is for that second option. Post your requests here and we will decide whether or not you may have your position back, should it be available.
