It wasn't that Oketsu's plan was horrible............no, no it wasn't that at all.......it was that fate had a fun way of always having things not going the way you planned. However for once while it didn't go as expected it did actually work out in the Vizards favor in a roundabout way. The chains exploded from the ground halfway through his maneuver and bound the hollow to the ground, unfortunately that did not actually stop the legs from heading straight up. Of course by now Oketsu was out of the way and Genesis was still right on target, running the large hollow through and after a few seconds dispelling it leaving a pile of empty chains where it had been. Of course Oketsu couldn't be to happy with himself, he still had three hollows in his immediate proximity (none currently attacking, him being high in the air but ready to pounce the moment he came in range), more than a dozen others headed there from various distances in the park and few people could miss the swelling energy in the air, a sure sign the larger, nastier hollows were on their way.

It worked. In a, strange, sort of way, the kind in which no one ever expected things to work, but hey, Oketsu wasn't going to complain, and he stopped to admire his work as the great hollow faded away, leaving the chains of fury lying on the ground until they shatter into a thousand shards and blew away with the breeze. Admiring his work as he was, Oketsu failed to notice the ground and crashed into it in an almost comical fashion, though all comedy was lost in how hopeless the action was. Standing and dusting himself off, Oketsu realised the hollows would be on him in a matter of moment, and dashed towards Genesis.
As Oketsu ran at full speed, he leaped forth and grabbed onto Genesis, which began to glow white once more as Oketsu, slightly short of breath from his impact with the ground earlier, spoke as quickly as he could, hoping not to give the hollows running at him a chance, as he could feel the increasing pressure of the hollow moving in on his position. "Holy Light Break!"
The blast of white energy shot through the ground once more, aiming at whichever of the hollows were closest to Oketsu, if that left two more running at him then so be it, Oketsu needed the extra bit of time to pull Genesis free before he could fight the other hollows, weak or not, unarmed [haha, too soon?] as he was, he would likely have a bit of trouble dealing with both of them until he was more used to fighting in his new condition.

The hollows, clearly smoking pot, cloud watching and laughing about stories involving turkeys and ovens completely missed Oketsu crashing into the ground, taking several seconds to get up, running over to Genesis and picking it up. However Victoria and Akabane didn't and they shared a concerned look at each other before the little cat finally broke the silence.
“You...sure about this...”
Victoria looked at him over another silent moment and then concluded, “I...think...so...”
Back over with Oketsu he was launching attacks but the hollows were back in the game and they had the munchies. Clearly one of them was still baked however (or maybe that was from losing and arm...ok I'll stop making jokes at your expense now....well, honestly the pot jokes would just get dated if I continued, I've got a thousand for ya) and couldn't get out of the way in time, quickly finding itself overtaken by the blast of white light. It looked like that was all he would get at first but one of them was simply to slow while the blast was to wide, try as it might the hollow simply couldn't escape it's range and was cleaved in two. The third however lunged around the strike and was within feet of Oketsu. At this range and with the feral hollows speed it could be on him in a split second and thats exactly what it did, lunging at his face, mouth full of razor sharp teeth opened wide.
By now the closest of the other hollows were coming into range, most of these like the originals were of the smaller and less capable variety but including those a distance away they numbered well over a dozen, maybe two. However for now this was good because it likely meant they would have to close the remaining distance to attack Oketsu via melee giving him time to deal with what was upon him, however it wasn't as if these others were slow. Take more than five or ten seconds and several others would be within distance as well, that wasn't even including at least four larger hollows that looked infinitely more dangerous than what he had faced until now. One in particular was coming into range and from the layout of it's body it seemed highly likely it was geared toward ranged attacks with an almost gun like structure on it's back meaning it might even be in range at that moment.

Oketsu was happy with that, he had taken down two at once, however the last one had proved slightly more worth a foe, avoiding the blast and advancing with incredible speed towards him, bestial fangs glinting in the faint afterglow of his Holy Light Break. Having only just pulled Genesis from the ground, there was no way he was going to bring the blade up fast enough to stab it, so a little more of Oketsu's cunning mid battle planning was to be required this day. Oketsu quickly moved Genesis so that is was pointing to the ground in front of him, and as the hollow leaped up at Oketsu's face, Oketsu would stab Genesis down, and step back himself, raising his arm up to the hollow as Genesis would invariably get in its way for even a moment, and that moment was all he needed.
" Ye Lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, March on to the south!* A ball of red fire built up in Oketsu's outstretched hand, and he hurled it towards the hollow, hoping to deal with it quickly as he felt a rapidly increasing presence of increasingly dangerous hollows. If he hollow died, Oketsu would take Genesis and return to Victoria, if he was not so lucky, the hollow would quickly be the target of a swift kick to the mask, hopefully giving Oketsu enough time to draw Genesis and put the feral beast to rest.

And on the opposite side to the previous events sometimes things went exactly as planned. Any normal person or in fact most of the unremarkable examples of the shinigami or human populace would have been angry hollow food but Oketsu managed to pull victory from the very clutches of defeat. Just when victory seemed certain for the hollow he launched backward and the hollows front side was drowned out in red light. When the dust cleared there was no more front side to the hollow having been completely decimated up to the mid-drift and then it quickly decomposed thereafter, its spirit particles fluttering off into the wind. But just when things were looking up a flood of reiatsu covered the area and someone as attune as Oketsu would know immediately where it was coming from.
Our good friend the walking tank had spent the few seconds the hollow had bought to spread its legs and take a fixed stance. Energy built in the muzzle of the obvious cannon structure on top of it's body and anyone would know this wasn't going to be a weak shot like the first hollows had been, this was probably what this hollow was designed to do and whatever was about to happen a direct hit was not going to end well. When the energy had built up to high levels (not that of a Cero, but dangerous in Oketsu's weakened state) it fired basking the area in a bright orange glow that mirrored that of the evening sun if but for a moment, thats when an elongated beam of energy came bearing down on him. It was in fact more narrow than might have been expected but it was likely to have an area effecting blast when it hit the ground and worse yet, even assuming Oketsu dodged all damage it was capable of the time spent doing so was going to give the charging pack of lesser hollows time to bear down on him. It was unlikely he would survive another shot while fending off packs of rabid beast.

Oketsu pulled Genesis from the ground, the twitching corpse of the hollow finally ceased to move before it was blown away by dark and ominous winds. Oketsu could sense the source of the disturbance, and turned to see a large hollow carrying a massive cannon-like growth upon its back, and another familiar sense shot through his mind. It was attacking and doing, as Oketsu had once heard a young human so delicately put it, 'it'sa charging it's laser.'
This was not good, Oketsu thought, having seen a series of movies on the internet which depicted the results of a well charged laser. Oketsu pointed his arm towards Victoria, and then pulled it towards himself. "Chain of heaven, restrain the impure, and bind those who would wield their strength against you!" Four red chains burst from the ground around Victoria, and shot straight past her, clasping onto Oketsu's arm, legs and neck as it seemed the entire world was engulfed by an orange light for a single moment, allowing Oketsu to fully grasp the scale of the number of hollows this Quincy technology and brought to the field. "That honestly does not look good..."
As the bright light retreated into the barrel of the hollow's cannon, the Chains of Fury did exactly as Oketsu willed them to, get hi, the hell out of there. The movement was sudden, and Oketsu had little time to brace himself for the instant snap into flying through the air. The chain clasping his neck did do the convenient job of preventing his neck from snapping due to whiplash, but it also was designed to tighten. Oketsu had to be very careful not to struggle, as every time he pulled against the chains their grip grew stronger, and around his neck was not the place he wished that to happen. The incredible speed of the chains allowed him to arrive next to Victoria just as the hollow's massive laser crashed into the ground, a huge pulsating blast of energy ripping through the air and terrain around it.
Oketsu was now suspended in mid air, arm and legs held apart, floating just beside Victoria, as he swung Genesis down and fired a Holy Light Slash through the chains, causing them to dissipate, and he landed on the ground, looking out over the brilliant orange glow which illuminated the oncoming hoard of hollows. "So, got any great plans? You seem like a plans kind of girl, or at the very least maybe even your cat has an idea or two, because I think your Quincy friends might have worked their magic a little too well."

Victoria looked down at Oketsu as he came to a hurtling stop next to her and simply gave him a bemused look. As he complained to her Akabane walked forward and stood out before them surveying the hollows as they turned now in their direction. He looked over his shoulder and spoke.
“Has anyone told you that you're a pretty sad excuse for a Vizard?” He asked before darting off toward the hollows.
Victoria cut in, “Now, now Akabane...” though she continued talking he was now gone, “I'm sure he's just not used to fighting with one arm yet...right?”, she looked to Oketsu once more as if to emphasize, “Right?” though she remained quiet.
As Akabane darted across the open field red reiatsu started seeping out from deep within. By the time he was upon the hollows he was completely cloaked in a veil of churning red, like a feline made of fire. He ran through the pack of quick hollows ahead of the larger ones and jumped into the air, spiraling as he did so and passing them by. As if in delayed response a mighty wind kicked up where they had been and moments later the half a dozen small hollows were torn to pieces. He then targeted a behemoth toward the back, he was far faster than any of the hollows but his small size in comparison didn't seem to hinder his strength in any way. The hollow slammed its fist down but Akabane had already darted around it and jumped into the air, spinning like a top before he landed behind the hollow as its head was severed from it's body.
Victoria was watching Akabane clean up when the feeling of a powerful energy collecting saturated the area once more. She turned to see that the same hollow that had fired on Oketsu earlier was pointed in his direction once more and that was the same as Victoria's direction. She walked to stand in front of Oketsu just as the creature fired and the orange beam came bearing down on them. Victoria held her hand back and made no attempt to get out of the way, just as it made contact she extended her hand and...slapped the giant laser of death, redirecting it right back at the hollow. It was difficult to tell if the hollow truly understood what had just happened but a moment later it didn't matter as it disappeared in a giant orange explosion.
Back on the other side of the field two of the larger hollows were down and two others were running away, realizing the tide had turned against them. Akabane put one that was straggling down but allowed the other to leave, turning back toward Victoria and trotting in their direction in a victorious manner. It was at that moment that a loud inhuman scream covered the entire area, instantly all the hollows left anywhere in the city began running. Some were running away while others ran toward the mounting power surging in the park, intent on making that power their own and not realizing the cost. Victoria smiled and looked to Oketsu as Akabane returned.
“Have you ever fought a Menos?”
There was a loud scream once more and then a large hand burst forth from the very fabric of reality and started pulling a giant black rend into the park. It was clear it was a door and as soon as it was open the rest of what the hand was attached to followed, every step it took shook the ground as the massive Gillian came through, a thousand hollows in one.
Victoria giggled, “Well you get to today. Want to do it alone or have Akabane help you? No shame there...it's the smart person who knows when to ask for help.”
"Are you sure Victoria? From what we just saw I figure I'll kill the accursed thing before he was even able to run to it..." One could not help but think what they heard next was Akabane laughing though it did not come across as clear as his speech and sounded more than a little creepy.

"Has anyone told you that you're a pretty sad excuse for a Vizard?"[/b] Oketsu pouted and glared at the small cat. "I have one arm and a gigantic spear for a release, it'll take time to figure it out, gimme a moment will you!" Oketsu was tempted to kick the cat straight into the hollows, see how it liked it, but as the thought played across his mind, the cat ran, headlong, into the hollows, decimating their numbers and reducing them to little more than spirit particles floating on the breeze, a grim red light bathing the scene as the hollows were destroyed. Oketsu was a little shocked, to say the least, but carried himself tall, secretly being rather put off by the powers of Ultimeow, Cat of Destruction. Then Oketsu felt it, that same searing energy build up, the cannon hollow was a firing his laser...again.
Oketsu felt like panicking, like pulling himself away again, but instead he watched as Victoria stepped forth, met the beam head on, and slapped it good, straight back where it came from. Oketsu's jaw dropped, even with his mask on he would be pushing it to deflect a beam of that size, and she had done it without flinching at all. "At the risk of sounding perhaps ungrateful for you and your destruction cat's aid...exactly what are you?"
Within moments, the hollows were running, and Oketsu was more than a little shocked at what had gone on, but moreso when Victoria turned to him. "Have you ever fought a Menos?" Screams filled the air, and Oketsu could tell just a Victoria could that a gargantua was being torn open. "Yeah, a couple of times, never been fun. Not a fan of the skyscraper sized ones, always preferred the little ones, stronger maybe, but their much easier to kill in my opinion." Sighing, Oketsu readied Genesis behind him as the cat walked up once more.
Victoria looked over to Oketsu once more and giggled, which Oketsu found creepy on too many levels. "Well you get to today. Want to do it alone or have Akabane help you? No shame there...it's the smart person who knows when to ask for help.” Oketsu sighed and looked out as the Gillian slowly emerged from its dimensional portal. "I think I might take you up on your offer there, last time I fought a Gillian I had 2 arms and it took a lot of time, I could probably use some form of support until I figure things out." Oketsu threw Genesis over his shoulder and ran towards the Gillian as it completed its escape from Hueco Mundo.

Of course anyone would have been curious of Victoria's origins after that display, that just wasn't the strength your average human wielded. Still, for a moment she looked off into the distance and it didn't seem she was going to answer. However just before the Gillian had begun to tear its way into their reality she remarked without looking at him.
“We are lost souls, fighting our fate, as are many others. It's not such a strange or unique tale, humanity fights its given fate on a daily basis and for those with power it is even more true, you should know, you are the same way even if you are still learning.” Nobody could have missed the obvious tinge of pain in her voice, as if the topic brought up unpleasant memories of things she had done or experienced that she would rather not think of.
Still once the Gillian had appeared she seemed to perk up and that was when she had questioned Oketsu. When he agreed to Akabane's help she nodded in what seemed to be approval, even the cat let out a mild “Hm...” that seemed to suggest Oketsu's stance had moved up a little in his eyes. It was likely they both acknowledged the strength and intelligence behind setting you're pride aside and taking the option that was most likely to end the day on a positive note. Still they were far from finished and by this point the Gillian had taken note of them, being three rather powerful individuals and a Gillians sole purpose being the consumption of power. Even as powerful as they might be it was still mildly intimidating for such a large creature to be eying them in such a way, regardless Akabane took a ready stance.
“I will go about tripping it and catching it's attention, after all it will be more concerned with consuming the stronger between us.”” The strange static that seemed to be Akabane's laugh or snickering filled their heads, it was becoming clear he had a hard time not pushing buttons and being sarcastic, but finishing he concluded, “You go for the face, try and deal the killing blow. Oh...but do remember giant angry cero's come out there...wouldn't want you extra crispy!”
That was when he took off and the Gillian started taking steps toward them while energy began building near it's mouth, clearly it was taking what Akabane said to heart and was going to start shooting everything right off the bat. By now Akabane was under the creature and the red energy surrounding him once more a large cut was blasted through the Gillians ethereal cloak and into the leg underneath, it did not fall but it did cause it to trip slightly. This through off the aim of the cero that it happened to fire just at that moment and where previously it would have come straight for Oketsu it now flew to his side, still it would do him well to get away from the explosion that ensued shortly as it connected with the ground. At the same time it began flailing its massive arms, not in any coordinated way but in an improvised defense since creatures their size could easily be knocked for a loop just from a off-handed smack.
Shortly after the explosion from the cero cleared Victoria, whom had been within distance of the explosion and disappeared in the plume of dust when it had impacted, could be seen standing there just as she had before. As if being caught in the fierce explosion had been little more than a gust of wind. And that wasn't the only thing, should he notice this was the first time Oketsu was close enough to see the fierce look of determination on her face as she kept her eyes firmly locked on every movement he made. Whatever personalities she might be throwing up when talking with others it was obvious there was more to her way of thinking than she was letting on to and that Oketsu might be more important to coming events than he could ever realize.

Oketsu noticed a similar sting of loss, of sadness and pain in her voice to what he felt, and sympathised with her. Despite her power, she was still, like she said, a lost soul wandering, fighting against what has already been decided. Oketsu nodded to Victoria, a vague smile working its way across his face. She was right, he knew what she spoke of all to well, but had little time to dwell on that now, the cat had a plan!
As Oketsu ran towards the Menos, the cat shot forth as a wave of familiar sensation washed over his mind and body. "A Gillian using cero from the mouth? How very original..." Oketsu saw the cat burst into red energy itself, tearing through one of the cloaked legs of the monstrous hollow. In reaction to the attack it staggered, firing its cero quite a bit higher than it should have, and Oketsu ducked and slid along the ground as the blast wave sped him along the ground towards the Menos. Quickly moving Genesis up and placing it in his mouth, Oketsu moved one hand to his chest and began an almost unintelligible incantation. "Avs uf liht nd aak hurg porh, nd cleer va ay or a ngew dai virh!"
Oketst waited until he was within metres of the flailing hollow when he threw his arm out and an intense wave of energy shot from the core of his body in every direction, slamming straight into the Menos' legs at point blank range. Oketsu figured the hollow would not stand long after that, and turning his head used Genesis as a paddle to ensure he made it to the other side of the Gillian before it either crashed to the ground on top of him, or just got pissed and fired another cero.

The Gillian while of course incredibly powerful was also, like most of it's brethren, as clumsy and slow as they came. While it's eyes had no issues following Oketsu and Akabane in a hungry manner (which had it not been such a serious situation would have been mildly funny, it's eyes rolling in opposite directions) it's body was not so quick and it's actions were inevitably delayed. That was, of course, until Oketsu attempted to force it to the ground. As planned the blast of reishi slammed into it's legs and after a moment it began teetering, however as it did so one of it's long arms shot out it's entire length showing it was far lengthier than they appeared when held under their cloak.
The arm reached all the way to the ground and caused the hollow rather than falling forward to spin in an arc, the whole time it's face followed Oketsus movement and that's when it started glowing red. It released a barrage of smaller ceros that carried half the strength of the first but they would be no less lethal if they made direct contact, the arc followed him all the way to the creatures backside. Then just as it was coming down it's other arm shot out and braced it's other side before it began pushing itself back to standing height. That was when Akabane appeared, seeming to have predicted this and he launched straight at the second arm cutting through it in one go. For just a moment it appeared the hollow would continue to fall as it had before but then several large tendons shot out from the stump connected to it's body, reconnecting it's arm and in a few moments it was whole once more. It then proceeded to stand back to full height.
“Haha, it must be close to turning Adjuchas. Greater enhanced healing than most Gillian, it's starting to develop that ability since the hollow winning the internal battle for control probably sported that when it was weaker.” Despite his distance Akabane did not have to yell, the voice that sounded in Oketsu's head was just as calm and audible as if he had been standing next to him. He also didn't bother explaining how they were aware of the stages hollow went through or how he knew exactly what was happening in this one, of course whatever he and Victoria were it was obvious by now that they were informed, so that question answered itself.

I always thought they had stubby little arms… Oketsu continued sliding along the ground as the hollow shot forth a long arm from its cloak and it moved as Oketsu slid under it, a distinct red glow tracing his movement at it fired a barrage of weaker ceros down upon Oketsu, who was glad he was moving else he would have been decimated instantly. As he was sliding he swung Genesis up and fired a Holy Light Slash aiming at crashing into several of the ceros as the descended on him, however there was many more ceros then he had the time to swing Genesis around to stop, and so following through with the swing Oketsu slammed Genesis into the ground before him, throwing himself up into the air, where he narrowly missed another cero which shot within inches of his head, the intense energy reddening the skin on his cheek. Oketsu was up close enough to the hollow to reach it as it spun, and lifted Genesis to stab into it, giving himself a vantage point to destroy it, but then something unexpected happened. As it balanced itself, the cat kindly destroyed its arm for him, causing it to drop momentarily, and causing Oketsu to overshoot where he was aiming, instead being forced to stab at its shoulder, and given how it was constantly moving, there was a steadily increasing chance Oketsu would miss entirely. Either way, Oketsu was not where he wanted to be, if he was stuck to its shoulder, he would attempt to climb as quickly as he could so as to reach closer to its face and attack, knowing that if it started flailing again he would likely lose his balance. If he missed, however, he would kick off the air with reiatsu again and aim a Holy Light Slash directly at the back of its head before charging in to attack. He knew his window of opportunity was small, if it turned around and fired cero at that range he wouldn’t stand much of a chance, so he put everything he had into finishing it. Well, almost everything, for once his hollow had been quiet during a battle, perhaps preoccupied worrying about the cat, perhaps just enjoying the show, either way, Oketsu wasn’t going to use his mask yet, if one Menos can make it through, many more are almost guaranteed.

Oketsu may have pinned himself to the creatures shoulder but it was hardly an easy ride. Though it was doubtful the blade was more than a pinprick to the massive beast it clearly knew he was there and immediately began thrashing as he got his footing on its back. Despite this it didn't seem to have its full attention on removing the nuisance, from this angle Oketsu couldn't see the ground but logic dictated that Akabane was probably doing something to keep it from focusing it's full attention on the Vizard. However as Oketsu finally made his way toward the back of the creatures head the Gillian was clearly self-aware enough to realize the danger and in a rather creepy moment it's primary mask, which looked something like a wolf with a muzzle, swiveled around on the black mass of it's body with supernatural speed at a complete 180.
Suddenly Oketsu whom had been looking at a relatively straight kill was staring down the gullet of a rather deadly opponent with almost no room to maneuver. His worst predictions came true as a mass of power began building in the expansive maw which was still several steps away, it was close but not close enough to strike before he was struck in turn...and that would be fatal in this case. Then just as it was about to fire a far more powerful energy surged from below, this time there was no question that it was Akabane. There was the definitive feel that he had perhaps been holding back until then, probably to push Oketsu to his limits but whether he was aiding him because he actually thought the Vizard was a worthy ally or because Victoria demanded it was another question entirely.
Either way that moment was hardly the time to be theorizing about the mental workings of doom kitty. Whatever Akabane had done, likely a massive charged blast, the Gillian was going down. Its footing had been torn straight out from beneath it, to an outside observer they would be able to see a massive plume of red energy at the bottom of the Gillian and when it cleared it was quite visible that its legs had actually been severed though like its arms this was probably a momentary inconvenience. What wasn't an inconvenience was the fact that the sudden fall threw the hollows aim off wildly and as the cero fired it went violently off-course missing Oketsu by three or more meters and heading off into the sky. Then it fell backwards (at least from Oketsu's perspective), plummeting to the Earth and in doing so for just a split second Oketsu found himself directly on top of the creatures mask with no seeming way for it to retaliate, though all bets were off once they hit the ground.

Oketsu barely managed to hold on as the Gillian flailed, desperate to shake him off, but obviously not desperate enough, as what Oketsu assumed was Ultimeow appeared to be distracting it from below, giving Oketsu the break he needed to reach the shoulder and prepare to finish the Gillian in a single blow. However, and Oketsu found this creepy on so many levels, the hollow rotated its head 180 degrees, so that was now facing him. Energy welled up inside the hollow’s mouth, and Oketsu realised he was face to face with almost certain impending doom. ”Well…bollocks.” Twitching a little, Oketsu raised Genesis in front of himself and sighed, time was not on his side, neither was fate it would seem. 3 centuries of hard work all for naught, this was a righteous kick where it hurt Oketsu certainly didn’t need after already losing an arm.
However resigned he may have been, fate had one last card left to play in Oketsu’s favour, Ultimeow the Doom Cat kicked into action and removed the hollow’s legs. This sudden decimation of the Gillian’s main support cause it to topple backwards, and it was very short period of reflection given to Oketsu as he floated for a second before plummeting down towards the Gillian. Sensing that this was in fact the chance he had been waiting for, Oketsu pushed forth Genesis, its blade glinting in the light as it plunged through the air directly towards the face of the giant menos.
Oketsu’s plan was a simple plan, he was going to plunge Genesis into the Gillian’s mask and fire a Holy Light Break to decimate what remained of it, however he also knew that such a simple plan would surely have its weaknesses and flaws, and as such steeled himself in case the Gillian managed to roll out of the way. By twisting his grip, Oketsu ensured that if his blade missed the hollow, he would have time to twist it in the air before it hit the ground, and his Holy Light Break could slice through the side of its head, hopefully with similar results. Either way, Oketsu was ready to end it there and then, and hoped things wouldn’t go too horribly wrong.

The Gillian had nowhere to go, Oketsu was right on top of it's mask and it's body was far to large to move with any great speed. Moreover due to its lack of legs at the moment any attempt to right itself or indeed, even trying to brace its impact with its arms, proved futile and it could do little more than hit the ground like a...well, like a giant heavy creature. Thus there were no unexpected happenings as Genesis cleaved into the large mask near dead center and exploded with white energy, the mask split in several directions and a terrible scream was issued from deep within the creature. However when the damage was done and the dust had cleared it was obvious that while the creature was quite injured it also was not dead, the mask was still stuck together in a single if cracked piece and had energy welling up within it. Oketsu was right on top of the mask and though another attack could have ended it then and there the Gillian was not stupid and instinct was also a strong driving factor within it. Oketsu might have been in the opportune place to deliver the killing blow but he was also standing on top of the creatures primary offensive weapon...and knowing the danger it was in that weapon released a flurry of five weaker but fast and collectively powerful ceros at the Vizard standing right on it.
