Physical Description: Standing just over six feet Shamus is a solid 6’2 compared to those around him he is rather tall. Though his personality shows he is in his late twenties his face makes him appear to be a young adult about 22. His Irish heritage is not only obvious from his name but his ginger hair always really shows his Irish background. Many scars decorate his light skin tone. Scars can be found everywhere from head to toe but the one that really stands out is the scar running from under his nose to his chin where a hollow’s claw cut his face. His brown eyes hardly stand out and his gentle mannerisms make him seem soft. Though he doesn’t appear “chiseled out” or “Made of muscle” his is rather slim and strong. At first glance Shamus would appear an every day normal guy.
When not in battle armor Shamus would be dressed as a civilian weather he was inside a NOW facility or walking the streets. Outside his battle suit he can be found in a leather jacket with a black shirt and cargo pants. Shamus always wears boots over shoes because he finds them more comfortable. Another thing Shamus always has on him is a hand gun. No matter what the situation is he always carries his weapon in case shit goes down.

A long life of poverty, crime, and the military has taught him to way his options carefully. this doesn't prevent him from making split second decisions. Shamus's greatest power isn't his psychic ability yet his ability to make choices as fast as he thinks. Shamus's strength come from within and his ability to execute. A brilliant strategist with only one giant flaw. He will quicker put a bullet in you than trust you. the only people Shamus does trust is "The Crew".
Growing up without any mother or father it is hard for him to develop compassion for people. Instead he learned to manipulate and look out for his own. Though he doesnt abuse his powers he certaintly makes best use of them. In example Shamus enjoys a good gamble. Especially dice games because of his ability to manipulate the dice. He will manipulate you the same way. Shamus also has no personal grievances to using you to his advantage. Woman or mad or child, if your in his way and he needs something he will remove you to get it. Though he is not heartless he just does what he has to do.
Shamus doesn't have any personal hate against spirits particularly, he works for the NWO because of the pay check and the fact he really cant walk away now. He doesn't hate or fear the NWO, he just is in the one place he didn't want to be... their pocket. Shamus fallows orders and executes them brilliantly... but he wont die for an NWO commander. Yet again in contrast because of the fact the NWO has treated him and his team well (And because they provide a large amount of cash) Shamus will gladly serve them faithfully and loyally.
Outside of battle Shamus is a easy going relaxed ordinary man, but when the suits on he is quiet collected and is constantly making more and more strategic moves. Outside of battle Shamus will speak freely and openly about essentially anything, but when the suit is on you can expect very little from him as far as jokes and light halfheartedness. His goal is to get the job done and that exactly what he will do. Essentially his mood and personality flip depending on weather or not he is in/out of combat.

The fight lasted six minutes and for the majority of the time Shamus and tow of his friends kicked the fifteen year old boy till he was bloody and bruised, then proceeded to mug him. Shamus grew up as part of an Irish small time gang that liked to hang out at The Five Points in NYC. He moved out of the orphanage and into a house with the other gang members figuring it would be the easiest way to make money.
Unlike many of the other thugs and gangsters Shamus hung with he attended school everyday. Shamus had plans of joining the military and starting a life for himself that way. He had no idea what he was getting himself into. At sixteen Shamus had enough of the gang life and realized that he no longer needed it to survive. Leaving the group at sixteen after three years with them was tough. Not only did they outcast Shamus but they beat him and now frequently insulted him. Still Shamus had found time to practice his powers even with school being his number one priority. However Shamus was able to get high honors scores in all of his classes and was the first person in his neighborhood to go to graduate high school as part of the national honors society. After high school Shamus attended college for two years to attain officer status for the USMC. After his brief stay in college he joined the Marine Corp and never returned back to the place he had grown up.
Basic Training: Shamus was highly successful right at the beginning of basic training. When basic training started he was the top of his class, outranking every other cadet in every test of wits, physical endurance, or raw strength, speed, or attitude. Whatever the task was Shamus was the first to complete it and was out of basic and straight into battle. Shamus never encountered desk work. Instead he was sent right over into battle. At first as a marine he operated on large scale missions. Somalia, Brazil, Taiwan… Wherever his unit was sent the mission was successful, yet still the Marine’s only served as a way to teach Shamus the necessary requirements for what he had in mind. It only took a couple years for him to get drafted into a special operations unit. The unit was successful in every combat situation. The only real problem was… they were too successful.
After the third suicide mission that Shamus was sent on things seemed to be fishy. The unit was sent out into southern Iraq to take down a drug dealer. When they arrived and the op again proved successful all hell broke loose. They had not killed a drug dealer but instead a high ranking official that had problems with a United States governor. The unit had essentially been burned for knowing to much and being to good. Shamus and another operative named JT were the only ones to get away from the hellish action as dozens of soldiers and a couple attack helicopters ascended on them. The rest of their unit was cut down almost immediately when the initial retaliation occurred. Shamus made his way through the city the operation was in and was able to get him and JT out using the cover of an attack helicopter that had landed to refuel. That was the last step for organized military for both Shamus and JT. The two grew in friendship and decided the best route was to use their skills as freelance mercenaries. The entire time Shamus was in the military he never let anyone know of his powers. On the escape JT has witnessed shamus drag a helicopter into the side of a building with his powers. So since the secret was out Shamus had no problem showing his powers off.
Merc-Mania: Shamus and JT were looking for contracts. Long time passed, weeks…months. Eventually they landed into some luck. They stumbled upon a contract that had involved three other mercenaries. A older man named Bargo and two others (Danny and Ophelia) were looking for someone to complete there team of four, they got a team of five. They were landed with a loud mouth JT and a psychic Shamus. Bargo lead the operation. After many missions together “The Crew” as they liked to be called gained a sort of notoriety. They were handed a large scale operation with six figures attached to the pay check. The operation was in a town called Karakura outside of Tokyo city. They thought they were prepared to take down a couple armed guards, enter the facility and then steal a briefcase under heavy surveillance inside an armory. It didn’t work that way.
“Copy Bargo, this is Shamus. I’m waiting on the roof of the building. Copy” Shamus sent the transmission and after a few seconds he received a reply from the old man. Bargo called in for Danny to make sure he had Shamus and JT covered from his vantage point. He sure did since his rifle sights were resting on the window right below the two other men. Shamus and JT were on the roof. or more accurately suspended from the side of the building via zip lines. Both men had pistols drawn and both men were smoking something. For Shamus it was a cigarette, he had developed his habit in high school when the constant schoolwork had stressed him to a point of just pure aggravation, and for JT it was a cigar. The men had been in place silently for an hour now. The only time either talked was voicing between themselves and Bargo.
“OK guys… ready?” After days of planning and a few hours of operation it was all about to happen. The entire thing would only last a suspected couple minutes yet it required so much planning… A silent grunt and an unseen nod let Bargo know both of the operatives were ready. “On my go…three….two…on-“ An explosion tore straight through the side of the building and both operatives on queue flew into the window below them. Both had rifles armed and ready. Upon entering they immediately picked targets. The buildings security staff was light for an armory and the four men in the room were still distracted from the diversion that Bargo and Olly had set off so they were quickly mowed down by Shamus and JT. The mercenaries made there way to the closest door and booted it open. Two more armed security personnel were coming up the long corridor that Shamus was now in. JT went straight for cover as Shamus began popping off rounds in there direction. One of the guards dropped to the ground as a bullet came in contact with his arm. The other dropped his weapon to surrender. Moving out of cover JT called the unarmed guard a “pussy” and put a round in the mans face, Shamus did the same as he moved past the downed man yet without the insult.
Both men were making their way to the objective. They had to get down from the second floor to the first grab the briefcase that was sitting inside a locker. The locker was not only located at the heart of the facility but was in between the front exit and the guards security room. In all reality the mission would have went by easy. Shamus and JT had enough experience under their belts to take down security easily. The problem arose when they had finally made their way down the flight of stairs. At the opposite end of the hall was a large hollow chasing a plus. To them it appeared as though the hollow was chasing a human being. Not knowing what the creature was they began to unleash round upon round into it and not until two clips later and a pissed off hollow did they realize their weapons didn’t do shit. As the hollow came closer Shamus did the only thing he had left. Using his powers he collapsed the roof down upon the hollow head. The beast was flattened but nowhere near dead.
“BARGO BARGO DO YOU READ ME!? WE NEED EVAC NOW!” Shamus screamed into his mike as him and his comrade made their way out the front exit, the angry hollow behind them. No answer back. As Both Shamus and JT entered the parking lot of the facility they noticed a large helicopter parked, propellers whirring. Out of the helicopter were several soldiers in full combat gear rushing past them. In front of the Helicopter kneeled not only Ophelia and Bargo but Danny as well. Someone knew this operation was going down. When JT went to raise his shotgun Shamus put his hand over the gun and kneeled signaling for JT to do the same. JT could be a hard head but luckily this time he complied without argument. As the men grew closer to the building Shamus tried to warn them “Listen there’s a thing inside and-“ Shamus was cut off by the wave of a hand. A man In a much more advanced suit then the rest was standing in front of him.
“That thing is called a hollow. And my men are here to dispose of it. We are the ones that sent you this contract and we also released the hollow here to show you what it was. I would like you and your team to come work for me.” The offer was blunt and there wasn’t much detail. But given all of Shamus’s men were kneeling on the ground with guns to there heads he didn’t feel he had much of a choice. “How’s the pay?”
NWO: The NWO brought in “the Crew” to essentially be trained as Battle operatives. Though they haven’t been with the NOW for long the team has lived up to there expectations so far. The crew has yet to receive any large ops missions. All of the team with the exception of Shamus has MK.1 battle suits. The NWO has given Shamus a MK.2 due to his psychic abilities. The team can be viewed as the NWO’s very own “A-team”. ((OOC: Will be used in Manipulation and I will expand on history then))
Additional Info: Shamus can operate (But rarely does) as a singular operative and without the crew.the nickname "Jedi" was given to him by JT the first time Shamus used his powers in front of JT. JT yelled out "LIKE A FUCKING JEDI!"
Special Ability: Shamus possesses an odd ability he has been able to control since birth. He is a telekinetic. Shamus is unaware how he attained his power since both of his parents were regular every day people. Yet since his birth he was able to move objects with his mind and guiding his powers with his hands. Whenever he uses his powers his entire eye becomes pitch black growing from the iris out (Does not affect his vision) He can move solids and liquid yet cannot move gases. If he sent a wave of reitsu at an individual of his level it would throw them a couple feet. Yet anyone about 5th seat it would only feel like a punch.The heavier the object the slower he can move it. And anything larger than a garage is extremely difficult for him to throw. Shamus uses his powers as a weapon or for convenience. Because of him using his powers for so long the Reitsu consumption is rather low. When moving larger objects it takes more Reitsu away. Small objects-1%. Medium objects-3%. Larger objects-5%. Massive objects-10%.

Type: Spirit Combat Suit Mark 2 Custom.
Description: The Suit Shamus and his team wears (Each with their own custom suit which is customized to their own individual needs.) are made specifically for them by Mallory Arms. The suits consist of thick armor, helmets, boots and gloves made of a titanium alloy fused with Reitsu to make them stronger and able to withstand more damage, All consisting of the normal SCS technology. The visor on each helmet is Orange well the rest of the armor is a dull grayish black. The largest modification to the suits is the gloves on Shamus’s hands, Allowing him to use his telekinetic powers without the Reitsu barrier. Many pouches and pockets and zippers are located all over the armor. These are full of Ammo and grenades and many other devices issued by the NWO. The vest of the suits are layered with a material designed to lesson explosions and completely shut down any Reitsu that touches it (Though damage still happens it is significantly lessened) The same goes for the guards found on the hips and the legs of the suit. The suit has a built in spirit levitation device and spirit scanner. The suit also withstand well against reitsu pressure though someone around a captains level would still cause physical strain. Around the suits arms are two built in gauntlets that look like large razor sharp talons that extends over the gloves to the fingers the blades assist Shamus when in close combat. The gauntlets are charged by reitsu and amplify Shamus's psychic abilities by releasing reitsu straight from his hand.

Modified Conventional Firearms: Shamus carries a Kimber Eclipse Super Match Hand gun that has been modified to fire the standard reitsu rounds. The pistol has two modifications: 1)The magazine has been changed to hold 16 rounds instead of 12 and 2) The Gun has been modified for two firing rates-Semi automatic and three round burst fire.
Shamus also carries a Heckler & Koch SL8 (A modified version of the G36K) that has been modified to fire a stronger reitsu round. The gun fires in either semi automatic or fully automatic. This weapon contains a built in 5x10 scope and laser targeting system. The weapon is designed to switch from a sharp shooter’s friend to a up close an personal buddy. In other words the weapon is good at medium and long distances. The gun has a thirty round magazine.

Spirit Scanner:
A device which lets the user see spirits even if they have null spirit power, however the more powerful variants also allow the scanning of targets in order to measure their spirit power and other attributes, such as finding weaker spots in someone’s natural defense (Arrancar Hierro/defensive zanpakutou releases). The spirit scanner comes in many forms, the most common being as a part of the visor in a SCS, however they can also be found in the forms of glasses that can be carried around in public without problems, however those variants are usually fairly weak and can most of the time not measure amounts of reiatsu properly. There are more advanced version that can be carried around, however they are obviously some kind of device, due to being too big to hide in a everyday object.
Spirit Levitation System:
A device new to the Mark 2 SCS, by being able to output spirit energy in the form of barriers under ones feet the SLS allows the user to float or stand in mid-air just like a shinigami or hollow can, however in its current iteration the SLS is limited to a maximum of a minute of standing, the average kind needing about five minutes to recharge completely, however an advanced user can output their own reiatsu in order to power it, however this takes more than is usually worth it. No matter the circumstances the SLS can always be used in order to enhance jumping distances and slow falling, due to a system that conserves the energy for that inside the boots or greaves used for it.
Com-Unit:
A simple communication device usually mounted in the helmet of a SCS, which allows the user to communicate with his squad, or other source.
Spirit Radar:
A radar usually incorporated inside the helmet of a SCS, however portable variations are accessible. The spirit radar uses a system that connects it to the NWO's massive radar system, making it extremely potent for finding larger sources of reiatsu in the surrounding area, the more advanced variations can be used to track a single signature until it leaves Tokyo, however the NWO is working on a system to expand it to the whole of Japan.

“BARGO BARGO DO YOU READ ME!? WE NEED EVAC NOW!” Shamus screamed into his mike as him and his comrade made their way out the front exit, the angry hollow behind them. No answer back. As Both Shamus and JT entered the parking lot of the facility they noticed a large helicopter parked, propellers whirring. Out of the helicopter were several soldiers in full combat gear rushing past them. In front of the Helicopter kneeled not only Ophelia and Bargo but Danny as well. Someone knew this operation was going down. When JT went to raise his shotgun Shamus put his hand over the gun and kneeled signaling for JT to do the same. JT could be a hard head but luckily this time he complied without argument. As the men grew closer to the building Shamus tried to warn them “Listen there’s a thing inside and-“ Shamus was cut off by the wave of a hand. A man In a much more advanced suit then the rest was standing in front of him.
“That thing is called a hollow. And my men are here to dispose of it. We are the ones that sent you this contract and we also released the hollow here to show you what it was. I would like you and your team to come work for me.” The offer was blunt and there wasn’t much detail. But given all of Shamus’s men were kneeling on the ground with guns to there heads he didn’t feel he had much of a choice. “How’s the pay?”
NWO: The NWO brought in “the Crew” to essentially be trained as Battle operatives. Though they haven’t been with the NOW for long the team has lived up to there expectations so far. The crew has yet to receive any large ops missions. All of the team with the exception of Shamus has MK.1 battle suits. The NWO has given Shamus a MK.2 due to his psychic abilities. The team can be viewed as the NWO’s very own “A-team”. ((OOC: Will be used in Manipulation and I will expand on history then))
Additional Info: Shamus can operate (But rarely does) as a singular operative and without the crew.the nickname "Jedi" was given to him by JT the first time Shamus used his powers in front of JT. JT yelled out "LIKE A FUCKING JEDI!"
Special Ability: Shamus possesses an odd ability he has been able to control since birth. He is a telekinetic. Shamus is unaware how he attained his power since both of his parents were regular every day people. Yet since his birth he was able to move objects with his mind and guiding his powers with his hands. Whenever he uses his powers his entire eye becomes pitch black growing from the iris out (Does not affect his vision) He can move solids and liquid yet cannot move gases. If he sent a wave of reitsu at an individual of his level it would throw them a couple feet. Yet anyone about 5th seat it would only feel like a punch.The heavier the object the slower he can move it. And anything larger than a garage is extremely difficult for him to throw. Shamus uses his powers as a weapon or for convenience. Because of him using his powers for so long the Reitsu consumption is rather low. When moving larger objects it takes more Reitsu away. Small objects-1%. Medium objects-3%. Larger objects-5%. Massive objects-10%.

Spirit Power Suit
Type: Spirit Combat Suit Mark 2 Custom.
Description: The Suit Shamus and his team wears (Each with their own custom suit which is customized to their own individual needs.) are made specifically for them by Mallory Arms. The suits consist of thick armor, helmets, boots and gloves made of a titanium alloy fused with Reitsu to make them stronger and able to withstand more damage, All consisting of the normal SCS technology. The visor on each helmet is Orange well the rest of the armor is a dull grayish black. The largest modification to the suits is the gloves on Shamus’s hands, Allowing him to use his telekinetic powers without the Reitsu barrier. Many pouches and pockets and zippers are located all over the armor. These are full of Ammo and grenades and many other devices issued by the NWO. The vest of the suits are layered with a material designed to lesson explosions and completely shut down any Reitsu that touches it (Though damage still happens it is significantly lessened) The same goes for the guards found on the hips and the legs of the suit. The suit has a built in spirit levitation device and spirit scanner. The suit also withstand well against reitsu pressure though someone around a captains level would still cause physical strain. Around the suits arms are two built in gauntlets that look like large razor sharp talons that extends over the gloves to the fingers the blades assist Shamus when in close combat. The gauntlets are charged by reitsu and amplify Shamus's psychic abilities by releasing reitsu straight from his hand.

Equipment:
Modified Conventional Firearms: Shamus carries a Kimber Eclipse Super Match Hand gun that has been modified to fire the standard reitsu rounds. The pistol has two modifications: 1)The magazine has been changed to hold 16 rounds instead of 12 and 2) The Gun has been modified for two firing rates-Semi automatic and three round burst fire.
Shamus also carries a Heckler & Koch SL8 (A modified version of the G36K) that has been modified to fire a stronger reitsu round. The gun fires in either semi automatic or fully automatic. This weapon contains a built in 5x10 scope and laser targeting system. The weapon is designed to switch from a sharp shooter’s friend to a up close an personal buddy. In other words the weapon is good at medium and long distances. The gun has a thirty round magazine.
Shamus- One Kimber Eclipse Super Match Hand Gun that has been modified to use Reitsu rounds. One Heckler & Koch SL8 also modified for Reitsu rounds. Shamus also carries a belt of throwing knifes and three grenades.
Spirit Scanner:
A device which lets the user see spirits even if they have null spirit power, however the more powerful variants also allow the scanning of targets in order to measure their spirit power and other attributes, such as finding weaker spots in someone’s natural defense (Arrancar Hierro/defensive zanpakutou releases). The spirit scanner comes in many forms, the most common being as a part of the visor in a SCS, however they can also be found in the forms of glasses that can be carried around in public without problems, however those variants are usually fairly weak and can most of the time not measure amounts of reiatsu properly. There are more advanced version that can be carried around, however they are obviously some kind of device, due to being too big to hide in a everyday object.
Spirit Levitation System:
A device new to the Mark 2 SCS, by being able to output spirit energy in the form of barriers under ones feet the SLS allows the user to float or stand in mid-air just like a shinigami or hollow can, however in its current iteration the SLS is limited to a maximum of a minute of standing, the average kind needing about five minutes to recharge completely, however an advanced user can output their own reiatsu in order to power it, however this takes more than is usually worth it. No matter the circumstances the SLS can always be used in order to enhance jumping distances and slow falling, due to a system that conserves the energy for that inside the boots or greaves used for it.

A simple communication device usually mounted in the helmet of a SCS, which allows the user to communicate with his squad, or other source.
Spirit Radar:
A radar usually incorporated inside the helmet of a SCS, however portable variations are accessible. The spirit radar uses a system that connects it to the NWO's massive radar system, making it extremely potent for finding larger sources of reiatsu in the surrounding area, the more advanced variations can be used to track a single signature until it leaves Tokyo, however the NWO is working on a system to expand it to the whole of Japan.
