Welcome to the Random RP section, a place where you can do...well just about anything you want. The RP's that take place here are ran by a seperate train of thought from those in the core RP and as such are subject to a seperate set of rules. Regardless the core rules of this site still apply so if you don't remember them take a look:
HERE!
With that out of the way let me try and explain the basic concept here. Have you ever had an idea for an RP but never fleshed it out because you didn't have the advertising skills or the time to make a site? Well heres the place to throw them up, perhaps a bit minaturized but still in all their glory while allowing you to pull assistance from friends you have already grown accustomed to RP'ing with in the core RP. Whether they be fantasy or sci-fi, horror or pink ponies running in a field of rainbows it doesn't matter so long as they are kept in this place.
First though let us lay down some groundwork.
An idea goes through two steps. You list it in the recruitment area with a synopsis (length is your choice so long as we get the general concept) of atleast how it will begin and what sort of characters you are looking for. Once you have atleast one other person who has agreed to take part in the RP with you there will be no problems and it can be put into the Role-Playing area but if I see the RP area being cluttered with RP's that have received no following you will be warned and subsequent breaches will be punished. Also keep in mind that an RP can be of different sizes but unlike those in the core RP I do not want to see 30 different threads composing a single concept. Try to keep all post in a single thread and if they must be split up due to growing to long or going to far apart locations simply title it “RPNameHere 2” and continue where the first left off.
As far as the characters within the RP go they will not be approved in the same manner core characters are. You can use whoever you want, wherever you want and do not even need to create a profile for them. Regardless if I receive complaints that you are abusing the rules of an RP, breaking the limits an RP sets (say a particular RP requires you to be realistic humans with no amazing powers) or in general just making the RP difficult to enjoy you will still be held to your own actions as if you were in the core RP.
Beyond that I think everything else is common sense so just watch yourselves. So everybody have fun, I hope you enjoy yourselves and this place becomes just as active as the core RP!
