Update: This rule is no longer in effect.
Alright it seems to me that if we are to keep this site going strong we need to have an official posting time. It is said that you need to maintain a level of activity but no actual requirement for posting has ever been emphasized upon. As we move forward that needs to change and so we enact the “Main Arc” posting rule. As it suggest this does not apply to personal stories that you have set-up which can move at a pace determined by the participants but rather the central arcs that include the entire site. It is very simple and easy to remember so here we go:
All members must post within THREE (3) days of it becoming their turn in a main arc as not to hold up the other participants.
Now this may seem a bit quick but if you consider that in most main arcs you can have ten or more members posting just imagine if each of those took ten days to get around to their turn. It would take forever and a year. Even if you are running low on time all we ask is a quick post to insure we can move ahead without discrepancies and of course given a legitimate reason you will be excused from this.
As always rules are in place for a reason, if someone does not post within three days (A full 72 hours from the last post) then that person will be skipped and posting duty moves to the next on the order list of that RP. That person will receive a mark and if they fail to post three times they will be removed from the RP and risk losing their position, especially if they are leadership.
Thanks for reading. Hopefully together we can continue to bring BS back to life!
