The New World Order

Summary: The NWO is a underground organization using the Mallory Arms Corp. Weapons manufacturing company as a cover up. Their main base of operations is underneath the main HQ of Mallory Arms and are a large complex spanning several kilometers in size and hundreds of meters in depth, it is there that the main research are conducted, as well as living quarters and training facilities of those who work for the head of the organization, Richard Mallory. The goal of the NWO is the complete annihilation of all spirits of all forms, and anything else that stands in their way. While they try to refrain from putting humans in danger, if they get in their way they will not hesitate to destroy them.


Organization and Leadership: The NWO has a basic leadership and rank structure, starting from the top is the leader or President as it is called, Richard Mallory. Then serving directly under him is five Commanders who stand above the rest of the troops, but still only have limited controll of the Special Operatives, unless given it by Richard.

The Special Operatives are a form of special elite troops who all have atleast average spiritual powers, and because of this they can make full use of a Mark 2 SCS, making them far stronger than a normal trooper simply for this reason. The Special Ops are divided in two largers groups, the first being the Combat Operatives who make up the majority of the Special Ops, these use the Mark 2 Spirit Combat Suit for the most part. Then there are the Stealth Operatives who wear a modified version of the Mark 1 and 2 SCS, allowing them much higher flexibility and speed, but reducing their armor and amount of gear they can have integrated in the suits.

Then comes the ELITE troops, of who the most highly regarded is the HALO Storm, a small group of four who specialize in deep strike tactics and taking the fight to the enemy, unlike the other ELITE troops they are also directly under Richards command.

Then we have the average soldiers, these are mostly equipped with a simplified version of the mark 1 or mark 2 Spirit Combat Suits who, unlike the originals, do not connect to the users spirit energy, because the average soldiers either have no reiatsu or its so weak its not worth the effort of constructing a real suit for them, however these make up the bulk of the NWO forces, and while they are pretty weak a large number of them can deal a lot of damage to even the strongest spirit in a short amount of time with their spiritually enhanced weapons.

The NWO also employs special projects, such as machines and vehicles to support them, however they also have a secret living weapon which is deployed for dangerous situations or when the need arises.

Scientists and Researchers have no imidiate rank inside the NWO, but are still highly regarded as they are those who develop the equipment and gears used by the soldiers of the organization.

History: The New World order was formed several years ago by the president of the Mallory Arms Corp. Richard Mallory, naturally the organization was kept secret for several years and while the organization steadily grew they operated in secret, using the shadows to strike at their targets and bringing whatever hollows and spirits they could get their hands to down or capturing them for experiments. While there is not much to say about the NWO itself that hasn't already been said, they are a powerful organization that right now would rival the Brotherhood, a faction they deeply despise due to their allegiance with the accursed shinigami. I strongly suggest you read Richards background story if you are interested in how the NWO were formed and grew in strength.


Definitions

• Spirit Hunting:
  One of the New World Order's many activities is to hunt down 'stray spirits', this primarily meaning Hollow, but also the 'spirits who take human form'. In other words, the Plus spirits. During most occasions protocol is to neutralize and capture any of the Plus spirits, so they can be brought to one of the NWO's facilities for 'processing'. Seeing as Hollow tend to be far more dangerous they are taken on a case by case basis, but usually they are neutralized and killed, whereupon a certain device is used to gather the spreading spirit particles before it is sent to a NWO facility. [li]If a soldiers lifesigns reaches 0 when wearing a SCS, if the suit is tampered with or moved by non-NWO personell, or left lying for more than 30 minutes the suits reiatsu reserves discharge forcefully, causing all circuitory and systems in the suit to be destroyed, effectively also causing the exo-skeleton and nearly the whole suit to become unusable.

Same applies if a soldier becomes unconcious while wearing a SCS, if the suit is tampered with or is attempted to be removed by non-NWO personell the suit will discharge, destroying it and unfortunately killing the wearer.

[/li][li]All suits have beacons that allow NWO intelligence to track the suits when necessary, and the discharge can be activated remotely should a soldier be suspected of being a traitor or someone willing to give information on their technology to someone. The advanced NWO weapons also carry similiar functions to the SCS.

[/li][li]The SCS and SSS effectively block all outgoing reiatsu patterns (With the exception of powerful cloaking fields which will be introduced later, or weapons being used). This basically means that a regular NWO soldier is impossible to 'sense' through any ordinary means, but at the same time the suits also block the wearer from sensing reiatsu, which is why their scanners and radars are so vital to both combat and stealth operatives.

[/li][li]The Third Generation armors, is a project which has been underway inside the NWO for nearly two years now. This project is based on the belief that the current armors can still be improved much further, and that there is also one more form of armor that can be created which they are currently lacking. The planned armors for this project is the SSS Mark 2, SCS Mark 3 and yet another armor which has yet to be named, and is simply called 'The Prototype'. However it can be said that the NWO's recent attempts at creating a artificial soul, or spirit, is not completely unrelated to their research for this new armor type and the secret of a Shinigami's Zanpakutou.

Technologies

Weapons

Modified Conventional Firearms: The NWO uses a wide variety of modified standard weapons, ranging from pistols to machine guns, the modifications being enhanced steel in order to withstand the extra firepower they deliver, as well as spiritually loaded bullets that have a piercing effect far more powerful than any standard bullet, even the weakest gun stands the potential to damage an average shinigami.

Custom Made Firearms: As the name implies this is a gun thats completely made from scratch, putting its power far ahead of the normal modified ones, as well as, depending on design, be capable to fire rounds of pure reiatsu from a energy pack similar to a ammo supply.
Note: The combination of a specialized bullet and reiatsu produces a powerful piercing effect that is deadly to nearly any spirit, however they are limited to the travel speed of the gun itself. A pure reiatsu bullet on the other hand moves at an entierly different speed, but does not possess the same piercing power, so while it can lack in power it is much more precise and quick, and depending on how the gun is constructed it can be completely soundless

Suit Modification - Arm-Mounted "Gun": Only used by those who have special powers to augment its use, the Arm-mounted gun, in some cases more of a cannon, is something that is attached to the arm of a power armor (most of the time) that when reiatsu is concentrated into it is transformed into solid bullets of reiatsu that is, typically, as strong as an average arrancars bala, and depending on the size or strength of the wielder they can even reach cero strength, however those are mostly the cannon variant. Ranging from one shot to several per second the AMG is a pretty powerful tool for those who can use it. Consumes a huge amount of reiatsu to use, but is extremely powerful in the right hands

Spirit Blade: A sword or dagger of spiritually enhanced steel, that when activated glows with reiatsu as it courses over the blades edges, strengthening it to nearly zanpakutou level. However the flat sides are very vulnerable compared to the edges of the blade. Is usually hidden in a power armor for when close-combat is necessary, however it can also be constructed as an actual sword or dagger, even as other kinds of weapons like axes or the like, however blades are the most common.
The blades of Third Generation armors (Sometimes also including un-attached blades made at the same time or later) are made of a more powerfully synthesized metal which does not posess the same weakness of the old blades, which make them capable of standing up to even captain level Shi-kai blades without breaking. However the blades can also be made entierly out of reiatsu should the wielder have the right equipment, however a Third Generation armor is necessary for this.

Spirit Tazer Gun: A form of tazer gun that is used on spirits to immobilize them by disrupting the flow of reiatsu through their bodies, however unless its construction is large it is fairly weak, making it nearly useless against strong opponents, however its main use is to make capture of plus easier or work as a distraction in a fight.
The tazer mechanism for the STG can be built into nearly any other part of an armor, including a melee weapon or if it uses enough space on the armor it can be combined with a ranged weapon on the suit, naturally this also means it will be more powerful than the original STG

Protective Gear

Spirit Combat Suit, Mark 1: The first version of the SCS is a armor of fairly simple design, incorporating a dark grey to black full-body suit with two layers, in which small plates of spiritually enhanced steel has been placed, over which what could simply be called "plating" has been put. For its size the armor is fairly light, however it is still cumbersome for those who lack the spiritual power to "couple" with its systems, which is why there are two variants, one simple version for those without a substantial amount of spirit power, and one for those who can control it or at least have a decent amount. The SCS always comes loaded with reiatsu in a pack somewhere on it, which mostly is used to power any systems found in the armor, for example the spirit scanners that can be found in all power armors.

Spirit Combat Suit, Mark 2: The latest version of the SCS, currently only Richard has the most up to date version of it, however several of his special operatives or elite troops have other version of the armor, an example being a lighter version with less gear and defense, and a heavier version with more defense. The customary mark 2 armor has a full-body suit similar to that of the first armor, however over that is has an exo-skeleton that at least doubles the strength of the user, in some case even tripling it, as well as more powerful steel plating over it with dozens of complex systems running inside the armor. These usually have at least one special upgrade, however in the case of Richards they can be nearly packed with them. However as the armor is more advanced its also bigger than the mark 1, making it heavier and bulkier, however it does not limit movements as much as one might think.

Spirit Stealth Suit, Mark 1: The first truly light-weight style of spirit armor, it incorporates technology from both the Mark 1 and 2 of the Combat Suit, while it also has several of its own in the creation. For example, places that do not affect flexibility, like the chest, are armored similiar to the Combat suit, while places like the waist are usualy made of the same material the Combat Suits Full-body undersuits are made off, making it many times more flexible, however it has also been reinforced a bit more, making it slightly stronger. Naturally due to having less space for actual equipment the SSS rarily has more than a few extra devices incorporated into the design, however spirit blades and guns can easily be worn outside the armor so that is usualy not a problem. (A mark 2 of the SSS will become available shortly after the Mark 3 SCS is completed)

Other: There are other possible constructions useful in defensive purposes, such as shields or only arm exo-skeleton, however the most useful is for someone to have a version of the SCS or SSS.

Miscellaneous Equipment

Spirit Scanner:
A device which lets the user see spirits even if they have null spirit power, however the more powerful variants also allow the scanning of targets in order to measure their spirit power and other attributes, such as finding weaker spots in someones natural defense (Arrancar Hierro/defensive zanpakutou releases). The spirit scanner comes in many forms, the most common being as a part of the visor in a SCS, however they can also be found in the forms of glasses that can be carried around in public without problems, however those variants are usually fairly weak and can most of the time not measure amounts of reiatsu properly. There are more advanced version that can be carried around, however they are obviously some kind of device, due to being too big to hide in a everyday object.

Advanced Spirit Combat Visor:
A new form of visor introduced early in the production of the Third Generation armors. This visor is a highly improved variation of the Spirit Scanner which only truly allowed for a few visual modes even when built into a combat suit. The biggest addition to the ASCV however is its defensive capabilities, using a extremely complicated schematic on its inside the ASCV is on the outside essentially a metal plate covering the wearers face, but due to its advanced structure the standard mode for the visor dubbed the "Combat Vision" uses a form of x-ray to pierce just the part of the layer acting as protection, while giving the wearer nearly perfect view through all of it, while giving protection of the same degree as the rest of the armor.

However this is not the only addition to the new visor, as additional 'vision modes' the visor allows the user to switch to a more powerful X-Ray, a advanced Scan mode which has been refined since the old visor, a radar implementation which auto-detects any surrounding reiatsu signatures, a thermal-vision, infrared-vision and finally night-vision. The visor also implements a faster HUD that has the capability to scan a target while simultaneously displaying the spirit radar and keep whatever vision mode is necessary, such as thermal to track a target otherwise invisible. This is not all it is capable off, but rather the standard issue.

Spirit Levitation System:
A device new to the Mark 2 SCS, by being able to output spirit energy in the form of barriers under ones feet the SLS allows the user to float or stand in mid-air just like a shinigami or hollow can, however in its current iteration the SLS is limited to a maximum of a minute of standing, the average kind needing about five minutes to recharge completely, however an advanced user can output their own reiatsu in order to power it, however this takes more than is usually worth it. No matter the circumstances the SLS can always be used in order to enhance jumping distances and slow falling, due to a system that conserves the energy for that inside the boots or greaves used for it.
Third Generation SLS systems are more powerful and simply standing in the air does not drain it of reiatsu unless any other act is being performed, as the suits recharge themselves extremely quick.

Com-Unit:
A simple communication device usually mounted in the helmet of a SCS, which allows the user to communicate with his squad, or other source.

Spirit Radar:
A radar usually incorporated inside the helmet of a SCS, however portable variations are accessible. The spirit radar uses a system that connects it to the NWO's massive radar system, making it extremely potent for finding larger sources of reiatsu in the surrounding area, the more advanced variations can be used to track a single signature until it leaves Tokyo, however the NWO is working on a system to expand it to the whole of Japan.
After the revelation of the ASC Visor the spirit radar has two modes, one which uses the suits built-in systems to locate surrounding reiatsu signatures, and one where it connects to the NWO's mainframe for spirit detection as mentioned above. The first option is much quicker, but can easily be fooled as it does not measure the spirit amounts and only detects them, aka they are not analyzed. It is possible to switch modes to determine this, but the switch can take up to twenty seconds counting the time it takes to analyze the new data and send it back.

Spirit Stealth Field:
A form of reiatsu shield that covers the wearer of a SCS/SSS incorporating it, rendering them invisible to those who are unable to see spirits. A very new device that is planned to be used during middle of the day jobs. Work has begun on creating a more powerfull stealth device that can cloak the wearer even too other spiritually aware.
Early in the Third Generation production the SSF has been re-built and improved to allow a user of it to hide themselves even from spirits, this system is far more powerful but also requires far more power. A Mark 2 SSS (Part of the Third Generation production) can keep one of these fields up for about five minutes not counting movement or use of other suit applications, and as those suits are built for stealth they only give out an extremely low reiatsu signature when used, compared to the SCS which is far easier to detect even if it can't be seen, though the SCS can only keep a field up for Three minutes at max.

Spirit Combat Armor, Mark 3 - Defaeco

Description: The Defaeco class spirit combat suit is one of the finest, most advanced pieces of technology created by the New World Order to combat the spiritual threat. Other than synchronizing with its wearer on a whole other level than the Mark 2 Aquila, the Defaeco carries a multitude of new technology which boosts its performance in all areas.

Specifications:

• Spiritually Enhanced Armor Plating.
  By utilizing a method 'taught' to the NWO by a quincy, they have found a way to increase the reiatsu charged in the plating as well as how to concentrate it to a far higher amount, making the defenses of the Defaeco rival that of an Espada's Hierro.
  
  
• Reinforced Exo-Skeletal Structure.
  Just underneath the armor plating of the Defaeco lies the powerful and reiatsu driven exo-skeleton which aids the wearer by carrying the weight of the armor for him, but unlike with the Aquila which only gives a small boost of strength when worn, the Defaeco in general triples the strength of the user, making them able to easily fight on par with powerful spirits.
  
  
• Enhanced Sensory Connections.
  With greater speed and strength comes the necessity of heightened reflexes, and while the helmets and visors of the armor aids in aquiring fast moving targets, it does not help with reactions. Thus this piece of technology was made. By connecting the tech to the neck section of the spinal cord the Defaeco can 'hijack' signals sent from the brain and speed them up, sending them through the suit to their destination, and in the case of pain signals, remove them and instead send it as data to the visor.
  
  
• Exterior Force Barrier.
  A field of energy which can be set to surround the Defaeco, originally designed for the Stealth series of suits, but remodelled for the Defaeco to not only improve protection, but overall give a boost to the wearers strength and in particular, speed. However the field cannot stay active for long, as it drains a considerable amount of reiatsu when used. In general, the field can be active for one minute, without using any special functions or taking hits, and then needs to switch to emergency batteries as the main ones are recharged in about five minutes.
  
  
• Assorted Number of Additions.
  There are many more additions to the Defaeco, but they can be found in the list of NWO tech above, but one that is always present is the Advanced Spirit Visor.
  

Spirit Stealth Suit, Mark 2 - Avernus

Description: Like the Defaeco is the ultimate combat armor, the Avernus is the ultimate stealth suit made exclusively with assassination in mind. The suit uses a blend of technology between the first stealth suit and the new Third-Generation technology, but it only does so in order to maximize efficiency. As such, the Avernus stealth suit is about the same size as the first stealth suit, and only slightly heavier, but in return carries a exo-skeletal structure unlike the previous version.

Specifications:

• Carapace Exo-Skeletal Plating.
  Using a similiar process as the Defaeco's armor plating, this carapace like protection has defensive capabilities rivaling those of the Aquila despite being just about half an inch thick. However the true beauty of this carapace is that it doubles as an exo-skeleton, as well as a number of small additions to its surface or beneath. The exo-skeleton itself doubles the users strength, but dramatically helps them move at speeds exceeding that of even a Defaeco in Barrier Mode.
  
  
• Spiritual Stealth Emitter
  A vastly improved stealth field which is emitted from the surface of the Carapace of the Avernus stealth suit which shrouds the bearer in a near invisible field of reiatsu, even when moving it would be hard for someone of captain level to pick up the minimal distortions in the air. And on top of this, the suit barely emitts any reiatsu signature while doing so, being even lower than that of a powerless human. Unfortunately the suit cannot have any major functions active while using the stealth field.
  
  
• Enhanced Sensory Connections.

• External Force Barrier.
  Unlike the remodelled version of the Defaeco, the Avernus stealth suit uses a directly improved version of the old shielding mechanism which lets the suit constantly emmit a protective barrier (with the exception of being in stealth mode). However in order to save energy its full capabilities is not in effect and must be enabled, which puts its levels of shielding above those of the Defaeco, however the tottal defense is still weaker. Activating the barrier mode also increases the users speed, by flowing the suit with reiatsu and empowering it as well as the wearer. But like with the Defaeco, this mode drains an excessive amount of reiatsu, and unlike the Defaeco the stealth suit does not carry an emergency battery.
  
  
• Advanced Reiatsu Emitter.
  A piece of technology designed primarily for the Prototype Thanatos armor, this is still quite a powerful tool for the Avernus and the stealth suit is able to utilize it almost flawlessly. The ARE is usually located on the palms or the wrists of the suit, where they can be used to form weapons ready for use by the wearer. the ARE emitts a large quantity of reiatsu, then shapes and tempers it after the settings it is using at the moment, thus it can be used to form a powerful spike to stab a target, a sword to fight with or a katar or similiar weapon, however it is limited to close range weaponry, but it can fire a close-range blast of energy as well. The weapons created by the ARE is bound to it and will disipate should they be moved from the emitter itself.
  

Prototype, Annhiliator Class - Thanatos

General Description: The greatest of the New World Orders creations, the Thanatos class spirit armor is a spirit-technology marvel which will allow the NWO to finally get on equal ground with the Shinigami. However as of yet manufacturing a proper Thanatos takes a long time and as such only the highest ranking members of the NWO are given one, when they are available. One documented fact however is that the manufacturing process for the first complete Thanatos costed several bilion US dollars in electricity and rare material cost, coupled with the NWO's main reiatsu storage facility dropping under 30% of the max, previously being around 94% where a full 100% has been calculated to be around that of a A-Rank target, meaning Captain class Shinigami.

Overview and Function: What makes the Thanatos so special compared to other armor suits made by the NWO and foremost, Richard Mallory, is that the armor only has one small physical component that acts as a seal. Being made after a similiar structure to a Shinigami's Zanpakutou the Thanatos is an armor made nearly completely out of solitary spirit particles forged and tempered into form by the NWO's potent equipment and Richard Mallory's unique ability. When in its sealed, or as the NWO calls it, inactive state, the Thanatos armor can look like nearly anything, the sole exception is that it must be on the person in question to be capable of activating, the minimal size for a Thanatos seal object however is around that of a arm-bracer/arm-guard. In order for someone to successfully wear a Thanatos they need to merge their soul with the spirit AI which resides in the armor and aids in keeping check of all the complicated systems, however like a zanpakutou spirit it cannot directly control the movements of the armor unless opted so.

Artificial Spirit Intelligence

AI Name: The name of a spirit AI is the same as the designation of the armor it resides in, for example. Thanatos-IX3 or simply T-IX3. At request the spirit AI or the armor could be given a more 'personal' designation, but it is far from necessary as most of the AI are made to be emotionless and simply functional, compared to Tank.

AI Description: The spirit AI of a Thanatos armor develop a form of their own, which they can 'display' in the suit visor or in the wearers mind incase the armor is in its sealed state. Like this they are able to warn their wearer of impending danger as the suit's radar functions is always fully operational. However as stated the Spirit AI are usually prety emotionless so their 'appearance' tends to be basic.

Summary

Goal
The long-term goal for the NWO is the "salvation" of Humanity, which they believe that the first step to achieving is by someone powerful such as they themselves taking over in place of the worlds weak and blind leaders. But more importantly is the annihilation of all spirits which they believe will ultimately save the remains of humanity, though even the President knows it's an ambitious goal, what with the uncountable numbers of Shinigami and Hollow that lurk on the borders of their world.

Activities
The NWO's main area of operation lies in the vicinity of Tokyo where spirit activity is high, this is because they see it as their mission to protect the ignorant masses but also for their own need of harvesting spirits for the precious reiatsu that they are made off. Yes, the New World Order captures plus or other weak spirits and after transporting them to one of their facilities begin to extract the reiatsu that is contained within, draining the spirit dry before restarting the process once more putting the spirit in a constant state of agony until the soul can no longer sustain it and it breaks apart, whereupon the machine drains up the remnants before shutting down. Along with this the NWO has small detachments split up over a dozen sub-bases around Tokyo, where the closest one is alerted whenever a spirits signature has been detected on the city-wide radar array that makes up NWO Intelligence, they then use a special box-like machine to absorb the reiatsu of a dying hollow as they dissipate too quickly to bring back to base, not to mention being too big most of the time.

Out Of Character
A human in the NWO may not pass above phase 2, signifying that their growth has been stunted by the reiatsu containing effects of the NWO's armor suits. Anyone is allowed to apply for a Commander position as long as they are available but if you have an idea for a position taken by a NPC (Combat Commander, Stealth Commander) then consult me and we may reach an agreement, though it's only likely to happen with the later of the two.

High Command is the leaders of the NWO, the five Commanders and the President. Though in terms of their own field the Commanders in general hold similar positions as the President an order from the President always holds Class 10 priority, while a Commanders priority level is 9. It is rare for the entirety of the High Command to participate in a single operation, usually only involving more than a single Commander if it's a very big or high-priority operation. Each Commander is head of a certain division within the NWO.

//Combat\\ – Direct Confrontation and Shock Troops.

-Combat Operatives-
The elite of the elite, Combat Operatives are heavily armed (and often armored) soldiers who have distinguished themselves above even the ELITEs through either inherent abilities or skill. A Combat Operative is often suited with the Combat Suit line of NWO armor, hence where it's name came from, but other than that both the armor itself and the gear that comes with can be customized toward the Operatives needs including everything from handguns to multi-barrelled rocket launchers or double-plating for the armor itself.

-ELITE Divisions-
The ELITE shock-troops of the New World Order, trained in offensive combat these tight-knit groups of specialists carry out vital combat objectives or lead squads of Grunts into battle. During large scale operations it is not unusual for a squad of ELITEs to be put under command of a Combat Operative, however in general these squads of between five to ten people tend to work on their own. Being higher standing individuals compared to their rank-and-file brethren the ELITEs are given more advanced armor and weaponry, however in their current state only special ELITE units such as the HALO Storm or the Ironclad are given full sets of Generation 2 technology. It is not unusual for special ELITE units to be assigned under other Commanders, though the "regular" ELITE squads are all under direct command of the Combat Commander.

-Grunt Divisions-
The rank-and-file of the New World Order, former military or mercenaries along with civilians recruited and trained with what is the best soldier training program in the world making even the lowliest of Grunt a capable warrior for the NWO. However as is key with the NWO most Grunt's do not possess any inherent spiritual energy and are thus spirit blind unless they equip special visors provided with their simplified Mk1 Combat Suits based on the Trojan Exo-Skeleton armor. Grunt's operate in squads of nine to fifteen and are experts at working together, covering each others backs causing a whole squad of them to become troublesome even for seated Shinigami to take down clean, but in general they are trained to fight Hollow and are not really capable of avoiding or anticipating the fast attacks a shinigami or similar enemy may lay out on them, though even experienced Shinigami may find bullets hard to avoid.

NWO Technology
The New World Order's technology is well and beyond that of their real world counter-parts, with standard issue guns capable of shooting large gaping holes through solid concrete or cut perfect holes through the strongest metals known to man. On top of this they have exo-skeleton powered armor suits that make their soldiers capable of lifting objects five times their own weight and withstand even high-powered explosives such as tank shells. All this is accomplished through their unique use of fusing spiritual energy "Reiatsu" with metals and other materials on the molecular level, bonding the two otherwise foreign components togheter to create a much more powerful material that is both reiatsu resistant but allows for easy reiatsu empowerment, creating the perfect defense and offensive material.

However this practice has met it's peak after their Generation 2 Technology, and they have since sought ways to improve it with varying forms of success. Regardless the NWO is not all about weapon technology, they have what is probably the most sophisticated cybernetic Techs on Earth, not to mention their amazing Biotechnology division that made the complete revitalization of one of their near-dead operatives a possibility, as the man was fried to a mere husk.

Dominion through Technological Advancement, the New World Order seek to establish complete control over the Spiritual World that threatens Humanity, and it will do so at any cost to themselves or anyone.

=Definitions=
A list of explanations for certain terms or a more technical rundown of how the NWO's technology works.

Reiatsu Enforced Materials - REM
The process in which the materials used by the New World Order to create their more advanced pieces of equipment is known as "Spiritual Energy Infusion", or SEI. Early in the organizations life this was done through a brute-force method of attempting to force reiatsu particles into already finished pieces and while softer materials such as their Metal Weave (Defined later) absorbed them easily enough actual metals repelled them mostly and it limited the particle bonding. As their technology and know-how advanced they found that 'weaving' the reiatsu particles into the metals during their forming process yielded much higher results which was the advent of Generation 2 Tech, even if some Generation 1 Tech is still widely used due to it's ease of mass production.

Self-Destruct Failsafe - SDF
After discovering just how powerful Shinigami could be, that they were simply not spirits with swords, the NWO decided that protecting their equipment from enemy examination was vital and so developed the SDF, a system present in almost all NWO technology that uses the equipments own sensors or microscopic ones added for the express purpouse of the SDF that has a very complex Identify Friend/Foe algorithm that when it meets certain criteria will automatically trigger a "self-destruct" of the piece in question. The self-destruct itself is done via a minimal trigger located in each major portion of an armor suit or each detachable part of a weapon that sends an electromagnetic pulse with a special ID unique to that piece of tech, or group of tech depending on type that when it "hits" said tech causes the reiatsu infused in the materials to "discharge". The result is frying both the materials themselves and any circuitry and anything within a one-meter radius in case of an armor suit, including the wearer should the right criteria for it have been met. Certain pieces of tech can be re-wired as explosives by using this system, though even few ELITEs know this system exists at all. The system can also be triggered remotely by the President, using the NWO's Radar Grid to activate the process.

Modified Conventional Firearms - MCF
Needing weapons to combat the Spiritual threat the NWO logically turned to the already present weapons created by Mallory Arms, however knowing that a regular gun would be inefficient they applied a similar method of Reiatsu infusion as with the REM, both in their Bullets (Defined later) and after discovering that the bullets themselves packed a lot more punch after the infusion, they had to strengthen the materials of the weapons themselves. Once the more advanced method of creating REM was developed they began to make weapons from the ground up, making alterations from the base construction they were based on. While most Generation 1 MCF use the original infusion method anything above use the more advanced one, at which point the guns pack a tremendous amount of punch with most being too powerful for a regular person to wield efficiently.

Directed Energy Weapons - DEW
The DEW are highly advanced pieces of technology using laser weapon theories as a base while using Reiatsu and their advanced technology to produce a similar result. While DEW weaponry created by the NWO do not possess the capability of firing energy in anything close to light speed the speed of the projectiles are still many times past that of any MCF weapon currently developed, along with carrying much less recoil, extensive "mag size" and pin-point accuracy along with advanced Suit Integration enabling more efficient computer aided tracking. There is one major flaw to the current DEW designs however which is the biggest reason for them to not yet be a standard issue even among ELITEs. Pure Reiatsu projectiles do not carry as much weight as a bullet/slug, thus piercing and stoping power is limited and while capable of being made very powerful, the more energy is added to the shot the slower the shot becomes along with taxing of the gun itself. At the current time DEW's are created in order to combat entities capable of "Instantaneous Bursts of Speed" such as higher level Shinigami.

Metallic Weave
-The Generation 3 equivalent is known as "Nano-Fibre Weave"
Metallic Weave is a machine generated material that combined the properties of various metals and fabrics to create a highly flexible material which is used extensively by the NWO both in the construction of the NWO Armor Undersuit as well as under extensively complex Armor Suit plating and between gaps where mobility is a necessity, often having additional layers or a very light form of plating over exposed areas as Metallic Weave is not as durable as the REM plating. Another practical appliance of using the Metallic Weave over a simple bodysuit is the cushioning it can provide, as NWO Operatives are prone to being hit hard, and the Metal Weave then helps soften the blow to make them able to recover faster. When used in the making of Undersuits circuitry and other systems are woven into the material itself providing both protection from damage as well as preventing misshaps between the user and the suit.

NWO Projectiles
While the NWO use mostly bullets in their standard weaponry those bullets are still in need of alterations as they are meant to be used on Spirit Entities, after extensive trial and error testing they found that the optimal solution to both expand the power of the bullet itself is to replace the propellant with something that yields a higher explosive pressure, while the actual bullet is infused with reiatsu to both increase direct impact and piercing power but mostly to allow the bullet to affect Spirit Entities. The NWO has a large variety in their bullet sizes and use, though due to often fighting Hollow who often have thick carapaces most Grunt's are outfitted primarily with armor piercing rounds.

//Generation 1\\
Generation One is where the origin of NWO tech began, most weapons being modified from ones already produced by Mallory Arms for commercial purpouses. With the advent of the first Combat Suit their climb to perfection and dominance began.

=Armor Suits=

Mk1 Combat Suit
The very first form of Reiatsu powered armor suit created by the NWO, the Spirit Combat Suit Mark 1 was made by forcibly combining reiatsu into steel plating and a special weave of metal and fabric creating a tough and durable outer shell. The armor also had an early version of an Exo-Skeleton construction which helped the wearer support the weight of the suit along with carry more equipment while maintaining speed though the earlier variations restricted speed quite a bit.

-----Sub-Category: Soldier Class
The 'Grunt' class of Combat Suits are currently in a state of mass production, using a simplified template of the original Mk1 suits while certain aspects have seen frequent efficiency upgrades as their technology has improved over the years. The Soldier Class Mk1 Combat Suit has the same armor plating as any other Mk1 Suit and while it also has an Exo-Skeleton it's only powerful enough to support the suits own weight rather than to really improve the strength of the wearer. This is both in terms of general efficiency but mostly because the majority of Grunts doesn't even have enough reiatsu to see spirits, thus the otherwise vital part of connecting the suit with the wearer has been removed. Though lacking a lot of gear present in more advanced suits, the Soldier Class comes equipped with a standard Mk1 Spirit Visor.

-----Sub-Category: ELITE Class
The "Standard" Armor Suit for the elite of the NWO's rank-and-file, the ELITE class Mk1 Combat Suit while fairly similar to the Soldier Class surpasses it indefinitely with it's support for connecting ones reiatsu reserves with that of the Suit while also possessing a number of additional features such as the Spirit Scanner, a simplified Levitation system along with an improved Exo-Skeleton and with the armor circuitry incorporating some Generation 2 technology.
