A discussion topic about anything in the newly released anime episodes or manga chapters which may be considered a spoiler. ______________________________________________________________________________________
In the newest episode, I have came to the conclusion that all espada ranked 5 and up have cool personalized cero, because we have already been aware of Ulquiorra's being green, and it just so happens that Nnoitra's has been revealed to be yellow and Neliel's is purple. This might also explain why Grimmjow's gran ray cero was blue if him using the strongest cero is as powerful as the next espada above him using a normal one.
In the manga, judging on the latest chapter I think that Toshiro doesn't stand a chance and will have his ass handed to him on a frozen platter. What does anyone else think?

I tend to save up “backlots” of the manga. I wait a month or two and then read all the updates at once so it feels more like a giant story and less like a two minute incomplete short-story. It is about time I catch up but until then I can't answer your last part.
As for the Cero I have always felt the ceros were personalized as are any energy attacks. I think the “heartless” hollow legions with not true sentience may all derive their ceros from anger and instinct which is what the red color is trying to suggest. However we have seen that all shinigami seem to have their own reiatsu color (blue does seem to be the norm but there have been plenty of deviations) and that leads me to believe so does everyone else. I have brought this over to all my characters in fact, none of them have the same color energy and Torre my one Arrancar who can use the mentioned cero fires royal purple colored ones. I've stopped caring about what they mean or symbolize, to me the color of the energy is simply an identity marker for each character, meant to fit them. In a few cases it may also be meant to symbolize an emotion which is far from a new concept (in interior design this is a big thing, examples being red= anger, restlessness and action, blue= cool and calm, green= intelligent and creative...etc. Etc.)
My two cents...unraveled and put into to many words.

You know, I do believe that you may be onto something regarding the color of cero and the color of reiatsu altogether. Both Nnoitra's cero and Kenpachi's normal energy are yellow and both share the aggressive love of battle as well as have the reputation of having the best defense among their own kind.

Oh man, if Bleach 195 was as subtle as it was regarding Pesche's "thingie"... how horrible will it be after Mayuri defeats Szayel? Manga readers know exactly what I'm talking about.

Chapter 339 is amazing. I wasn't expecting Stark to be the Primera Espada, nor was I expecting Halibel to be so dangerously evil looking with her shirt open. And Also next chapter is finally Ichigo vs Ulquiorra so that'll be good.

Though I liked the backstory and the shinigami fights, I wanna see Ichigo vs Ulquiorra or the vizard getting in on the action!

In all honesty, I'm curious about Uryuu. He was last with Renji, Mayuri and Nemu, and he never showed up to with Renji, Rukia an Chad to fight the Exequias. WHAT DID SZAYEL HAVE UNDER THAT DAMN LAB!
I think Ulquiorra's resureccion will be okay but wont be able to compare to the other Espada, heck Halibel looks way cooler just with her shirt open than Nnoitra did in resurrecion. And I'm sure that Kyoraku will have to use bankai to defeat Stark, that's just a given.
And I wonder where Wonderwice is?

Haha, funny you should mention Wonderweiss as I have long been trying to figure out when he would re-enter the story. My primary guess is that he is probably going to do something big as ordered by Tosen and end up fighting Urahara (who as you will recall has already commented on Wonderweiss's latent but naturally incredible power).
As for Stark I had my hopes from the first time they showed him that he would be Uno. He's one of the few espada who was likable off the bat and I'm please they didn't downplay his role. I'm sure I'll tick someone off by saying it but I think they did a horrible job of characterizing the espada, few of them are interesting (Stark, Ulquioorra and perhaps Grimmjow being the exceptions) and even fewer are likable. Thankfully there are still enough driving characters to keep it together but in all truth most of the fraccion were more interesting than their Espada counter-parts.
Anyway [/rant], should be fun to see where it goes from here. I always thought Shunsui would be one of the strongest captains in a true fight so it'll be fun to watch him go against Stark for real. Boooo to the Ulquioorra vs Ichigo fight, too obvious whats going to happen since with all the building they've been doing its clearly the final battle with him. Its going to follow the usual trend of, “Enter battle/Fight Hard/Ichigo gets shown up/Ichigo remembers inspiring comment/Ichigo uses ultimate attack of uber pwnage/Bolt of doom erases Ulquioorra from existence with him saying “Imposs-” just before death/Move on with story”.
BOOO TO “U VS I”!!! YAY TO “S VS S”!!!!

shunsui is obviously one of the strongest, as he was personally trained by yama-jin and is the oldest of the captains (except for yama-jin of course)...
anyways, i have a guess that wonderwice is with yammy somewhere...and to think of it, both hate uruhara...

Given the recent chapter 341- the envy, I highly suspect that perhaps soon to come while Ichigo fights Ulquiorra, Orihime herself will get in her own battle against Loli and Menoly, who have reappeared now, giving me hope that Wonderwice might also make an appearance soon instead of being forgotten.

I would like to think that Orihime would end up being every one's savior in the fact I believe her ability to "unmake" will even unmake people as well. That's just me, but I would at least like to see something epic like that when, like Galihan says, fights the Arrancar girls. My 1 cent.
