A figure stood over a large area of fortifications. His long black cape billowed out majestically behind him as he silently observed the numerous beings scurrying about below, reminding him of a colony of Ants. As he stood, he began to contemplate the meaning of their, followed shortly by his, existance. Just as he did, however, he opened his mouth......and yawned widely. "Geez! how long do these Shinigami take to attack!?" Seteku Drakulya, the Sexta Espada, shouted impatiently. As he did, a figure materialized instantly with a deep wooshing sound. "What is bothering you, Drakulya-sama?" the vampiric espada's Fraccion, Vrykolakas Servidor, asked. "I'm bored!" Seteku shouted, his frustration evident. "These damned shinigami scum are taking way too long to get here! I thought this would be entertaining, however, it is getting less so by the minute! What do you suggest i do to pass the time, Vry?"The Fraccion clearly looked uncomfortable, and he had good reason. When bored, the former Wallachian prince lost a large deal of his patience. If the wrong idea was given, his head may end up on a spike. "Eh-to.....How about we go around and see what the Espada other than your glorious self are up to?" he asked his superior quickly, hoping to keep his master pleased. "Why, that sounds like a good idea! However, it could use some improvement. What say you i invite any free espada here, and have a sort of picnic, if you will" Seteku suggested with a smile. "Excellent idea, sir!" Vry responded wisely. "However, are you sure that the others will be comfortable with the....psychological weapons in place?" He asked, gesturing to the fortifications around them. "It will be fine! I mean, what sort of Espada could possibly get faint at the sight of all this?" He asked his Fraccion, gesturing in the same way, but with a more dramatic flare. His arm, followed by his hand, waved to encompass all the large stakes that had been moved from his abode to the area of defence. For on large stakes planted into the ground, were the impaled bodies of hundreds of enemy Shinigami, kept in a state of only slight decomposition for decoration. They seemed to still be in tremendous pain, for the victims had not relaxed their tortured expressions, even in death. "Yes, this will do just fine!" Seteku shouted excitedly. "You there!" he shouted, calling to a small group of his lesser Fraccion working on the physical parts of the fortifications, "Fetch me a table for a minimum of 20, with my finest tablecloth and settings! and prepare others to make us refreshments!" Then he turned to Vry "I would like you to invite Espada to join my little get-together. I wouldn't presume to order anything, so do not press this on them. However, make it clear all who wish to attend are welcome, understand?""Yes, my Lord" Vry said, kneeling low in reverance, and then was gone as soon as he had appeared earlier. In the mind of both the Sexta Espada and his Fraccion was anticipation for the events ahead.

Patrolling the long hallways of Las Noches was the new Séptimo Espada, Ashrael Iscariot. His footsteps echoed throughout the hallway and his long jacket drug slightly on the ground. It had only been a few months since he had gained the title of Séptimo, seeing as the former holder ‘mysteriously’ disappeared, he more than happily took the new available position. Ashrael had only recently learned about the Shinigami attack and because he arrived at the meeting last, he was given the task of patrolling Los Noches, much to his annoyance. “How irritating this is,” he mumbled to himself, “patrolling these endless hallways for nothing. The shinigami haven’t even launched their attack but I have to keep watch, what a bore.” Indeed the hallways were long and seemingly endless, there were no stairs, no turns, no pictures, nothing but white pavement and walls. Soon one Fraccion member approached him and bowed. “Excuse me, Séptimo Espada, my Lord is holding a gathering for the Espada, he has invited you, if you wish to attend.” Ashrael stared at the Fraccion and though about his choice. “Well, there isn’t much going on anyway, I suppose I could go. Who is holding the meeting?” The Fraccion member stood up, “Lord Seteku Drakulya. I shall inform him of your decision.” “No need, I’ll just show up.” Ashrael said looking for his ‘book of people’. The Fraccion bowed to him and then vanished.
Finally, Ashrael managed to find the book he was looking for. He pulled it out of his jacket and began flipping through the pages while walking to the meeting area. “Lets see, D-r-a-k-u, ahh here it is! Seteku Drakulya…” He began looking at the information that other Arrancar and Gillian have given him about this Espada, surprisingly there wasn’t much. “Sexta Espada. Seteku is creepy, dark, very eerie, cold, quiet, and has a fascination with impalement and wooden stakes… Oh joy.” Ashrael mumbled underneath his breath. However with the lack of other things to do, he’d rather talk to someone than keep patrolling the endless halls of Los Noches. Putting the book back into his jacket, he realized he was almost at his destination, so he used sonido to speed up the process.
Upon his arrival he noticed hundreds of corpses impaled on spikes of all different shapes and sizes. The sight off all this death gave Ashrael quite an uncomfortable feeling. Slowly, he made his way through the death field to the Espada ahead. “I hear you’re having a little gathering while we wait for the shinigami trash? What a pleasant place to have it…” he said trying not to gag from the disturbing area. “My name is Ashrael Iscariot, the new Séptimo Espada; I don’t think we have formally met yet.” He said looking at the Espada. “It appears as if your expecting more company?”

“It appears as if your expecting more company?” "One can only hope!" The Sexta espada said, grinning, bearing the fangs he was well known for. They are legendary in the world of the living, personifying the fears all people have of the darkness, and the creatures who stalk their prey in it. "I am glad, however, that one of the newest members of our order has decided to come. Hoping to find some entertainment, i guess. This is hopefully where it will be found." Turning, he walked over to the table which was set for many other Espada, and perhaps their Fraccion if they wanted. "What do you think of your new position, pray tell?"

Ashrael stood in the corpse-filled area, trying to keep his composure around the Sexta Espada as he spoke to him. When he smiled and showed his fangs, Ashrael’s eyes (well the visible one) opened in surprise. He was not expecting fangs on an Espada but apparently this Espada’s fangs weren’t for display, they held a purpose, an eerie one at that.
"I am glad, however, that one of the newest members of our order has decided to come. Hoping to find some entertainment, I guess. This is hopefully where it will be found."
He followed slightly behind the Espada as he walked towards table, to where they would presumably be sitting. Having walked through the long hallways of Los Noches all day, Ashrael wanted nothing more than to sit down. Immediately the first seat he saw he jumped in, putting his feet on the table. “With the lack of exciting things to do around this place, I’m sure the others will be flocking here soon.” He put his hands behind his head and slouched in his chair. Looking at all of Drakulya’s minions work was entertaining to him, as he didn’t really have anyone to boss around just yet.
"What do you think of your new position, pray tell?" he heard the Espada ask.
“I find it to be suitable,” Ashrael said with contentment, “although it should be higher…” he mumbled underneath his breath. “It’s a pity that the former Séptimo Espada ‘disappeared’ so suddenly. I wonder why he would leave such a powerful position.” He said with a mischievous grin. “But we aren’t here to discuss others misfortunes. So, Drakulya is it? Tell me how as life at Las Noches treated you? Perhaps, I can learn the do’s and the don’ts while we have some time to spare." He reached back into his jacket and pulled out his small black book, awaiting anything of intrest the Espada may say.

"I am quite glad to say that Las Noches has treated me even better than my old country did, though i was a higher power there" the Drakulya told the newest member. It appeared as if he was about to continue, if it were not for the interruption. As he drew breath, two identical Fraccion of Seteku's appeared, with a not-too-special Adjuhachas in tow. At their arrival, they kneeled before their master, forcing the prisoner to do the same. Then they spoke in time so well, it had to have been rehearsed. "Lord Drakulya, we beg your pardon for the intrusion!""Would you kindly excuse me for a moment?" Seteku asked Ashrael politely, and walked the few yards to where his Fraccion knelt. "Why have you interrupted me and my fellow Espada?" he inquired, his voice dark, with a hint of 'If-this-is-not-important-enough-for-my-taste-you-will-suffer' in his tone. This time, only the Fraccion on the left spoke. "My lord, we have found another Ottoman." He said, obvious fear in his voice. At this, the Espada grinned, once more bearing his deadly fangs. "How do you know for sure?""We heard it uttered from his own mouth, Drakulya-sama" the Fraccion on the right told him. "We also have witnesses who can verify this.""That will not be necessary, Servidor Decimoseptimo. You and Vigésimo-Octavo are both excellent Turk-hunters. I believe you, and i have other ways of finding the truth." At this, he turned his attention to the prisoner. "Tell me, Adjuhachas, what is your name?"The Adjuhachas before him trembled in unimaginable terror. However, he was able to stammer out "D-divertisment, my L-lord" "Ah, well it is a pleasure to meet you. Now, is what my Fraccion say true? Are you truely one of the foes of Europe? Were you an Ottoman while among the living?" Divertisment was too frightened now to reply, and could only stare in horror at the figure before him. Growing impatient, Seteku began to crush the feeble being with his reiatsu. [shadow=red,left,300]"Answer my question." [/shadow]he said, in a horrible, evil voice. He was tired of waiting, and was getting small satisfaction in harming the Ottoman he reviled so much. However, the pressure lifted enough to let the being answer. Gasping, the Adjuhachas wasted no time in replying, "Yes, i was! I was!" And at that, he was freed from Seteku's spiritual pressures. "Thank you, Divertisment" the Espada told his prisoner. "Now you may let him stand, and leave us, my Fraccion" and at his will, they dissapeared to continue their hunt for their master's old foes. "Come, you may stand. I shall show mercy on you because you confessed to me"The prisoner sighed with relief and stood, relaxed. This was foolish. As soon as he had, Seteku appeared in front of him, his right hand flat against the Adjuhachas' gut. "I promised mercy, so it will be quicker than it would have otherwise!" he yelled, and then, a large wooden stake impaled the poor Ottoman. Extending from his hand, this stake was a good 20 feet long, and as thick around as the Espada's palm. With his victim screaming in torment, the Espada hoisted the stake and plunged the end opposite Divertisment into the ground, leaving the Adjuhachas wriggling and screaming 15 feet in the air. Walking back to the table, he said to Ashrael "Now, where were we again?"

“No problem.” Ashrael said as the Espada was interrupted by two of his Fraccion members. They seemed to be dragging an Adjuchas in with them and with a lot of force. They addressed their leader and all bowed, even the captive. Curiously, Ashrael slowly slid closer to the table to eavesdrop as the discussions began. From what he could hear the Adjuchas in front of them was an Ottoman Turk from long ago. Since in Ashrael’s former life he was raised in Spain he knew about the Turks and many other Muslim factions. Apparently this Espada had a natural hatred of them, well according to the conversation. Ashrael on the other hand didn’t mind them, mainly because when they showed up it gave him an opportunity to fight, something he loved to do.
The talking continued for a few minutes when suddenly the Espada’s reaistu poured out from him. It was a dark, eerie and suffocating reaistu that forced the Adjuchas to his knees, had Ashrael been any lower than his current rank he would’ve began to feel the pressure of the heavy reaistu as well. However once the Adjuchas confessed Drakulya retracted his reaistu and allowed him to stand and much to Ashrael’s surprised he seemed to be showing the poor thing mercy.
Thinking the confrontation was over Ashrael put his feet back on the table and reclined again. Seconds later the Adjuchas was impaled by an extremely large stake, that seemed to come from the Espada, the Adjuchas now dangled high in the air still screaming in pain. Soon Drakulya walked back to the table, calmly, as if he had simply given the Adjuchas a ‘quick and easy’ death. Now with eyebrow raised and mouth open, Ashrael sat at a loss.
"Now, where were we again?" the Espada said in a normal voice.
“You were just telling me how much you loved your fellow man.” Ashrael said sarcastically, still pretty shocked. “I take it he didn’t have an invitation?” he said pointing up towards the still screaming Adjuchas.

"Not exactly" Seteku replied. "In life, I swore to defend my homeland from Turk invaders. I am simply carrying out that pledge now, in my newest of homelands. You'd be suprised at how readily they reveal themselves. My hunting parties seem to find the ones who make it past Gillian pretty easily. However, this one took a while to find."
Then, the Espada looked at his newest comrade. "Does this bother you?" he asked increduously, gesturing at the squirming figure above them. "If so, you are free to end his torment." More like ruin the fun, eh, Vry? he laughed telepathically to his Fraccion.
Yes, sir! Vrykolakas Servidor, Fraccion under Seteku Drakulya number 1, replied emphatically. I am still searching for Espada who wish to join the 'Festivities', my lord. Just in case you were wondering where I was.
Thats fine, Vry. Seteku told him, Just make sure that they know they're top Fraccion are invited as well.
Yes, my Lord. The Fraccion replied, and Seteku cut the connection, and turned his attention to his guest, wondering if he would take up on the Mercy-kill proposition he had just offered. Seteku hoped not, for torment helped relax him, as well as make Combiador's job possible. Plus, such an Espada who minded torment of others that much shouldn't fill such a position.
